2019 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett

This white wine has pale lemon green colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of floral, honey, peach, melon with wet stone and touch of petroleum and chrysanthemum. Dry with a touch of tingling sweetness, barely light bodied and light alcohol, medium smooth mouthwatering acidity too. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of lemon, honey, lemon peel, mineral and peach. Barely medium length with lime finish. (89) Good typicity, rather light in style but refreshing, a bit short too.

清爽淡麗而又保持Riesling 的特性，很好的一款輕身而充滿花果香的酒。口感豐富，亦有足夠的酒味。雖然複雜性略嫌不足，餘韻亦稍有點短，但整體來說是一個很好喝的餐酒。

2010 Schloss Halbturn Pinot Noir, Baron Waldbott-Bassenheim

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of red plum, meat, earth, black cherry and trace of game, smoke. Quite heavy indeed. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. The flavours contain red plum, cherry, earth, blood and trace of smoke and licorice. Over medium flavour intensity with medium length and red plum finish. (90) A bit heavy and need more vibrancy

較重田土味的黑皮諾，各項表現四四正正，是一款較重味的酒，味道厚重，有點欠缺生氣似的，但亦有一定複雜性，很視乎個人喜好的一款酒。

2012 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon green colour with medium intensity noses of chrysanthemums, honey, white flower, mineral and ripe pear. This wine is medium sweet and quite acidic, not high in alcohol but full bodied. A touch of spiky mouthfeel. On palate, it give quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, chrysanthemums, peach and floral note. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Way too early to drink or is it just simple as that?

這酒試不真，香氣不算強，但有一定複雜性，酒的酸甜平衡很好，而且有一點點刺口感提升爽口感，很不錯。酒味一致，但強度比香氣更好，餘韻亦長。酒味仍在十分初步的層次，須要時間發展。希望結出好果實吧。

很多甜酒一聞都有點濃濃的感覺，但這枝較清爽。酒香其實不太強，但仍有一定複雜性。酒的甜酸平衡不錯，精彩的是酒味強度比酒香強，餘韻亦算長，只是複雜性沒想像中好，但整體來說好飲的。

2006 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon coloured with over medium noses of honey, chrysanthemums, wet stone, petrol and ripe pear. Quite sweet with quite high in acidity, barely medium alcohol with full bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, apricot and touch of mineral and wet stone. Longer than medium length with dried apricot finish. (92)

酒的平衡不錯，酒體濃厚而甜酸也平衡，香氣算強而複雜，只是酒味在口中強度和複雜性弱了點，餘韻亦算合格，以 AUSLESE 來說是合格有餘的酒，不錯。

1998 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Eiswein

Medium gold colour with quite intense noses of honey, apricot, dried peach, steel, mineral, raisin, dates, quite concentrated. Sweet with high acidity, full bodied and barely feel of alcohol. The flavour intensity is quite high too, with flavours of honey, lemon, apricot, dried peach and touch of steel. Fairly long length with raisin finish. (94)

 甜酸平衡很吸引。酒香複雜，香氣較重乾果感，酒體厚重，但酸度令口感提升，不會覺膩，酒味也不錯，果味足，但礦物感消散了點，餘韻亦算長，好飲的，如果餘韻再長些會更好。

1994 Weingut Robert Weil Kiedricher Grafenberg Trockenberrenauslese

It looks like maple syrup in colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of dried apricot, honey, orange, dates, prune and raisin, very fruity. It is sweet with high acidity, full bodied and less alcohol bite. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of apricot, honey, prune, and raisin. Longer than medium length with prune finish. (92) good balance but needs complexity.

以TBA來說香氣不算強，酒香複雜性很好，只是在口中時複雜性不及酒香，餘韻很長，酒質是不錯的，更值得讚的是甜酸平衡很好。整體不錯，一枝合格的TBA，多點複雜性，特別是品種的礦物感會更好。

1988 Max Ferd Richter Mulheimer Helenenkloster Riesling Eiswein

Medium copper coloured with quite intense nose of maple syrup, honey, dried apricot, mineral, candied peach and orange. Quite sweet but not too luscious, high acidity and lower than medium alcohol, quite full bodied tho. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon tea, dried apricot, honey, orange and peach. Fairly long length with lemon tea finish. (91)

 甜酸平衡有點走向酸的感覺。酒的強度不錯，酒香表現比酒味較好。餘韻亦長。由於有一定酸度，所以酒不算太膩。幾好飲，不錯的冰酒。

2005 Muller Catoir Gimmeldinger Schlossel Rieslaner Trockenbeerenauslese

Medium onion skin coloured sweet wine with pronounced noses of hoeny, maple syrup, dried apricot, steel, mineral and orange jam.  It is sweet with medium acidity, a bit low in alcohol but full bodied. On palate it has over medium level flavours of orange, apricot, dried peach. Longer than medium length with citrus honey finish. (91) bit simple on palate.

酒不錯，只是在口中簡單了些，另一個問題是酸度，現在還可以，但再陳年的話可能會成疑。酒的香氣不錯，強而複雜，餘韻也算合格，一枝不錯的甜酒，但以TBA級數來說只是合格多點吧。

1994 Schloss Lieser Niederberg Helden Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese

This sweet wine has medium intensity orange colour. On nose it has medium noses of orange peel, honey, apricot, steel, wet stone and petrol. High acidity and full bodied with less than medium alcohol, it has quite high intensity flavours of peach, dried apricot and honey on palate and fairly long honey lemon length. (93) Still acidic but good ageing potential, a bit lack of complexity.

