This port wine has deep mahogany colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of nutty, dates, prune, caramel, toffee and trace of raisin. Medium sweet and fortified to high level, full bodied with trace of wood tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of nuttiness, prune, caramel, toffee, raisin. Fairly long length with honey and almond finish. (91) Consistent.

濃厚的砵酒。強烈的酒香,成熟的發展,這酒已經像一道甜品多於一款酒。由於酒味濃,也不太覺得酒精度較高。酒味跟酒香一致,吞嚥後酒味反而更清晰,餘韻亦長,很好味的。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, smoke, mint, toasted spice, dried rose and vanilla. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black plum, cherry, rose, smoke, earth and licorice. Slightly longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (92) Some depth.

有一點深度,主要來自發展出來的香料味,幽香感很不錯,酒體醇厚,單寧成熟,中上的酒力和複雜性,餘韻亦算長,佐餐或剩飲都非常好 ,讚。

接近標誌性的士多啤梨糖,醬果香再加上充足的香料味,令人喜愛。酒力強勁,餘韻亦算長,好飲。可能是年份問題,酒的單寧有點點青的感覺,酒味的發展比想像中快,但不失現在品飲的享受,可陳年,但我相信這年份的相對下可以早些飲。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of rose perfume, black cherry, licorice, red plum, forest floor, vanilla, sawdust. Good depth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and ripe medium tannin as well. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, plum, rose jam, licorice, vanilla and touch of menthol. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (93) Good development, complex yet elegant.

仍有著強烈的醬果香,但不及16年的那麼強和那麼優雅,但以複雜性來說又高一點。酒味也算豐富,餘韻亦算長。酒當然也是早喝了,以發展角度看這酒比16年的更有潛力,值得期待。

很香,味道很一致。開酒後濃烈的醬果感湧來,入口後醬果感消退,但果味仍一樣,餘韻算長,好喝。酒當然是早飲了,感覺有足夠潛質進化的。

This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, licorice, black plum, vegetal and herbs. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level, soft but a touch of greenness. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice and trace of earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93) Good preservation of fruit.

 酒的強度很好,貫徹的強勁。即使廿幾年酒味仍保持著很好的果感,酒體醇滑餘韻長,好味道。複雜性並不像靚年的那樣複雜,但也算不錯,是輕鬆喝出來而感覺又舒服的好酒。

我知,早飲呀嘛。與其話這表現是殺嬰,我不如話枝酒瞓左。酒香雖強但很初步的感覺, 很多味道不太開放,是很強的不太開放味道,沒有太多果味,不會有果盤的感覺,更沒有花園的感覺。長長的餘韻訴說著它的高質素。等待它成熟時的表現,相信會是很好的。

酒的香味不錯,感覺較重,整體酒力也強,口感較硬,可能是年份問題,酒在口中的複雜性不及酒香,但也不錯,餘韻亦合格有餘,幾好喝,是一款重口味一點的酒。再陳放一下應該會有些進步的。

酒的味道複雜而且強烈,果香覆蓋範圍廣闊,口感豐富,酸度及酒味高度平衡 ,餘韻亦長,是一枝很好的作品,礦物味及果味也互相輝映,在口中表現精彩,很好喝,現在飲已經很好,再放一會可能更有發揮。

較清爽的口感,酒力強烈,果味較偏向清淡的方向,礦物味較突出,餘韻亦算長,好喝。這酒的味道很清晰乾脆,層次分明,以這酸度來看還可陳放多一段時間,較喜歡酸削一點的人會很喜歡這酒的。

保持著濃濃黑色果實味道而又夾雜著品種中那標誌性的胡椒味,酒在口中平衡之餘而又把各方面表現好好融合,再加上長長的餘韻,相信任何人都覺這是一枝好酒。酒味似乎還可以再發展一點,我不會說早飲,但現在喝已經很好,相信這酒再陳會更有味道,但未必可以拍得住它夢幻的1978年。

雖然好飲,但其實以這莊這田這年來說只是中規中矩,酒力是強的,複雜性也是有一定情度的,餘韻也合格的,但酒的風格不太跟這葡萄園相乎,難道是年份?或是狀態?

