2019 Meursault 1er Cru Sous Le Dos D'Ane, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon green in colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of lime, amber, vanilla, mineral and white flower, touch of gooseberry too. Nice and bit elegant. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral, white flower and touch of pear and amber. Medium length with lime and vanilla finish. 以梅索村來說，這支的感覺比較輕身，但近年這村的酒，不論那一個酒莊，也好像做得比以前的輕身。酒的香味複雜優雅，亦有一定的強度。值得一讚。只是酒在口中的強度及複雜性有點下降，餘韻亦然，像是有頭冇尾的。算好喝，佐餐不錯。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced level aromas of cream, lemon, honey, amber, sawdust and apricot. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, cream, butter and mineral. Medium length with lemon apricot finish. (90) Needs better length

酒香比酒味出色的一支酒，餘韻比想像中短。這支梅索有其特有的牛油忌廉味，值得一讚。其他只是一支有合理強度、合理複雜性的布根地白酒。

2019 Meursault Clos Des Ecoles, Domaine Hudelot Noellat

Medium intensity dry white wine with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, toasted oak and touch of white flower, butter and chalk. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied as well. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon cream, white flower and trace of butter cream. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (90) Show some Meursault character but I would like to have more.

近來的梅索村酒，大部份都缺乏了這條村的風格，這一款算是展現了一定的梅索村感覺。走的強度中常，亦算有一定的複雜性，餘韻也是合格有餘，是不錯的一款村酒，但亦真的是一款村酒

2015 Meursault L'Ormeau, Domaine Fabien Coche

Medium lemon green in colour with medium intensity noses of lemon cream, white flower, butter and trace of white stone, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives fairly intense flavours of lemon cream, white flower, butter and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with lemon cream finish. (90) Some Meursault characters.

這村的酒越來越沒有以前那種油油膩膩的牛油感，但在這酒內仍然找到一點，有點開心。酒很四正，梅索村的風格，酒香較酒味弱，酒在口中的表現好得多，餘韻亦算長，好喝的餐酒，好味。

現在的梅索越來越輕身，不知是否市場需要。這酒也是一樣，並沒有傳統的那種厚實感，但也不至於一些酒莊那樣造到成枝PULIGNY咁。這酒的酒體還算重一點。酒的表現中上，酒力強，亦有一定的複雜性，好飲的餐酒，亦感受到梅索的油感，不錯。

2007 Meursault Perrieres, Domaine Potinet Ampeau

A dry white wine with medium lemon green colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of lemon, cream soda, white floral and chalk. Good layers of aromas. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, butter and mineral. Medium length with lemon finish. (90) Good nose.

層次分明的香氣，好像逐樣香氣講你知的感覺。酒在口中表現沒有驚喜，雖不是平平無奇 ，但酒力及複雜性也是中規中矩，特別是以這塊田來說。餘韻亦合格，枝酒整體中度平衡，幾好飲。

2012 Meursault Clos des Boucheres, Domaine Roulot

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of lemon, cream, toasted nuts, chalk, white flower and touch of pear and honey. Quite acidic but soft, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, floral, cream and trace of butter. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

另一個風格爽朗的梅索酒製造者，強勁的酒力，亦有一定複雜性，長長的餘韻，根本係一枝特級田酒的表現。層次分別，酒味豐富但又不令人感到很重口，好功力。讚。

2007 Meursault Clos des Ambres, Domaine Arnuad Ente

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with pronounced aromas of lemon, toasted almond, butter, chalk, and touch of honey. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, floral, vanilla and chalk. Longer than medium length with lime finish. (92) Clean and crisp.

沒有一般梅索村酒的厚厚牛酒忌廉口感，換來的是較清爽口感的，但酒力及複雜性並沒有減少，有特色的酒品，餘韻也算長，好喝。 要讚的是味道組合由酒香的較重感轉為口中較多花果感，但要彈的是口中的複雜性又不及酒香好。整體是中上的酒品，好。

A medium intensity lemon coloured dry white wine with quite pronounced level aromas of lemon, butter, vanilla, honeyed almond and traces of chalk, white flower and cream. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, pear, vanilla, white flower, butter and touch of cream and almond. Long length with lemon custard finish. (93)

以這村來說這酒的表現可能是頂級的。強勁的香氣和酒味帶出酒的複雜性和村莊特色，長長而令人回味的餘韻，好好味，是會令人飲完一啖之後，嗒兩嗒就相即刻再飲的酒。酒體豐厚，酒味層次分明，令人難忘。再一次證明2010年的布根地白酒是不可以錯過的。

Medium lemon green colour with close to pronounced level aromas of cream, butter, toasted sesame, lemon, white flower and touch of chalk, it is dry with medium acidity, full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon tart, chalk, butter with touch of floral notes. Long length with lemon cream finish. (93)

這一枝村酒明顯超出村酒質素。香氣及酒味的強度很強，餘韻亦長，徹頭徹尾的一枝濃郁酒品。香氣的複雜性不錯，酒味的複雜性亦可，相對其他梅索村的酒這酒較優雅，可能是乳酸發酵感較少吧。好飲，但看了價錢後才慶幸有人請我飲。

