2002 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red Burgundy has medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, mushroom, forest floor and pine wood. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, licorice and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Wonderfully soft and floral with wild fruit flavour. Delicate and aromatic.

一種非筆墨所能形容嘅優雅輕柔感覺出現在酒力強勁、複雜性高的酒入邊,這種感覺十分神奇。酒的香氣及酒味,感覺偏向野生果實,再加上有點像雨後森林的清爽感,令人有如沐春風般的品飲享受,十分難得。好喝!

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite intense noses of rose jam, red plum, red berry, vanilla, licorice, mushroom, earth and cabbage. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium tannin and soft. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose jam, red berry candy, vanilla and damped wood. Fairly long length with red berry candy finish. (92) Touch of bitter at the back, good candied fruit.

醬果的香氣對這酒來說已經是預期之內。這似的更有點像糖果的感覺。酒力強而有其接近標誌性的複雜性,濃厚而再加多一點甜蜜,很討人喜愛。酒的餘韻長。各方面的味道組合也有,是一件漂亮的作品。唯一對品飲有點影響的是酒的單寧。酒還新,可以陳年一下,會有更有趣的品飲感受。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose perfume, red cherry, red plum, earth, strawberry tea and touch of pine wood. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Barely medium tannin and a bit green, On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, plum, rose perfume, licorice and earth. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (93) Good fruit and elegant. Need some time too.

以這葡萄園來說這酒較輕身,可以說優雅。有著黑皮諾標誌性的香氣,也有著展示酒質的濃濃花果和香料的香味,好的出品。但是否年份問題,酒的口感有點青澀,而且現在飲亦未有足夠的時間發展,現在飲會喝到它的潛質,幾年後會更好一點吧。

This dry red wine possesses deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, cherry, smoke, strawberry jam, rose perfume and touch of sandalwood and forest floor. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level but touch of greenness. On palate it gives fairly intense flavours of red cherry, plum, rose pedal, licorice, smoke and toasted wood. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93)

跟同年的 LA TACHE 一起飲,這酒的單寧青了點,這才是我印象中的2011年。酒的力度很強,而且複雜,餘韻亦長,好酒。酒味沒有酒香那樣的醬果感,但味道層次分明,也是一個好處。酒貫徹著這酒莊的高質素,好味道。

A deep ruby colour dry red wine with intense aromas of meat and blood, black plum, damp earth, strawberry jam, dried rose, licorice and touch of mint. It has medium acid, medium alcohol and body, with medium level of fine grained tannin. The black plum finish is quite long with intense flavours on palate, the flavours contain black plum, black cherry, dried rose, licorice, damped wood and touch of sandalwood (94)

翻查紀錄,原來約半年前試過這酒,發現我也是比相同評分,證明我的品評水評幾一致呢(刷下自己鞋先)。雖然同分,今次酒的印象比較重口了一點,這枝的表現較重味,果味轉了點黑果,也發展了點較重身的黑皮諾特色。其他品質參數變化不大,依然好酒一枝,再陳多十年多會是一枝今人回味的酒。

酒香及酒味都強而複雜的一枝好酒,貫徹著DRC RSV 的香氣及酒味,由聞至吞下也表現著一致的高水平,餘韻亦長而濃郁,好酒,是一枝清楚明朗,簡單直接表達品質的酒。

Deep ruby with pronounced level aromas of strawberry, rose perfume, red cherry jam, licorice, anise and vanilla, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with smooth medium tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose pedal, wild red cherry, licorice and tea. Long length with red berry finish. (94) It has all components of a good wine, but needs time. Good length too.

很早飲的一枝酒,但仍可在那長長的餘韻和初發展的香氣和酒味中找到這酒的潛質。酒力亦強勁,酒味亦然。一枝好酒應有的特質全部都存在,只待時間發展,令人期待。

Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is higher than medium with flavours of plum, red berry, rose pedal, earth, British tea and licorice. Long length with rose tea finish. (94)

第二次飲這酒,酒仍算年輕。強烈複雜的氣味及酒味一以貫之。餘韻亦長,以品飲享受來說比上一次更好。可能是酒的狀態問題,這次的單寧比較重了點。酒很好飲,回味亦很吸引,仍有發展空間。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with fairly high noses of rose jam, plum jam, raspberry, smoke, toast and touch of vanilla and strawberry. Medium acidity, alcohol and ripe tannin. Quite full bodied with quite high flavours of red berry, red plum, rose jam, smoke, toast, earth and touch of nutmeg. Fairly long length with red berry jam finish. (94) Ripe and concentrated, still young.

這酒跟上一篇的98年同場品飲,這酒年青多了。酒的活力足,生猛活潑,酒香強勁複雜,酒味亦然 ,餘韻亦長,香料味與花果味互相輝映,好飲。酒仍年青,多放一點會更好。

Deep ruby coloured. Quite high intensity aromas of earth, mushroom, forest floor, red plum and smoke. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fine-grained medium tannin. Fuller than medium bodied with quite high intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, mushroom and touch of earth and toast. Close to long length with red plum finish. (93) Over breathed this time.

