2009 Montrachet, Remoissenet Peres & Fils

A medium intensity lemon coloured dry white burgundy with pronounced noses of honey, peach, stewed pear, lemon cake, mineral and apricot, pretty mature. Slightly over medium level acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, almond, wet stone, peach, mineral and touch of chalk and oak. Fairly long length with lemon custard finish. (94) Good intensity, round with good acidity

成熟美味，酒力強，複雜性高，餘韻亦長，好一支佳釀。以白酒年份來說不是一個好年份，但十多年過去酒的酸度仍然出色，好喝。酒的味道組合已經偏向成熟果實方向，沒有了新喝的那種組合，味道亦已經融和，喝得好順好舒服

2015 Le Corton, Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils

This dry Burgundy red has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice and touch of meat, mineral and cedar. Medium alcohol, acidity and bodied with soft medium tannin. The flavours intensity is quite intense with flavours of red berry, licorice, dried rose, cabbage and touch of wormwood. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) Good intensity throughout.

好強的酒力，也有一定複雜性，一貫Grand Cru的表現，餘韻合格有餘，四四正正。所有味道同時表現出來，並非那些一層層出味的感覺的酒。但也是一喝便覺得係一支不錯的酒品，好味道

2010 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium intensity lemon colour with pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, vanilla, amber, toasted almond and touch of limestone and mineral, a bit steely too. It is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon peel, peach, vanilla, bitter almond, saline and some floral note. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish. (94) Good nose and minerality, powerful and sharp, good terror

酒的田土特色很好，酒力強勁，而且亦很複雜，一喝便知是一支高級的產品，酒在口中味道有少少轉化，餘韻長，令人有點回味無窮的感覺，很好喝。酒的發展成熟，相信現在進入一個很好的適飲期，這狀態應該還可以保持幾年，好享受吧！

2018 Corton, Les Charmeuses

Quite intense ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of rose, black plum, strawberry jam, earth and hints of smoke and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with medium tannin, a bit coarse tho. On palate it has over medium level intensity flavours of red plum, breakfast tea, earth, smoke and licorice. Medium length with plummy finish. (91) Strong but simple fruit.

三支之中以酒的強度來說，這支反而最強。香氣強勁，味道方面四四正正，但有點點嚡口，酒在口中的味道減弱了，餘韻合格，但以特級田來說是比較差了一點。複雜性也是差了一點，幾好飲，但不是一支特級田酒應有的表現。

2008 Clos de Vougeot, Les Charmeuses

Quite intense ruby coloured with fairly intense noses of rose pedal, strawberry, licorice, red cherry and touch of cabbage and mushroom, rather light. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin, a bit stalky too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of redcurrant, red berry, strawberry and rose pedal, touch of vanilla too. Medium length with redcurrant length. (91) Rather light and floral, interesting.

而這個葡萄來說，這一支算是較輕身的類別。酒香不錯，力度算強花果味亦很充足，但沒有太多香料味。這個味道組合一直維持到品飲完畢。整體來說，是花果味充足的一支酒，可能係這個緣故，令人感覺走的複雜性略欠了一點。酒味在口中的力度下降了，餘韻亦算合格，但不是特級園的表現，丹寧亦算強，但有點枝梗的感覺，但不太影響口感。整體表現中規中矩，合格有餘的酒品

2008 Charmes Chambertin, Les Charmeuses

Quite deep ruby coloured with medium intensity noses of ripe red plum, stewed berry, rose, earth, licorice, some sign of maturity too. It is dry with medium acidity, medium bodied and alcohol, medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of rose, strawberry, red plum skin, earth and touch of nutmeg. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) rather light and medicore.

一支似村酒的特級田，正正常常，所有方面都中中等等，只是複雜性比一般的村酒好。好處是即開即飲，表現一致⋯⋯死啦，我咁講係贊緊還是彈緊佢？

2006 Musigny, Domaine Joseph Drouhin

Quite deep intensity ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose garden, red plum, ripe strawberry, forest floor and spice box, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has fairly intense flavours of red cherry, red tea, wild strawberry, rose pedal and licorice spice. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93) Smooth and great nose.

酒香出色，係非常之出色，強而複雜，有深度，像在說故事似的。酒的強度一直延至口中，口感柔順餘韻算長，好喝，酒味由濃烈方向轉向陰柔，有一點變化，好酒一支，絕對係適合慢慢品嚐的美酒

2016 Ch. Moulin St. George

Deep purple coloured with pronounced noses of black plum, black cherry, mint, violet and trace of dark chocolate. Very intense and fruity nose, ripe but not jammy. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with medium fine grain tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, red plum, earth and touch of mint. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91) Need stronger palate.

香氣很好的一支酒，強烈得來有一定的複雜性，難得的是它並沒有想像中的那麼醬果，純粹以香氣來說覺得是一支出名的酒莊產品。酒味厚重，丹寧結實，只是酒味在口中的力度低了不少，餘韻亦一樣，是一支不錯的酒品，幾好飲，性價比來說更加是一支值得買的酒。

2011 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon coloured dry white burgundy with quite intense aromas of lemon, ripe apple, limestone, peach, honey and dried flower. Medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, sweet almond, peach, honey and touch of steel and floral notes. Fairly long length with lemony finish. (93) Smooth, round with good acidity.