比想像中成熟甜美,酒力強勁,有複雜性及田土風格,再加上教科書式的BDB表現,完全展示出這酒跟酒標所描述的。交足101%的貨。好好喝。這酒亦改變我對2002年的酒的成熟度,似乎比我想像可以早一點飲,現在飲好喝,再放也可。

相對這莊的著名白酒CORTON CHARLEMAGNE,這酒並不太受注目。可是以性價比來說這酒是很高的。酒香強而複雜,十分誘人,酒的強度在口中一直維持,餘韻亦算長,只是口中的複雜性低了點點,但不影響佐餐時的享受,會好快斟晒一枝的。

可口,鮮鮮爽爽,果味感覺很清爽的,不是甜甜熟果的感覺,口感豐滿,但個人略嫌酸度低了一點點,餘韻算長,整體不錯,喝得很舒服的。

酒的強度不錯啊,亦有一定複雜性和礦物質感,一貫靚酒的表現。酒體平衡而優雅,喝得很舒服的酒,餘韻長,酒味表達清楚直接,好易令人不停地飲,好喝。孖瓶裝可能對這酒有一點幫助吧。

較重田土味的黑皮諾,各項表現四四正正,是一款較重味的酒,味道厚重,有點欠缺生氣似的,但亦有一定複雜性,很視乎個人喜好的一款酒。

On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, raspberry, rose, mushroom and tea. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (91) Shows some elegance with decent flavour profile.

三支中這枝的風格最像樣,在口中的表現亦是最好,雖然香氣方面不及09年的,但酒的香氣一點也不差,只是強度有點不足。餘韻不錯,待一些時候單寧再低一點會更好,給它一點時間吧......

這酒很香,香到只想揸住個杯一路聞 ,酒香又強又複雜。酒味也不錯,但不及酒香,酒味發展頗快,強度亦可,餘韻算長,好味道,但聞比喝的享受更好。

這酒從木桶上抽取大量味道,很重身亦很重味,雪利酒的乾果甜口感覺,酒有點烈,入口亦頗豐滿,重口味之選,酒力強,亦複雜,餘韻不錯,很好的酒品。這酒跟之前的1977年同時品飲,對比很強烈,有趣。

較為少木桶影響的一款酒,酒底不錯,有一定複雜性和陳年感,只帶著一點點的木單寧和泥煤,很純正的感覺,亦不覺重口味。酒在口中比酒香好,建議加一丁點水更佳,易入,輕鬆舒服的烈酒。

好飲啊! 入口有些驚訝,此酒的酒味融為一體的。果味成熟,亦有花香和礦物質感,很易感受到這酒的複雜性。2011年的酒較可以早喝,這酒現在飲已很不錯,十分期待過多一兩年的表現。

Medium mahogany coloured with close to pronounced intensity aromas of raisin, dates, prune, sweet malt, honey, apricot, caramel and hazelnut. Water enhances maltiness and brings out smoky nose. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium tannin. Quite intense flavours of prune, dates, sweet malt, honey and apricot. Fairly long length with honeyed dates finish. 濃郁度高,發展成熟之餘亦充滿複雜性,難得。酒桶的影響很大,但並沒有蓋過酒的本身。口感豐滿而平衡,好飲。酒質感覺較甜 亦重,酒力強,令人滿足的,讚~!

Medium lemon green coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, mineral, wet stone, ripe red apple and touch of steel. It is dry but quite acidic, medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, apple, ripe pear, limestone mineral, steel. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) 20 years old but fresh, good flavour balance.

味道很好 ,好在酒的香氣和味道平衡,沒有那一類特別突出而蓋過其他,酒力及酒味也強,有一定複雜性而且餘韻亦長,有齊一切好酒的因素,工十年有多的酒仍有這酸度和鮮爽感,正。

A deep intensity purple coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of dried blackcurrant, black plum, prune, mulberry, smoke and dried herb. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite intense ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, and trace of mushroom, licorice and vanilla. Fairly long aftertaste with black cherry finish. (93)

三十幾年的酒還像十多年的酒一樣,這款酒的陳年能力真是厲害。 酒力強,亦有一定複雜性,加上長的餘韻,擺明話你知它的高品質。酒無疑可以再陳年,現飲已經不錯,亦有一定想像空間。再多放五至七也無問題。

2003 Cote Rotie La Mouline, E. Guigal

A deep ruby purple coloured dry red wine with quite pronounced level aromas of prune, black plum, dried black cherry, raisin, and trace of smoke and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied with quite high soft and ripe tannin. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, prune, dried black cherry, raisin and touch of smoke and pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish.(93) Still young.

