A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of rose, mushroom, red cherry, strawberry, cedar and touch of vegetal notes. Medium mouthwatering acidity and medium bodied, medium alcohol with barely medium ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity and length are both at medium level with flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, licorice, mushroom and dried leaf. Red cherry finish too. (89) Decent and delicate, easy drinking

花果香味主導了這支酒的一切,香氣強度是中等以上的,酒味的強度比香氣弱了一點,複雜性亦簡單了一點,餘韻合格。這支酒給人輕巧、工整、輕鬆易飲的感覺,日常飲用十分適合。

2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

 A deep ruby dry red Burgundy with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of black plum, black cherry, mint leaf, rose jam, earth and touches of cedar and forest floor. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, rose pedal and trace of cedar and earth. Medium length with black plum finish. (89) Nice nose but rather simple on palate, need better length too.

播乾來講係一次交足貨的酒,香氣強烈有一定複雜性,亦展示出品種特色。酒味濃烈強度適中,餘韻亦合格,中上水平的作品,2020年的酒似乎比2019的可以更加陳年,相信這支酒亦可以陳多一下。

2021 Bourgogne, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium intensity aromas of rose, red berry, red plum, licorice and strawberry. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with barely medium tannin, a bit green. On palate it has medium intensity sour cherry, tea and licorice. Barely medium length. (87) Well......a simply dry red burgundy.....what else?

一支非常簡單,簡單到沒有什麼特別事想指出,不過可以幾肯定的是年份,2021似乎不是一個好年份,由酒的口感及丹寧已經指出了。是一支合格的餐酒,吃飯時想喝點酒的話可以一試。

2017 Bourgogne Pinot Fin, Domaine Arnoux Lachaux

A quite intense ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with medium intensity noses of cabbage, mushroom, red plum, dried rose, earth and touch of smoke and blood. Medium acidity, alcohol and medium bodied. Medium soft tannin but a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, strawberry and touch of licorice. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Rather light on palate.

好少酒的酒香較重而酒味較輕,這支酒是其中之一。酒的強度中規中矩,酒香的複雜性比酒味好一點,整體上都是中中等等的,看一看價錢便覺得是一個笑話,幾好喝,但絕不說得上是一件精品

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with medium intensity aromas of black plum, rose, anise and clove type spicy with trace of strawberry and cherry, pretty attractive. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, cherry, licorice and touch of red tea. Medium length with plummy finish. (89) Decent and straight, easy to drink food wine.

有點令人出奇的香氣,雖然不算很強,但複雜性頗引人入勝,完全唔似普通的播乾。酒的其他表現中規中矩,在口中的複雜性當然不及其香氣。餘韻也是中規中矩,整體做得不錯,年份可能提升了這酒的質素吧。

2018 Bourgogne Aligote Les Champs d'Argent, Charles Lachaux

This dry white wine has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of guava, pear, grass, lime and touch of cream. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of cream soda, lemon, and touch of peach. Medium lenght with lemon cream finish (90)

Aligote 來說他的草青感較少了一點,多了一點像忌廉般的味道。香氣力度算強。除此之外是一支中上的白酒感覺。酒味在口中的複雜性不是很高,餘韻亦算合格,感覺中規中矩似的。

2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Couvent Des Jacobins, Louis Jadot

Deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, strawberry, rose and trace of spice and meat. Quite fruity. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium powdery tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of cherry and licorice, touch of mint is also detected. Medium length with cherry finish. (89) Straightforward but a bit sharp on palate.

清爽直接的餐酒,果香很好,輕柔的花果帶一丁點香料,酒的酸度會令人入口有一點醒神的鮮爽感,相信要一點時間才會變得柔順,酒味及餘韻適中,複雜性單調一點,以這價位作為一枝佐餐用的餐酒是不錯的。

2019 Bourgogne Les Rouges Champs, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

This is a deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, rose, ripe red cherry, and hints of earth, meat and anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black plum, rose pedal, licorice, black tea and cherry juice. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90)

相對這酒莊的普通BOURGOGNE,這酒較重身,味道較厚重,亦多一些泥土的風味。酒力和酒味依然強勁,以這級數來說餘韻是長的。複雜性也很好,當然也是在較重身一方的口味。酒須多一點時間透氣。這酒可以大大聲的說2019是一個很好的年份。

強勁的香氣,在BOURGOGNE來說是數一數二的強,除了強之外還很複雜,根本不是BOURGOGNE這個水平的表現。酒體柔順,餘韻合格,以這級數來說是一枝高水平的作品。酒在口中表現不及酒香,複雜性也下降了一些,整體來說是一枝好抵飲的酒。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of strawberry, red berry, plum, rose, wormwood, mushroom and touch of vegetal, quite complex. It is dry with over medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with barely medium soft tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, wild strawberry and cherry, earth and licorice. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (90) Tasty

