2011 Chambertin, Domaine Denis Mortet

Deep ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with close to pronounced noses of ripe black plum, mint, sandalwood, rose perfume, cedar, very subtle but long lasting. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black plum, rose, sandalwood and vegetal notes. Long length with black plum finish. (93) Very good nose.

這酒進引人入勝的是他的酒香 ， 不單只複雜，而且強勁，有部份香氣是隱隱約約的，很誘惑。酒身重，酒我在口中維持其強度，直至餘韻也是長長的，值得讚賞的酒力。只是口中的複雜性不及酒香。酒還年輕，仍有一段長路，想信發展一下便會更好。

2006 Chambertin, Domaine Pierre Damoy

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of black plum, black cherry, mint, smoke, mushroom, earth, licorice and trace of meat, quite earthy at the back. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black cherry, raspberry, licorice, vegetal and trace of smoke. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92)

酒的香味不錯，感覺較重，整體酒力也強，口感較硬，可能是年份問題，酒在口中的複雜性不及酒香，但也不錯，餘韻亦合格有餘，幾好喝，是一款重口味一點的酒。再陳放一下應該會有些進步的。

2006 Chambertin, Domaine A. Rousseau

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine wine pronounced aromas of black plum, cherry, rose, vanilla, pinewood, flower garden and touch of smoke and sweet spice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice, smoke and touch of cedar. Fairly long length  with rose and cherry finish. (95)

精彩的酒香，強勁而複雜，有一種吸引人去發掘的力量，很有想像空間的酒香。酒的單寧尚算熟及滑，餘韻充滿果香，令人回味。酒味在口中的想像空間比較少，但層次分明，很不錯。一枝好酒，值得慢慢品嚐的好酒。

2002 Chambertin, Domaine Charles Vienot

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, rose, red plum, licorice, pine wood and trace of earth, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium tannin but a bit coarse. The flavour intensity is medium with flavours of red cherry, red plum, rose pedal and touch of cabbage and vegetal. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90) Surprisingly a bit coarse?

以這葡萄園及年份來說是有點失敗的，但也不算差得很利害。酒香交到貨，有一定強度和複雜性。酒味在口中強度下降了，更奇的是口感有些鞋，餘韻尚算合格。酒整體不錯，但有點不太像這出色年份和田的風格，可能這解釋到這酒的價格。

2000 Chambertin, Domaine A. Rousseau

This dry red wine possesses fairly deep ruby colour. It has pronounced level aromas of red plum, cabbage, strawberry, mint leaves, licorice and touch of anise and earth. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium level tannin with touch of stalky. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, cranberry, vegetal and touch of mushroom, cabbage, licorice and spice. Fairly long length with redcherry finish. (93)

複雜性不錯，強度亦好，餘韻亦長，各方面都在展示了這是一枝好酒。要彈的是單寧有點點青澀，相信是年份和枝梗的問題。酒的層次感可以再好一點就非常正了。

1995 Chambertin, Domaine A. Rousseau

This wine has fairly deep ruby colour with a touch of haziness. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of strawberry candy, rose perfume, forest floor, spice and touch of wet earth and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied as well. The tannin is soft at medium level with quite high intensity flavours of strawberry jam, rose, forest floor, licorice and damp earth. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (94) Good layer yet well integrated.

香氣及酒味均複雜強烈， 餘韻亦長，反映了這酒的高質素。酒香及酒味亦頗有層次，酒質順滑，口感較一致，唯酒味的變化不大，故在酒中也沒大驚喜，但已經好好飲了。

2009 Chambertin, Domaine Tortochot

A deep ruby wine with pronounced aromas of black plum, rose, black cherry, smoke, cabbage, vanilla with hint of vegetal notes. It is dry with more than medium acidity. Medium alcohol and medium plus bodied. The tannin is at medium level but ripe and silky. On palate, it gives quite high intensity flavours of red plum, cherry, cabbage, strawberry, smoke and spice. Quite long length with rose and strawberry finish. (93)Tasted on 7 January 2012我覺得枝酒在口內的味道與香氣比較一致，冇咩變化及驚喜，但酒質是不錯的。酸度仍嫌略高一點，過多幾年會仲好飲。

2004 Chambertin, Domaine Rossignol-Trapet

Deep ruby coloured dry red wine with strong aromas of rose, raspberry, ripe red plum, licorice with trace of cabbage and smoke. Medium alcohol, acidity with silky tannin. Fuller than medium body with strong flavour intensity. Ripe cherry, plummy, rose, cabbage and spice on palate. Long length with red plum finish. Good integration and concentration.
