2001 Le Montrachet, Vincent Girardin

A medium gold wine with pronounced nose of citrus, floral, vanilla, honey, walnut, ripe apple and touch of pineapple, straw and steel. It is dry with medium alcohol and acidity. Quite full bodied due to its load of pronounced flavours. Honey, citrus, almond, vanilla and butter/cream coating my palate with long length and honey citrus finish. (92) Well developed with good balance of fruit and secondary/ tertiary flavours. Good length too.

複雜得來不失鮮爽，餘韻長，似乎仲有得發展，不至於十分優雅，又不至於十分濃厚，令人有一點點深藏的感覺。