始終是我最喜愛的酒莊，酒力強勁，亦有一定的複雜性，這股力度及複雜性一直維持到吞嚥後仍然存在，好酒的表現。餘韻亦長，令人愛不釋口，2011年的布根地白酒，現在喝真的幾好喝。當然可以再陳年，但是現在我已經喝得很享受。

2016 Charmes Chambertin, Domaine des Varoilles

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of red plum, cedar, dried rose, pine wood, mint, and strawberry jam. Medium alcohol and acidity with quite full bodied and medium fine grained and ripe tannin. Over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, licorice and touch of earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Good nose but needs better complexity on palate

酒香誇啦啦的一支酒，酒力不論在香氣及口中都很強勁，餘韻亦都算長，只是酒味在口中的複雜性下降了不少，否則會是一支很出色的酒品，好喝，相信年份幫助了不少。

2015 Corton Charlemagne, Benjamin Leroux

Medium lemon coloured with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, peach, resin white flower, amber and touch of wet stone, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, wet stone, mineral, white flower and touch of almond. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91) Need a better length. Good typicity tho.

田土特性很好，直情是熟悉的味道一樣。酒的香氣及酒味力度都算強，以這樣的強度我期望的是一個較長的餘韻，但這酒似乎做不到，酒的整體感覺很好喝，亦只有餘韻稍稍欠缺一點的這一個缺點，是好酒品來的，或者我要求過高吧。

2002 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red Burgundy has medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, mushroom, forest floor and pine wood. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, licorice and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Wonderfully soft and floral with wild fruit flavour. Delicate and aromatic.

一種非筆墨所能形容嘅優雅輕柔感覺出現在酒力強勁、複雜性高的酒入邊，這種感覺十分神奇。酒的香氣及酒味，感覺偏向野生果實，再加上有點像雨後森林的清爽感，令人有如沐春風般的品飲享受，十分難得。好喝！

Fairly long length with lemon and mineral finish (94)

很好喝的一支酒。強度充足、複雜性範圍廣泛。酸度柔順得來醒神，酒體豐富得來不會感覺膩，在口中的酒味亦有輕微轉變，餘韻很長，很好喝，亦會吸引人不停喝。

2014 Chapelle Chambertin, Domaine Pierre Damoy

Quite deep ruby colour with pronounced nose of rose, wild strawberry, cedar, red cherry, wet earth and touch of toast. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, barely medium tannin which is soft but a bit green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry juice, strawberry tea, herbaceous and trace of licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) A bit weak on palate but elegant.

這酒莊的酒是屬於輕巧優雅的，稍有不慎會給人一個淡淡的感覺。這支酒的酒力很強，酒香的複雜度很高，餘韻亦長，是有一定質素的。酒味在口中感覺上約了點，如果佐餐的話很容易被食物的味道掩蓋，是慢慢喝的一支酒。

The dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of lemon, white flower, peach, honey, vanilla spice and touch of butter, stone. A good spectrum of noses. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of almond, lemon, honey, peach and touch of steel and wet stone. Medium length with floral finish. (93)

這是一支合格的夢夏雪，不論在香氣及酒味的強度和複雜性，酒的口感也反映出這酒質。口感豐滿，要彈的當然是餘韻不夠長。感覺上也覺得這支酒比其他的發展較快，相信他的陳年能力並不如正常的那麼長，所以還是早喝一點吧

2012 Benoit Beaufort Ambonnay Grand Cru Champagne Brut

A medium lemon coloured dry champagne with pronounced noses of apple, lemon, honeysuckle, wet stone and touch of cream. It is dry with over medium intensity acidity, quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. Medium alcohol tool. On palate it gives fresh lime and lemon, green apple, chalk and steel. Medium length with lime finish. (90) Clean and fresh.

夏天凍飲之選，清爽、口感乾淨。強烈的香氣帶着清新果香油一定的風土味道。酸度頗醒神，口感豐盈，整體是好喝，亦喝得輕鬆愉快

2014 Clos Vougeot, Domaine Laurent Roumier

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level aromas of rose perfume, red berry, plum, anise, cedar and trace of cinnamon, nutmeg, very spicy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin, a bit greenness though. The flavour intensity is at medium plus level with flavours of rose, red cherry, licorice and cedar. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Spiciness fading on palate.

聞的時候，酒的香餘真是很好，又強又複雜，特別是香料味，好像入了一個香料貨倉似的。年份問題，酒的單寧有點青，但不太大問題。問題是在酒味，入口後酒的香料味散却不少，但又不是散晒，餘韻亦算長，幾好飲，不過口中表現真的有點怪。

2001 Mazis Chambertin, Hospices de Beaune Cuvee Madeleine Collignon

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of mushroom, rose jam, smoke, dried plum, licorice and damp earth. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Medium intensity fine grained tannin with a touch of greenness. Over medium intensity flavours of dried plum, earth, mushroom, licorice and rose. Fairly long length wtih plummy finish. (92) Quite bold and heavy.

頗重口的感覺。酒在一點濃濃的醬果及重重的泥土味中來來回回，口感較重，田土及品種特色明顯，酒力和複雜性、甚至餘韻也是中上水平，好酒來的。只是我個人覺得有點過重。

2012 Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

Medium lemon in colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, steel, white flower, wet stone and ripe peach. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied and pronounced flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, honey, vanilla, steel, wet stone and touch of butter and lemon. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

深藏不畢，酒香不太強，但慢慢滲出其複雜性，入口感覺豐滿，又不太像很多其他的MONTRACHET那麼油潤，可是酒味的澎湃令人喜愛，酒力是轟進來的，再加上長的餘韻，完全的一匹後上馬，越嗒越好味的，正。

2011 Chevalier Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

This dry white wine has medium lemon green colour and quite intense aromas of lemon, cream, honey, chamomile, mineral, peach and vanilla, good fruit. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, peach, vanilla and white flower. Fairly long length with lemon and vanilla finish. (94) Round and sweet.

好少用甜美來形容乾白酒，但這枝可以。生果感很好，酒的強度不論酒香及酒味也強，而且有著多樣的複雜性，雖然偏向果感方面多一些，香料味不及果香。餘韻亦長，好喝，會吸引你不斷喝的，好毒。
