2020 Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes De Beaune, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of rose, mushroom, red cherry, strawberry, cedar and touch of vegetal notes. Medium mouthwatering acidity and medium bodied, medium alcohol with barely medium ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity and length are both at medium level with flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, licorice, mushroom and dried leaf. Red cherry finish too. (89) Decent and delicate, easy drinking

花果香味主導了這支酒的一切，香氣強度是中等以上的，酒味的強度比香氣弱了一點，複雜性亦簡單了一點，餘韻合格。這支酒給人輕巧、工整、輕鬆易飲的感覺，日常飲用十分適合。

2022 Beaune Chaume Gaufriot, Domaine Audiffred

Medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine. It has quite intense aromas of lemon, honey, pear, grass and touch of almond and oak. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of lemon, pear, grass, honey and touch of butter and oak. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (89) Powerful wine but need more complexity.

第一次飲這個酒莊的白酒，酒的強度很好，不論酒香、酒味及餘韻都給予我一個力度強的感覺。除此之外，就是比較簡單的味道及一個較冷凍青澀的年份感覺，整體來說其實不錯，起碼真實反映到年份、品種、酒質及釀造方法，值得一讚

2020 Beaune Chaume Gaufriot, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby with quite intense noses of rose, red plum, cherry jam, licorice, pine wood and touch of forest floor. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with smooth ripe tannin and over medium intensity of red plum, black cherry, licorice and rose. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89) Need better length.

中規中矩的一款餐酒，香氣算是不錯的，可能是年份關係，口感十分公整，丹寧成熟，酒味在口中簡單了，餘韻勉強合格，正正常常的，吃飯時也不錯

2010 Beaune Vigne de L'Enfant Jesus, Bouchard

A deep ruby wine with quite intense aromas of fresh red strawberry, red cherry, rose, pine wood, blackcurrant leaf and trace of blood and mint. This is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Dusty medium tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose, vegetal and earth. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

一枝工整，中上水平的酒。酒香及酒味的強度中上，酒香複雜性強，口感適中，不算濃厚，四四正正的。酒味的複雜性不及酒香，但果感不錯，令人有滿口莓果的感覺。酒的結構平衡細緻，這亦是我喜歡10年多過09年的原因。

1998 Beaune Clos des Mouches, Domaine Joseph Drouhin

Deep ruby dry red wine with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, cabbage, rose, strawberry and touch of smoke and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin. On palate it has over medium flavours of red plum, vanilla, licorice, and touch of earth and raw cabbage. Medium red berry finish. (89) Above standard village wine.....nothing more.

都幾標準下的村酒，強度比合格線高一點，其他的包括酒味、香氣、餘韻全部中中等等，沒有什麼特別出色之處，輕鬆享用的餐酒一枝。

2008 Beaune Vigne de L'Enfant Jesus, Bouchard

This is a dry red wine with quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red plum, rose pedal, damp wood, smoke, vanilla spice and touch of blood and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, cabbage and vegetal. Slightly longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90)

酒香不錯，強而有一定複雜性，泥土及樹木感較重，香味偏重方向一點。酒體平衡，只是酒味在口中強度與複雜性下降了。餘韻算長，整體不錯，可口的酒品。

2002 Beaune Vigne de L'Enfant Jesus, Bouchard

Deep ruby colour with fairly high intensity aromas of rose, red plum, cabbage, cherry jam and touch of smoke and mushroom. It is dry with medium bodied and medium ripe tannin. Touch of sharp medium acidity and medium alcohol. The flavours are at medium level and contains red cherry, cabbage, smoke and touch of herbaceous. Fairly long length with red plummy finish. (90)

頗濃厚的感覺。酒香複雜性比口感高，酒在口中酒力一般，酸度尖銳了一點，餘韻也算長，不錯。

1999 Beaune Clos des Ursules, Louis Jadot

This dry red wine gives a quite deep ruby colour with barely over medium nose of black plum, red cherry, rose, cabbage, vanilla, earth with trace of mushroom, smoke and cedar. It has medium alcohol and acidity. Slightly fuller than medium bodied with medium flavour intensity. Tannin is at medium level with a touch of stalky, though generally soft. Red cherry, red plum, raspberry juice, rose pedal, cabbage and some vegetal notes. Barely longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (90) Not bad. Still fresh and juicy after 13 years. It has reasonable intensity and complexity, an enjoyable wine.

這酒不錯，不論單獨飲用或佐餐都合適，但聞比飲略好，餘韻可惜有一丁點苦。