以BOURGOGNE PASSTOUTGRAINS來說是很超班的。不論香氣及複雜度都是中上。酒的酸度有點點氣泡的感覺,令酒的鮮爽感提升,酒在口中的果味一樣很集中,複雜性不及香氣,強度也是,如果室溫喝更會感到酒精感突出了點,所以不妨較低一點溫度喝。喝得很爽的一款酒。

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of red plum, rose, vanilla spice, ripe cherry, and touch of smoke, good fruit, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied, medium fine grained tannin as well. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, cherry and touch of breakfast tea. Medium length with cherry finish. (90)

 開酒時香氣已經很強,以這個APPELLATION來說是出色的。酒入口後第一個感覺是乾淨。果味條理分明,絕不含糊。複雜性不錯,以播干來說是中上的表現,木桶帶來的影嚮也恰到好處。很好,很抵飲的酒。

2015 Bourgogne, Leroy

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, dried rose, smoke, vanilla and touch of cabbage, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black berry, rose, dried strawberry and licorice. Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (89) Delicious and readily drinkable, good fruit but a bit hollow in mid palate.

[喂,幾好飲喎! ],這句說話是我喝完第一口之後跟人說的。果味充足,有一定複雜性,口感也算順口,酒味在口中簡單了點,足夠的餘韻,飲得輕鬆愉快的。而且此酒仲可以放下,待那仍有丁點削的酸也走埋就仲正。

兩個字:可口。加多兩個字是十分可口。四平八穩之餘再加上清新的紅色果實感覺。餘韻以播干來說是長的。有點複雜性亦有清楚的品種特性,好味。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of hazelnut, toast, mineral, green apple, lime and touch of grass. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral and touch of wet stone and almond. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (90)

這酒開始的酒香說明了酒的木桶工作不錯,提升了酒香的強度及複雜性,這好處一直延至餘韻,可見造得不錯。酒的味道偏花草味多一點,口感有一點點寡,整體很不錯的餐酒。

A deep ruby dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of red plum, meat, cabbage, vanilla, toast and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, raspberry, strawberry and touch of licorice. Longer than medium length with rose and plum finish. (89)

有時簡簡單單的酒也可以喝得很暢快。這酒的香氣算強,清楚展現出品種特性。酒的味道、酒體和單寧中度平衡,只是複雜性較簡單,餘韻亦合格有餘,好好的一款餐酒。

2006 Bourgogne, Domaine Henri Gouges

This is a dry red wine with quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity cabbage, plum, rose, earth, licorice and smoke aromas. It has medium acidity, alcohol and body with medium silky tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium level. Red cherry, rose, cabbage and smoke. Medium length wieh red plummy finish. (88) Clean and tidy, straight forward wine. It shows the typicity of Burgundy pinot noir, a good quality textbook wine.

簡單直接,毫無修飾感覺的一枝教材酒。清楚易明,各方面都比例適中。作為佐餐酒是一個好選擇。

2005 Bourgogne, Domaine A-F Gros

Deeper than medium intensity ruby colour with a medium nose of red cherry and wild berry. Some smoke, cabbage, vanilla, plum and rose on noses too. Dry wit medium acidity but refreshing. Medium bodied and alcohol. The tannin is soft and silky but at slightly less than medium level. The flavour intensity is barely medium Raspberry and red cherry with trace of cabbage and licorice. Medium length with cherry finish. (87) Simple and clean with acceptable intensity, good integration though.

Dry red wine with quite deep ruby in colour. Medium aromas of red cherry, floral, spice, vanilla, licorice and tea. Slightly high in acidity with medium body and alcohol. Medium tannin which is soft and fine grained. Medium flavours of raspberry, plum, floral, mint and cabbage. Medium length. (89)

2004 Bourgogne, Domaine Leroy



This wine possesses a deeper than medium ruby colour with some haziness. The nose is at fairly high intensity level with aromas of earth, mushroom, strawberry, and touch of meat, toast an dried herbs. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and barely medium tannin but a touch of greeness is noted. On palate, it gives barely over medium flavours of red cherry, cranberry, cabbage and touch of licorice and herbaceous. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (91)

酒色系有點混濁,香氣也有點混濁,酒香複雜性頗高,酒味足,餘地韻亦算長。可是單寧有點青澀及酒味的複雜性不足以令其評價進一步提昇。
