2001 Mazis Chambertin, Hospices de Beaune Cuvee Madeleine Collignon

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of mushroom, rose jam, smoke, dried plum, licorice and damp earth. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Medium intensity fine grained tannin with a touch of greenness. Over medium intensity flavours of dried plum, earth, mushroom, licorice and rose. Fairly long length wtih plummy finish. (92) Quite bold and heavy.

頗重口的感覺。酒在一點濃濃的醬果及重重的泥土味中來來回回，口感較重，田土及品種特色明顯，酒力和複雜性、甚至餘韻也是中上水平，好酒來的。只是我個人覺得有點過重。

2011 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Henri Boillot

Medium intensity lemon colour with quite intense noses of lemon, almond, coconut, cream, floral, wet stone and peach. It is dry with slightly acidic, medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, cream, butter, honey, hazelnut. Medium length with lemon and nutty finish. (91) Touch of bitterness at the back

強烈的酒力，一定程度的複雜性，不錯的礦物感，合格的餘韻，表現到田土的特色，四平八穩的感覺。只是酒在吞後有丁點甘甘的味道。酒還可陳放，但不要放十年八載，現在酸度有丁點削，但酒味有些開始成熟的感覺，好飲的。

2003 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Henri Boillot

Medium lemon green colour with pronounced level aromas of lemon, mineral, white flower, honey toast and touch of walnut. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied and over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, mineral, wet stone, ripe pear and touch of honey. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92)

酒香強勁，又有一定複雜性，口感豐滿但略為重了點點。酒味在口中跟酒香很一致，餘韻算長，幾好飲。個人覺得如果酸度高一點可能會更好，這酒的活力似乎少了點。

A medium lemon green colour dry white wine with quite high noses of lemon, cream, butter, white flower, vanilla and touch of limestone and mineral. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of lemon, honey, cream and mineral. Barely over medium length with honey lemon finish. (89)

香氣不錯，算強，亦有一定複雜性，也展現到田土特性。酒味在口中簡單直接了很多，香味仍算不錯，餘韻合格。一枝很不錯的餐酒，以這年份算OK了。

A dry white burgundy with medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, cream, butter, mineral, and chalk. Medium alcohol and bodied with higher than medium acidity. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral, chalk and pear. Barely longer than medium length with lemony finish. (90) A bit weak palate

在不好的年份，酒仍有這強度和複雜的香氣，算不錯了。入口後，它會話你知它是一枝普普通通的酒，酒力下降，複雜性更大大的下降。這酒亦全不像一枝梅索村的酒，口感頗弱。作為餐酒的算不錯的。

 再一次話比你知2005年是一個好好年，酒的強度很好，餘韻亦長，口感豐厚，再配上酒味有一定的複雜性，好酒一枝。似乎酒仍可發展多幾年。現飲可，但會酸多了少少，過多兩年會更好。

2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, Domaine Henri Boillot

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, amber, white flower and mineral. Slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fairly full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, oak, honey, almond and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with citrus and nutty finish. (92) Well balance on flavours.

2010年的白布很不錯，仍可陳放一下。酒力算強烈，亦有一定複雜性 ，酒味有果有桶有陳年味，頗豐富的。餘韻亦長，好味。這酒莊的水準頗穩定，不錯，希望價格唔好升太快。

Medium lemon colour with higher than medium intensity aromas of lemon, Yakult, cream and touch of honey, quite fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, cream, grapefruit and touch of vanilla. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (92)

早飲了的酒，果感十足的。酒香及酒味都較強，亦有梅索村的特色。複雜性仍待發展，餘韻算長，幾好飲。2005年不愧係一個靚年。

中規中矩，酒有一定力度與複雜性，餘韻不合乎其身份地短。整體仍算一致，口感亦圓潤順滑，但以這葡萄園的酒來說就有點平凡了。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. It has fairly high intensity aromas of citrus, cream, vanilla, floral, honey and touch of amber and mineral. Medium acidity and alcohol with fuller than medium bodied. On palate, it gives medium flavours of citrus, almond, honey and vanilla. Close to long length of vanilla and nutty finish. (92) Barely over 91 because of the attractive length.

香氣複雜但口感不足，餘韻長令到些酒加分不少，食西餐飲這酒會好正。

2009 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Henri Boillot

The colour of this wine is quite pale and the colour tone is lemon green. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of vanilla, roasted almond, white flower, amber, stewed pear with touch of honey. It still has quite high acidity and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium alcohol and dry. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of grass, vanilla, toast, cream and wet stones. Fairly long length with touch of bitter lemon finish. (90) Still young but showed sign of development. Its potential is yet to reveal.

比較早喝了。此酒雖然已有一點發展，但還未完全展現出來，兩三年後應該會更複雜，餘韻長但收結有一絲苦澀，看看陳年會不會再有提升。現在喝雖然也不錯。

Barely over medium length with citrus and mineral finish. (90)

香氣吸引複雜，口感略為簡單一點。餘韻尚算不錯，酒亦很有PULIGNY風格。
