2018 Trimbach Clos Ste Hune Riesling

A medium intensity lemon green colour dry Riesling with pronounced aromas of peach, apricot, honey, mineral, limestone and stewed pear. Over medium level acidity and mouthwatering nature, quite full bodied with medium alcohol level. On palate it give over medium intensity flavour of lemon, peach, apricot, wet stone and touch of steel and petrol. Fairly long length with juicy lemon finish. (93) Round and juicy, good minerality too.

始終係我最喜愛的Riesling酒莊，酒力強，複雜性高，品種特性明顯，酒比一般的Riesling豐富濃厚，餘韻亦長，好喝。單純品飲角度來說，這個酸度是高了點，但性質並不尖削，夏天喝一流，好酒，還可再陳年讓它的複雜性更好展現。

如果只準我喝一款Riesling，那一定會是這款

 

 

1989 Trimbach Clos Ste Hune Riesling Vandages Tardives

Barely over medium intensity noses of honey, peach, mineral, and touch of petrol, still fresh after more than 25 years, this off-dry white wine has medium soft acidity, quite full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of hoeny, peach, mineral, stone and touch of camomile and petrol. Close to long length with honey and peachy finish. (94)

這是一枝我一直期待想飲的酒，結果亦沒有令我失望。酒香不算強，複雜性好，仍顯現到品種特色。口感圓潤，發展成熟，餘韻悠長亦誘人，好好飲的一枝亞爾薩斯酒。如果你應為亞爾薩斯酒一般即開即飲的話，這酒會是一個令你改觀的酒。

Cremant d'Alsace Blanc de Blancs Brut, Martin Zahn

Bright and clear pale lemon with small bubble of medium presistency. Clean, medium developing nose of biscuity, apply, creamy with trace of honey, floral and toast. Dry and medium acidity, Creamy mousse. Medium spirity alcohol and medium body. Medium flavour intensity of toast, citrus, biscuity, lime and apple with a simple medium minus length. (88)

2006 Gewurztraminer Cuvee Laurence, Domaine Weinbach

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with medium nose of lychee, pineapple, mango, honey and touch of lemon. Lower than medium acidity with medium alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with quite high intensity flavours of honey and pineapple. Medium length with bitter lemon finish. (88) Feel bitterness aftertaste with good fruity nose. Reasonable palate but lack of complexity and intensity.

簡簡單單的一枝食飯酒。一般的口感，香氣尚算合格，酸度略為不足而酒體較厚，令到枝酒有一點點平淡而缺乏活躍感。

2000 W. Gisselbrecht Pinot Gris Seletion de Grains Noble

Medium plus intensity lemon colour wine with quite pronounced aromas of honey, citrus, camomile and touch of raisin, and dried apricot. It is quite sweet and full bodied. Medium alcohol and acidity with quite pronounced flavours of camomile, honey, grapefruit with touch of botrytis noted. Medium length with apricot finish. (90) Quite good intensity and some complexities, but it needs a better length.

除了餘韻略短一點之外，這是一個不錯的酒品。複雜性上單調了些，但仍有一些不同的酒味，亦提供到新鮮的果香，值得一試。