即使15年,仍然很後生,雖不至於殺嬰,但也是太早飲了。酒的強度不容致疑,酒香的複雜性像是剛剛展露,酒味強度亦高,只是複雜性仍須時發展,餘韻亦長,酒現時仍以乾果為主,假以時日會更好。

Fairly deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, red cherry jam, wild strawberry, pine, touch of anise spice. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, vegetal, wild strawberry, vanilla and dried herbs. Medium red cherry finish. (90)

酒的複雜性很不錯,只是酒的強度差點點。酒的整體表現公整 ,既表現出品種之餘也偏向一點較清爽果味感。餘韻尚算合格,不錯的一枝酒品,可口的。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of red plum, rose, strawberry, vegetal, smoke, pine and trace of wood, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is quite high but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has over medium flavours of red plum, strawberry, rose, vegetal and trace of vanilla. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

香氣強而複雜,很誘人,單寧比想像中偏高,但算成熟,酒味在強度和複雜性也不及酒香的表現,但仍是可口,餘韻亦算長,好飲的,令我對這酒莊加了分數。

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, rose, blood, strawberry jam and trace of wormwood and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, meat, strawberry jam, and trace of earth and dust. 也算是濃厚的酒,酒香豐富強勁,複雜有層次。酒體圓潤雄厚,單寧成熟,酒味在口中維持一致,餘韻算長,好好味,是好酒的表現。

唔......感覺這酒普普通通的,除了酒香算強之外,酒的味道偏清爽,酒味也有點簡單,餘韻合格。不看酒標會以為是一枝一級田的酒,看完酒標之後大吃一驚。以夢夏雪來說這是我試過的最輕巧的了。

Medium lemon coloured with quite pronounced aromas of lemon candy, honey, vanilla, walnut, white flower, peach and trace of elderflower. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon candy, vanilla, white flower, peach and touch of mineral. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (92) Good aroma.

很香的酒,香氣強而且複雜,各個範疇都有,很吸引人。酒體圓渾豐厚,酒味仍維持著強度,酒味與酒香表現一致,餘韻長,好飲,佐餐或慢慢品嚐也可,正。相信酒的狀態仍可維持一段長時間。

是否還須要時間?或是我期望太高? 這酒的香氣很不錯的,強而有一定的複雜性,但酒入口之後酒味轉得單調了 ,像是一枝新酒似的,但酒的餘韻又說出它有一點質素,有點怪。整體也是好喝的,但硬是覺得應該好一些。

A deep ruby wine with quite intense aromas of fresh red strawberry, red cherry, rose, pine wood, blackcurrant leaf and trace of blood and mint. This is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Dusty medium tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose, vegetal and earth. 一枝工整,中上水平的酒。酒香及酒味的強度中上,酒香複雜性強,口感適中,不算濃厚,四四正正的。酒味的複雜性不及酒香,但果感不錯,令人有滿口莓果的感覺。酒的結構平衡細緻,這亦是我喜歡10年多過09年的原因。

2008 Chateauneuf du Pape, Domaine du Pegau

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, red plum, blood, mint and touch of dried herb, anise and rose. This dry red wine has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and medium soft tannin. The flavour intensity is at over medium level with flavours of red cherry, plum, earth, leather, smoke and rose tea. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good palate.

酒的表現很不錯,是令人感覺到酒的出處,像教科書式的表現。酒香及酒味也強 ,單寧適中,感覺自然,好像沒有刻意作任何人為更改釀造似的。餘韻算長,可口,難得亦沒有太教皇新堡的一種重酒精感,好好的一款餐酒。

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with very high intensity aromas of prune, blackcurrant, plum, cherry, fig, earth with trace of smoke and vegetal. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied and quite high ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, black plum, earth and trace of vegetal. Fairly long length with black fruit finish. (93) Nice fruitiness and ripe.

轉熟了,2005年真的是瑪高年,濃厚的黑果加上發展漸趨成熟的香氣,很吸引,亦很標準。酒體醇厚豐富,酒味比酒香簿一點,但也很強,餘韻亦長,好味,只是單寧仍要多一點時間。現飲也很好喝的。

A medium lemon coloured dry whisky with pronounced noses of honey, smoke, seaweed, iodine, and touch of peach and caramel. Water brings out floral note. Medium acidity and warming alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, mineral, seaweed and touch of smoke. Fairly long length with smoky finish. (94) Wonderful aftertaste.

 酒香強,加水後的變化亦好。酒香的複雜性算強,入口後酒味有一點變化,是我喜愛的表現,餘韻長,而且味道轉重,煙燻味更多,幾吸引。好味。

2012 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon green colour with medium intensity noses of chrysanthemums, honey, white flower, mineral and ripe pear. This wine is medium sweet and quite acidic, not high in alcohol but full bodied. A touch of spiky mouthfeel. On palate, it give quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, chrysanthemums, peach and floral note. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Way too early to drink or is it just simple as that?

這酒試不真,香氣不算強,但有一定複雜性,酒的酸甜平衡很好,而且有一點點刺口感提升爽口感,很不錯。酒味一致,但強度比香氣更好,餘韻亦長。酒味仍在十分初步的層次,須要時間發展。希望結出好果實吧。
