1990 Clos Des Lambrays, Domaine F & L Saier

Deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity noses of black cherry, rose, earth, licorice, damp wood and touch of mint leaf, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Soft ripe tannin at medium level with medium intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, tea and hints of hay. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91) Good mouthfeel but  bit simple on palate at this level.

較重的泥土方面的表現，但仍存在著一定的花果香。酒的發展已成熟，口感很好，酒的複雜性在口中不及酒香，餘韻亦長，是一枝中上水平的酒品。好喝。

2013 Charmes Chambertin, Domaine Armand Rousseau

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives qutie intense aromas of red cherry, strawberry, wild raspberry, vegetal, cabbage and trace of spice, quite young. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin. The flavours on palate contain red plum, vegetal, cabbage, rose, red cherry, quite intense and very fruity. Fairly long length with red berry jam finish, (93) Too young?

公整、四正、結構堅實。酒仍年青，果感出眾，酒力強烈。酒香開始展現複雜性，餘韻長。這酒仍有一段長路行。2013年酒的單寧柔軟，但已經不算青澀，幾好飲。即使在這年份仍有一些期待。

2006 Chambertin, Domaine A. Rousseau

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine wine pronounced aromas of black plum, cherry, rose, vanilla, pinewood, flower garden and touch of smoke and sweet spice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice, smoke and touch of cedar. Fairly long length  with rose and cherry finish. (95)

精彩的酒香，強勁而複雜，有一種吸引人去發掘的力量，很有想像空間的酒香。酒的單寧尚算熟及滑，餘韻充滿果香，令人回味。酒味在口中的想像空間比較少，但層次分明，很不錯。一枝好酒，值得慢慢品嚐的好酒。

2005 Ruchottes Chambertin Clos des Ruchottes, Domaine Armand Rousseau

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose jam, red plum, smoke, strawberry, licorice, anise, earth and touch of vegetal, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium ripe and soft tannin as well. On palate it gives quite intense rose, red cherry, vegetal, licorice flavours and touch of earthy and tea. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93)

要不是餘韻比想像中短，這酒的評價會更高。酒香出色，酒力及複雜性也在中上之列，酒的口感柔順豐滿，酒味亦有一定發展情度，好好味，會令任何人感 到酒的高級數似的。

1998 Chambertin Clos De Beze, Domaine Armand Rousseau

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of rose pedal, red cherry, licorice, sweet spice and touch of red plum and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Quite high tannin and stalky. On palate it gives over medium level flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, licorice, red tea and vegetal notes. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Good layer of flavours.

利害的是這酒的後勁。酒香已經很不錯，花果香料味俱全，而且有一定強度。入口後酒的味道是會變化的，這感覺是很奇妙及開心的， 酒味是一路路的變直至吞下，餘韻比想像中短了些，但已經令人回味，好味道。

1995 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Clos St. Jacques, Domaine Armand Rousseau

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour with touch of haziness. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, damp earth, anise and wild rose. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with quite high fine grained tannin. Quite intense flavours too, with flavours of black cherry, rose, earth, licorice and vegetal. Long length with black cherry finish. (93)

 四平八穩的好酒，各方表現也在中上水平，餘韻更是錦上添花的，好飲。酒的單寧仍很強，酒味多一些複雜性的酒將會更出色，但現在飲已經很好了。這酒還有頗長的適飲期。

2009 Ruchottes Chambertin Clos des Ruchottes, Domaine Armand Rousseau

Quite deep ruby colour and quite intense noses of strawberry, rose pedal, earth, smoke and rosemary type fresh herb. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and ripe tannin at medium level with quite high flavour intensity. Fairly long length with rose and red cherry finish. (93) Beautiful

被這酒的花果味引致我感到有點驚艷。很香，但仍有點新的，就像一籃剛採下的花果香草的，帶著點點泥土一樣。酒力亦強，餘韻算長，好好飲，放多幾年應該更好。

2005 Mazy Chambertin, Domaine Armand Rousseau

This is a deep ruby dry red wine. On nose it has pronounced intensity noses of rose jam, dried red plum, strawberry perfume and touch of vanilla, forest floor, mint and anise. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is soft and ripe at medium level. Slightly over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red berry, licorice, cherry jam, and touch of cabbage. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93)

 這酒的酒香有點深沉感覺。果香很出眾，但聞深一點卻有著重重的香料，希望時間可以令它香料味更明顯。酒味仍是果味主導，酒力強、餘韻長，好酒來的，但過多幾年再試才可見真章。

2000 Chambertin, Domaine A. Rousseau

This dry red wine possesses fairly deep ruby colour. It has pronounced level aromas of red plum, cabbage, strawberry, mint leaves, licorice and touch of anise and earth. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium level tannin with touch of stalky. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, cranberry, vegetal and touch of mushroom, cabbage, licorice and spice. Fairly long length with redcherry finish. (93)

複雜性不錯，強度亦好，餘韻亦長，各方面都在展示了這是一枝好酒。要彈的是單寧有點點青澀，相信是年份和枝梗的問題。酒的層次感可以再好一點就非常正了。

It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied as well. The tannin is soft at medium level with quite high intensity flavours of strawberry jam, rose, forest floor, licorice and damp earth. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (94) Good layer yet well integrated.

香氣及酒味均複雜強烈， 餘韻亦長，反映了這酒的高質素。酒香及酒味亦頗有層次，酒質順滑，口感較一致，唯酒味的變化不大，故在酒中也沒大驚喜，但已經好好飲了。