這酒酸度很高，有點削。酒香不強但複雜性很好。可是入口後複雜性下降了不少，餘韻算長，放多十年應該更好飲的。

2011 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohole Riesling Beerenauslese

A medium lemon green coloured sweet wine with pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, petroleum, peach and touch of steel. Very sweet with quite high spiky acidity, full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high flavours of lemon, dried apricot, peach, mineral and petroleum. Fairly long length with peach and honey finish. (92) Quite fresh.

甜品一樣的酒，甜酸平衡算好，餘韻長，果味濃郁，亦有其品種特色，很公整的。酒的力度算強，但酒的複雜度不算很高，假以時日再發展一下可能會多些複雜性，到時的酸度希望保持得到。現在飲作為甜酒很不錯，陳年之後可能有另一種感受的。

Quite high in acidity with barely below medium alcohol. Full bodied with over medium level flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, lemon, candied pear, peach, mineral, chamomile and wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish (91)

不錯的強度及複雜性，酒的酸度及甜度平衡得很好，酒是濃濃的，一點也不膩，餘韻亦算長。是一枝中上水平的甜酒，好飲的。

2003 Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese

The wine has pale onion skin colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of honey, citrus, chamomile, dried apricot, mineral, botrytis, raisin and touch of prune, a rather fruit plate nose. Very sweet with high acidity, full bodied with low alcohol level. On palate it has fair high intensity flavours of honey, lemon candy, peach, botrytis and raisin. Fairly long length with lemon syrup finish. (96) Still evolving and a bit cloy.

2003年的酒，相信放多十年仍可以。酒香很強，但像是生果盤的，以果味為主，葡萄品種的特性反而欠缺了。酒很甜，酸度亦高，現在飲有點點漿口，酒味在口中仍是果味主導，餘韻算長，好飲的，但相信過多一大排時間會更好飲。

This sweet ice wine has medium intensity onion skin colour. On nose it gives medium intensity honey, orange marmalade, dried peach, apricot, raisin and touch of mineral. High acidity and full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of honey, citrus, pineapple, mineral and touch of lemon tea. Longer than medium length with peachy finish. (94)

這酒最讚的是口感，酒的甜 度其實很高，酒體重而酒精度低，可是一點也不漿口，因為這酒的酸度巧妙地平衡了。酒香雖然不強，但在口中酒味的強度反而更好，複雜性亦算不錯，乾果及水果味十足，本身已是一道甜品似的，餘韻的長。如果複雜性再提升的話會是一枝佳釀。

這甜酒幾好飲，如果餘韻長些會很好。酒的香氣很強，複雜之餘亦有著品種特色。酒的甜酸平衡不錯，甜而不膩。入口後酒味一路下降，酒味複雜性仍算維持，但強度弱了，餘韻更散得快。作為一枝配甜品的酒真的不錯，合格有餘。

Medium acidity and full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is at barely over medium level. The flavours contain honey, apricot, orange and chrysanthemum.  酒的香氣不錯，有一定強度和複雜性。可是入口後變簡單了，餘韻亦比想像中短。酸度有些不足亦是此酒另一缺點。雖則如此，這酒的果味不錯，只是它其他的年份比這好多了。

This sweet icewine has medium gold colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level intensity aromas of honey, citrus, apricot, orange peel and touch of mineral and wet stone. It has quite high acidity and full bodied. Barely medium alcohol with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, apricot, orange jam, and touch of mineral and petrol. Longer than medium length with honey and citrus finish. (93)

香氣及酒味都很濃郁的酒，展現了葡萄品種之餘亦有著一定的複雜性，餘韻亦算長，甜酸的平衡不錯，雖然有一絲絲膩。否則會是一枝很出色的佳釀。

A medium intensity lemon colour icewine with over medium intensity aromas of honey, chrysanthemum tea, apricot, citrus, steel and mineral. Sweet with fairly high acidity, full bodied but rather low in alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flvours of honey, lemon candy, apricot and touch of chrysanthemum. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. (95) Very concentrated but a bit lack of complexity, need to develop further.

相信可以遲D飲的酒，酒的濃度很高，甜酸的平衡很好，即使咁甜也不覺得膩。酒香、酒味和餘韻都算強。亦有一定的礦物質感，只是複雜性現在欠缺了點，相信時間會令它再有好的發展。現飲已不錯，但再陳年應該會得到更好的品飲享受。

2006 Donnhoff Schlossbockelheimer Felsenberg Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon colour with medium noses of honey, apricot, pineapple, lemon jam, and touch of grass, petrol and peach, quite fruity indeed. It has higher than medium sour acidity, medium sweet but lower than medium alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, floral, petrol, wet stone and touch of peach and mango. Longer than medium lemony length. (90)

骨骨子子的一枝德國白酒。果味不錯 ，品種特色的表現也好，餘韻亦算合格，只是強度和複雜性只是一般，可以一喝的甜酒。

Medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of honey, peach, mineral and touch of gasoline. Slightly longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (90)

酒香不錯，甜酸平衡亦好，葡萄品種特性活躍於杯內。只是酒味力度不能維持，複雜性下降，可喜的是餘韻算長，整體好飲。不是很出色的酒，但配餐的話是中上之配。
