Bright and clear pale lemon with small bubble of medium presistency. Clean, medium developing nose of biscuity, apply, creamy with trace of honey, floral and toast. Dry and medium acidity, Creamy mousse. Medium spirity alcohol and medium body. Medium flavour intensity of toast, citrus, biscuity, lime and apple with a simple medium minus length. (88)
