This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red cherry, rose, dried herbs, toast and smoke. Medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and fine grained tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum, redberry, rose tea and touch of licorice. Slightly over medium length with red plum. (90)

這酒莊的酒很多時要在口中才見真章。酒香不錯,算強而複雜,口感也可以,單寧硬了點點,酒味在口中強度和複雜性不及酒香,餘韻尚算不錯,幾好飲。

This dry red wine possesses quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red berry, rose pedal, earth, cabbage and touch of rain forest and pine. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with medium soft tannin, tho a touch of greenness is detected. The flavour intensity is slightly over medium level with flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, earth, licorice and pine wood. Medium length with wild red cherry and vegetal notes. (92)

有點點青,但亦有著貴氣的一枝特級田葡萄酒。酒香有頗複雜的香氣,酒力亦算強勁,以這酒莊來說是中上的表現。餘韻算長,亦複雜,很不錯。優優雅雅的,好飲。

A deep ruby coloured wine with medium noses of rose perfume, red berry, ripe plum, vegetal and touch of mint. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has slightly over medium flavours of red plum, cabbage, tea, vegetal and touch of earth. Close to long length with red berry finish. (91)

酒香不錯,有點貴氣,雖然強度只是一般。酒在口中的酒味反而更強,餘韻頗長,是屬於飲飲下覺得好飲的酒。輕鬆、舒服的一款酒品。

2005 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Nicolas Potel
An almost deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced nose of red plum jam, earth, rose, cabbage, licorice and touch of vegetal. It has medium acidity and alcohol with slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium ripe and fine-grained tannin and slightly higher than medium flavour intensity. Red cherry, cabbage, rose, strawberry, and touch of forest floor and spice. Close to long length with red plum finish. (93)

比93分主要係因為枝酒的酒力好足,整體複雜性並不足以有此分數。雖則如此,這酒的複雜性仍有一定的水準,餘韻亦吸引,酒味更帶著田土風格,很不錯。

2004 Bonnes Mares, Nicolas Potel
This wine has almost deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high
intensity aromas of red plum, rose, licorice, earth, cabbage, strawberry
and touch of dried herbs. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium
bodied with medium fine-grained tannin but a bit greeness is detected.
Slightly over medium intensity flavours of rose, red wild cherry,
cabbage, herbaceous and touch of licorice, touch of bitterness in mid
palate. Barely longer than medium length with plummy finish. (91)

04年的酒很多都有一點青澀的感覺,如果粹取過度仲會有點苦。這可能是這酒的缺點吧,酒香是複雜的,但其他以一枝特級葡萄酒來說只是合格,希望酒主不是太貴入貨啦。

2006 Chambolle Musigny Vieilles Vignes, Maison Nicolas Potel
Quite deep in ruby colour. Medium nose of red plum, cherry, floral,
spice, vanilla and mushroom with a touch of smoke and earthy. Slightly
high in acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Medium tannin which is silky
and fine grained. Quite pronounced intensity flavours of ripe plum,
tea, cabbage, vanilla with trace of toast. Fairly long length with spicy
and cherry finish. (90)
