2019 Bourgogne, Domaine Hudelot Noellat

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with medium intensity aromas of black plum, rose, anise and clove type spicy with trace of strawberry and cherry, pretty attractive. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, cherry, licorice and touch of red tea. Medium length with plummy finish. (89) Decent and straight, easy to drink food wine.

有點令人出奇的香氣，雖然不算很強，但複雜性頗引人入勝，完全唔似普通的播乾。酒的其他表現中規中矩，在口中的複雜性當然不及其香氣。餘韻也是中規中矩，整體做得不錯，年份可能提升了這酒的質素吧。

     

2019 Meursault Clos Des Ecoles, Domaine Hudelot Noellat

Medium intensity dry white wine with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, toasted oak and touch of white flower, butter and chalk. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied as well. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon cream, white flower and trace of butter cream. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (90) Show some Meursault character but I would like to have more.

近來的梅索村酒，大部份都缺乏了這條村的風格，這一款算是展現了一定的梅索村感覺。走的強度中常，亦算有一定的複雜性，餘韻也是合格有餘，是不錯的一款村酒，但亦真的是一款村酒

2013 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine Hudelot Noellat

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose perfume, red cherry, red plum, earth, strawberry tea and touch of pine wood. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Barely medium tannin and a bit green, On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, plum, rose perfume, licorice and earth. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (93) Good fruit and elegant. Need some time too.

以這葡萄園來說這酒較輕身，可以說優雅。有著黑皮諾標誌性的香氣，也有著展示酒質的濃濃花果和香料的香味，好的出品。但是否年份問題，酒的口感有點青澀，而且現在飲亦未有足夠的時間發展，現在飲會喝到它的潛質，幾年後會更好一點吧。

2002 Clos de Vougeot, Domain Hudelot Noellat

This dry red wine has quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose perfume, strawberry, red cherry, spice, vegetal and touch of mushroom. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose tea, vegetal, cabbage, licoirce and touch of wet earth. Close to long length with red cherry finish. (92)

有些酒的表現是越來越精彩的，這酒就是一個好例子。聞時覺得中規中舉，香氣強度一般，複雜性不錯。但入口之後便覺得好飲。雖然不是太複雜，但強度比酒香多了，餘韻亦長，好飲。
