2010 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium intensity lemon colour with pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, vanilla, amber, toasted almond and touch of limestone and mineral, a bit steely too. It is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon peel, peach, vanilla, bitter almond, saline and some floral note. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish. (94) Good nose and minerality, powerful and sharp, good terror

酒的田土特色很好，酒力強勁，而且亦很複雜，一喝便知是一支高級的產品，酒在口中味道有少少轉化，餘韻長，令人有點回味無窮的感覺，很好喝。酒的發展成熟，相信現在進入一個很好的適飲期，這狀態應該還可以保持幾年，好享受吧！

2017 Chassagne Montrachet Les Chaumees, 1er Cru, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium lemon green colour with quite intense noses of lemon, grass, pear, vanilla, honey and touch of almond. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, pear, mineral and touch of vanilla. Medium length with lemon finish. (90) Palatable and delicious.

清爽簡單的布艮地白酒，香氣頗強，亦有一定複雜性，酒味在口中仍然保持着水準，餘韻亦合格，不錯的餐酒，亦有一點田土的特色，幾好

1999 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

A medium lemon coloured white wine with quite intense aromas of lemon, sweet vanilla, honey, oak, mineral and trace of steel and floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, almond, honey, mineral and trace of steel and limestone. Fairly long length with lemon and limestone finish. (93) Good minerality

這酒的礦物質感覺很強，香料味也是，可能是這原因它的果味不太突出，酒力強的，亦有一定的複雜性，好喝，但追求豐富果味的會覺得欠缺了一點。

2005 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

This dry wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of lemon, honey, white flower, mineral, vanilla and hazelnut. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Quite intense flavours of bitter lemon, vanilla, mineral, wet stone, almond on palate, rather nutty. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (92) Good palate

雖然好飲，但其實以這莊這田這年來說只是中規中矩，酒力是強的，複雜性也是有一定情度的，餘韻也合格的，但酒的風格不太跟這葡萄園相乎，難道是年份?或是狀態?

2004 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

A dry white wine with medium lemon colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, mineral, white flower and trace of almond. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and quite high flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, almond, vanilla, steel, and trace of chalk. Longer than medium length with lemon candy finish. (93)

尾段的一些熟果味帶來驚喜。酒香強烈，亦複雜。酒的強度頗一致，由頭到尾都感受到酒力。複雜性在口中低了點，礦物感又強了點，吞後反而多返一點成熟的果味，很有趣。好喝的，亦有深度的酒，讚。

2009 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium lemon colour with quite intense noses of lemon, stone fruit, honey, white flower, vanilla, mineral and hints of wet stone and butter. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of lemon, cream soda, floral, vanilla and wet stone. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Rich and ripe, rather full.

如果你盲目相信這葡萄園的酒像漫畫中的馬特洪峰的話，這酒會令你大失所望。酒的力度是強的，亦有一定礦物感，但果感偏熟，像一個較熱年份的酒的表現。餘韻長，酒在口中表現也好，好飲的，但這田的酒我期望多一點清爽感。

2009 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, vanilla, honey, amber, white flower and touch of butter and coconut, it is dry with slightly higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied, quite oily mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, walnut and traces of floral and wet stone. Longer than medium length with lemon and honey finish. (92) Good minerality at the back, rich on nose too.

酒力很強，酒體豐滿但不會感到膩，酒的複雜性也不錯，好喝。餘韻再長一些就更正了。酒的感覺頗熟，但酸度卻充足，可以再放多上十年，現在飲很可口，相信陳放一下表現會更好。

2001 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, honey, amber, white flower and touch of beeswax and steel. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite intense flavours of lemon, floral, mineral, honey and walnut. Long length with lemony finish. (92) I wish I can taste it a few years earlier.

這枝酒的酒香強度不算強，但有著很不錯的複雜性，酒在口中比酒香更強，而酒味有比酒香吸引，好味道。酒體經陳年後較醇厚，但白酒的清爽感也少了些，如果早一兩年飲的話我應該會更喜歡這枝酒。酒很好喝，是很好的酒，現在要飲了。
