2016 Charmes Chambertin, Domaine des Varoilles

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of red plum, cedar, dried rose, pine wood, mint, and strawberry jam. Medium alcohol and acidity with quite full bodied and medium fine grained and ripe tannin. Over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, licorice and touch of earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Good nose but needs better complexity on palate

酒香誇啦啦的一支酒，酒力不論在香氣及口中都很強勁，餘韻亦都算長，只是酒味在口中的複雜性下降了不少，否則會是一支很出色的酒品，好喝，相信年份幫助了不少。

2021 Aloxe Corton les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense noses of red plum, ripe strawberry, wild flower, stewed cabbage. Good fruity nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, rose and touch of cabbage and licorice. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Fruity but surprisingly soft and smooth.

而這個年份來說，很難得。雖然酒的整體表現比較簡單，但口感順滑，味道與酒體的平衡很好，複雜性並沒有太多，果味足，反而做出一支簡單得來很四正的酒。喝得很舒服，是我試過這個年份最好飲的村酒之一

2020 Gevrey Chambertin Les Marchais, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of rose, black cherry, licorice, mushroom, anise and dried strawberry, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Tannin is ripe and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, rose pedal, licorice, smoke and earth. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90) Good nose but fade quick

一聞香氣以為呢支真係好一支好出色嘅酒，香氣又強、複雜性又高。飲落口之後，口感也算不錯，相信年份有一定幫助。但是酒味在口中由強轉弱很快，餘韻也沒有想像中那麼長，似係一副擺大咗個頭嘅十三章咁

2013 Dry River Lovat Vineyard Syrah, Martinborough, New Zealand

This wine has dark purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, black pepper, violet, sweet spice and touch of raisin. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of black plum, mint, violet and breakfast tea. Medium length with minty berry finish. (92) Quite peppery and intense fruit, need a better length

頗濃郁的一支酒，香氣很強，亦有一定複雜性，酒的口感圓潤成熟，但是酒的味道在口中簡單了點，雖然仍有一定複雜性，餘韻更是比想像中的短，但整體來說幾好飲，enjoyable

2021 Bourgogne, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium intensity aromas of rose, red berry, red plum, licorice and strawberry. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with barely medium tannin, a bit green. On palate it has medium intensity sour cherry, tea and licorice. Barely medium length. (87) Well......a simply dry red burgundy.....what else?

一支非常簡單，簡單到沒有什麼特別事想指出，不過可以幾肯定的是年份，2021似乎不是一個好年份，由酒的口感及丹寧已經指出了。是一支合格的餐酒，吃飯時想喝點酒的話可以一試。

2018 Pommard En Mareau, Domaine Audiffred

This is a dry red burgundy wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of red plum, rose jam, dried red berry, licorice, earth, candied cherry, pretty ripe fruit. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of dried red plum, rose, cherry, licorice and dried strawberry. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91) Good fruit and ripe, well structure too.

如果說這條村的酒比較有力的話，我相信這酒的力度聚晒落果味方面。果感充足，酒的強度也很好足夠，力度一直維持到吞落肚為止，感覺很實在，令人覺得很「大隻」的，幾好味

2017 Nuits Saint George Les Argillats, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of rose, cedar, English tea, strawberry, red plum and touch of earth and mushroom. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a touch of stalky note. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherry, tea and touch of rose pedal. Medium length with red berry finish. (90) Fresh on palate, elegant tho a bit lack of concentration

酒的強度不算強，但花果木土的香氣給予一種淡淡的幽香，幾好聞。酒入口像一友沒什麼特別的布艮地紅酒，還喝到點點枝梗的感覺。餘韻會格，不錯吧的餐酒⋯⋯

2018 Vosne Romanee Aux Champs Perdrix, Domaine Audiffred

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced intensity aromas of strawberry, red plum, mint, red cherry, cedar and touch of cabbage and mushroom. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft and fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, licorice, tea and dark earth. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90) A bit weighty tho good complexity

酒香強勁，而且複雜度很高，值得一讚。這個強度去到口中時減弱了一點，但仍算強，複雜性也低了一點，但也不錯。餘韻合格有餘，是一支不錯的酒品，不過似乎在提取方面多了一點，有點重口，甚至有點過咗。

2008 Ch. La Fleur De Gay

Dark ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, berry, smoke, mulberry, chocolate and touch of steel and vegetal. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Medium soft and silky tannin and over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, licorice, vanilla and dark chocolate. Medium length with black plum finish. (90) Ripe and full of black fruit character. Need better length

喝這支酒像喝着黑色果實的果汁一樣。全支酒由頭到尾都是由黑色果實作主導，但因有一些年紀，所以發展出一些較複雜的香氣。年份關係酒的丹寧柔順，是一支成熟的酒品，只是餘韻短了一點，否則會很不錯

2019 Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Henrii Magnien

This is a deep intensity ruby colour dry red wine with quite intense noses of black plum, earth, blood, wormwood, cabbage and trace of smoke and pine. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and a bit oily mouthfeel, seems quite high glycerin. Medium intensity ripe tannin with medium intensity flavours of red berry, plum, licorice, rose pedal and dried herb. Medium length with red berry finish (90)

以村酒來說這一支算是交足貨了。酒香強，口感豐厚，似乎有點過厚，好像甘油成份高了點似的。酒味在口中平實了，餘韻中等，不錯，幾好喝
