2008 Aristos Duquesa d'A Grand Chardonnay

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with over medium intensity noses of lemon, floral, amber, vanilla and touch of wood dust, honey and peach. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has slightly higher than medium level flavours of lemon, vanilla spice, peach and wood dust. Fair long length with honey amber finish. (93)

這枝智利白酒說明了新世界酒有無限潛力。酒香及酒味也算強烈 ，亦有一定複雜性，而這酒的複雜性展現出布根地的白酒感覺，餘韻亦長，是一枝好酒，還可陳放一下。試完之後才知這酒是由一班布根地的人製作的，怪不得有這感覺。

2006 Montes Alpha M

Deep ruby/purple dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of black plum, smoke, blueberry jam, vanilla and touch of licorice. Medium alcohol and acidity. Quite high tannin but ripe and fine-grained. Medium bodied. The flavour intensity is barely medium which is a bit disappointed. Plum, herbaceous and smoke, rather simple. Medium length with black cherry finish. (88). Nose better than palate which is far too simple and weak.

一枝聞比飲好的酒，果味重但有點過重，但在口中又過輕。