A medium lemon green colour dry white wine with quite high noses of lemon, cream, butter, white flower, vanilla and touch of limestone and mineral. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of lemon, honey, cream and mineral. Barely over medium length with honey lemon finish. (89)

香氣不錯，算強，亦有一定複雜性，也展現到田土特性。酒味在口中簡單直接了很多，香味仍算不錯，餘韻合格。一枝很不錯的餐酒，以這年份算OK了。

A dry white burgundy with medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, cream, butter, mineral, and chalk. Medium alcohol and bodied with higher than medium acidity. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral, chalk and pear. Barely longer than medium length with lemony finish. 在不好的年份，酒仍有這強度和複雜的香氣，算不錯了。入口後，它會話你知它是一枝普普通通的酒，酒力下降，複雜性更大大的下降。這酒亦全不像一枝梅索村的酒，口感頗弱。作為餐酒的算不錯的。

Medium lemon coloured dry white wine with medium noses of lemon, floral, cream and touch of honey, peach and butter. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fairly full bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, butter, cream, vanilla and honey. Longer than medium length with lemon custard finish. (90)

一枝公整的梅索村白酒，酒香不太強勁，複雜性算合格，最值得讚賞的是餘韻，長得來亦有一個頗複雜的酒味，令人回味的。 這酒表現出些產區的造酒風格，但不至於有很高的品質，別受品牌影響啊!

2005 Meursualt 1er Les Poruzots, Domaine Henri Boillot

Medium lemon colour with higher than medium intensity aromas of lemon, Yakult, cream and touch of honey, quite fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, cream, grapefruit and touch of vanilla. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (92)

早飲了的酒，果感十足的。酒香及酒味都較強，亦有梅索村的特色。複雜性仍待發展，餘韻算長，幾好飲。2005年不愧係一個靚年。

2010 Meursault, Mischief and Mayhem

This wine has medium lemon green colour with slightly higher than medium intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, honey, peach, cream soda and touch of vanilla. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with slightly high then medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, white flower, cream, peach with touch of almond. Longer than medium length with lemon jam finish. (90) Bit thick mouthfeel, good intensity but lack of complexity.

厚重的一款白酒，有著梅索村的風格。入口的厚重感襲人，隨之而來的是那強烈的酒香。酒在口中有豐滿的感覺，餘韻亦不錯，只是其複雜性不足以令它有更高的評價。重口味之選。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with slightly over medium intensity noses of lemon, cream, butter, honey, white flower and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied, with medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, cream, honey, vanilla and touch of oak. Longer than medium length with honey citrus finish. 酒香與酒味一致，亦展現梅索村的風格，是一枝整體高於平均的酒品。酒力及複雜度尚算合格，餘韻亦是。對我來說簡單了點，但也是一枝易飲易明的酒品。

2002 Meursault Clos de la Barre, Domaine des Comtes Lafon

This medium lemon coloured dry white burgundy has slightly over medium intensity aromas of honey, citrus, cream, butter, vanilla and touch of mineral, stone and peach. The acidity and alcohol are at medium level, quite full bodied though. The flavours are quite high in intensity with flavours of lemon, honey, butter, vanilla and touch of stone and floral, quite consistent. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (91) A touch of bitterness at the back.

工整一致的酒，梅索村的風格表露無遺。酒香及酒力也有一定的質素和強度，好飲。可是餘韻有一點點苦，如果鍾意"回甘"的話使會覺得冇問題。由聞到飲都很一致的好酒。

1999 Meursault Perrieres, Domaine des Comtes Lafon

This dry wine white has medium lemon in colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, musky, cream, butter and touch of lime and floral notes. Full bodied with medium alcohol and acidity. Fairly high flavour intensity and close to long length with honey citrus finish. Flavours contain lemon, floral, cream and mineral. (92) good structure.

酒香誘人但口中複雜性出奇地簡單了。強勁的力度是這酒的亮點，不論香氣酒味及餘韻均是。這酒亦貫徹這條村的特色，口感豐滿油潤，不錯。

2010 Meursault, Domaine des Comtes Lafon

This wine possesses medium lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, white flower, wet stone, vanilla and oak. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Fairly high intensity flavours of citrus, floral, wet stone and touch of grapefruit. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (91) Too young to drink.

又早飲了，田土的風格仍未充分展現。酒仍是花果木的組合，唯勝在力度足，有一定發展空間。複雜性的發展已開始預見了，兩三年後再 試也不遲。

2011 Meursault, Domaine & Selection Coche-Dury

This dry white wine has medium lemon in colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of oak, vanilla, roasted hazelnut, lemon with touch of floral and mineral. Medium acidity but a bit sharp in nature. Full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, butter, cream and mineral. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (93)

2011年的白布根地酒是不錯的，這枝亦然，亦太早飲了。酒味仍以木桶所帶出來為主，其他味道仍有待發展。但這酒也顯現了一定的質素。酒力強，複雜性現在仍未足，但有一定深度，將來的複雜性會有所增加。餘韻頗長，口感豐盈，各方面都表現出這酒的質素。現在酒的酸度削了點，給點時間會更好。現飲的話要給多一點時間透氣，好酒來的。