一貫置身花園的感覺,DRC的魅力真是有引人的魔力。酒香複雜細緻,亦有一定強度,餘韻亦長,好飲。但這酒已經在適飲期了。這次品飲時,開酒透氣的時間長了點,有點感到隱隱的疲態。

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of rose perfume, red cherry, cabbage, licorice, and wild berry, good fruity nose. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with soft medium tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, toast, cabbage and licorice. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91)

花果味很好的酒,酒香強勁,像一個花果盤似的。酒雖然仍有07年常見的點點青澀感,但不太明顯。酒味在口中複雜性多了些香料味,但花果味又單調點,有些發展吧!餘韻算長 ,幾好飲。

This dry red wine possesses quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red berry, rose pedal, earth, cabbage and touch of rain forest and pine. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with medium soft tannin, tho a touch of greenness is detected. The flavour intensity is slightly over medium level with flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, earth, licorice and pine wood. Medium length with wild red cherry and vegetal notes. (92)

有點點青,但亦有著貴氣的一枝特級田葡萄酒。酒香有頗複雜的香氣,酒力亦算強勁,以這酒莊來說是中上的表現。餘韻算長,亦複雜,很不錯。優優雅雅的,好飲。

A medium ruby dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of strawberry, fresh cabbage, pine, vanilla and touch of forest floor, tangerine peel. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium fine-grained tannin too. On palate, it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose jam, damp earth, roasted vanilla and cabbage. Fairly long length with red plum and tea finish. (93)

這酒的享受過程是越來越好的。香氣很好,力度及複雜性皆不錯。入口後表現維持其高質素,餘韻亦長而誘人,好飲。

Fairly deep ruby coloured with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, rose perfume, tangerine, licorice spice, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a bit green though. It also has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, licorice and pine wood. Longer than medium length with vegetal finish. (92)

酒香高貴之餘也有一定力度及複雜性,酒味與酒香一致。餘韻不夠長,單寧有點青,所以扣了點分,但整體也是不錯的一枝酒。

It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium tannin but coarse in nature. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cabbage, licorice and earth. Long length with red cherry finish. (92)

這酒的分數最主要來自它的餘韻,夠長。酒亦展示了一點深度及架構,酒香亦強烈複雜,可是酒味在口中的複雜性下跌了一點。最大問題是酒的單寧,有點鞋,扣了點分,但仍是一枝好飲的酒。飲開較順滑的黑皮諾的人會更加覺得枝酒鞋口。

Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, the flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red berry, cabbage, spice, mushroom, strawberry and vegetal. Slightly over medium tannin but touch of greenness is detected. Close to long length with subtle red plum finish. (93)

酒色有點點濁但酒香已把你吸引過去了,酒香及複雜性俱佳,餘韻亦長,但單寧有一點青澀,否則是很好的一枝酒。

Having pronounced nose of red plum, vanilla, raspberry perfume, and trace of tea, licorice and earth, this dry wine has deeper than medium intensity ruby colour and medium level of fine-grained tannin. Medium acidity, bodied and alcohol with  higher than medium intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, earth, vegetal, cabbage and trace of banana. Long length with red cherry finish. (92)

仍覺這酒早了點飲。有濃郁複雜的香味和酒味,但果實味較重,餘韻長,口感馥郁,好味道。

2004 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has barely over medium intensity ruby colour. It has pronounced nose of rose, red plum, tangerine, licorice, musk and touch of dust, earth and anise. Very aromatic yet complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with silky medium tannin. On palate, it gives barely over medium intensity flavour of red cherry, plum, cabbage and trace of vegetal note. Fairly long length with red plum finish, taste of slight bitterness too. (93)

如果只聞酒香而不飲酒,我會比這酒96分以上。酒香濃郁、複雜、優雅,接近冇得彈。口感柔順,餘韻亦算長,雖則吞嚥後有丁點苦。扣了很多分的是酒味,酒入口後酒味變弱了,複雜性下降了,有點失望。但仍相信這酒會令人留有深刻印象(因為酒香真的好好)。

2001 Romanee St. Vivant, Vincent Girardin

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite pronounced nose of rose perfume, cabbage, red cherry, mushroom and touch of earth. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with close to pronounced flavour intensity. Touch of green tannin is detected. Red cherry, cabbage, spice and touch of herbaceous note and earth. Close to long length with cherry and plummy finish. (92) Wonderful palate, clean and pure but lack of complexity.

考慮了很久才決定比92分的一支酒,口感真的很強,餘韻長。可是感到單寧有一點點青,酒香只可用清純形容,複雜性不足。總的來說很可口。
