Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of red plum, rose, strawberry, vegetal, smoke, pine and trace of wood, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is quite high but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has over medium flavours of red plum, strawberry, rose, vegetal and trace of vanilla. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

香氣強而複雜，很誘人，單寧比想像中偏高，但算成熟，酒味在強度和複雜性也不及酒香的表現，但仍是可口，餘韻亦算長，好飲的，令我對這酒莊加了分數。

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, rose, blood, strawberry jam and trace of wormwood and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, meat, strawberry jam, and trace of earth and dust. 也算是濃厚的酒，酒香豐富強勁，複雜有層次。酒體圓潤雄厚，單寧成熟，酒味在口中維持一致，餘韻算長，好好味，是好酒的表現。

2008 Echezeaux, Domaine Francois Gerbet

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of rose, red berry, licorice, red plum and cherry, touch of earth too. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft and fine grained medium tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum damp wood, red cherry, licorice and touch of rose pedal. Fairly long length with red plum finish, touch of bitterness at the back. (91)

酒香的果味很強，但也只是果味主導，酒味在口中出現了多一點的複雜性，餘韻算長，幾好味。但酒吞後有點點苦澀，怪怪的。整體來說不錯，酒有點轉化似的。

近三十年的酒有這表現相信歸功於酒莊功力和雙瓶裝。酒力仍強，複雜性足，發展成熟，酒體柔順，餘韻亦長，是一枝發揮到盡的酒，但我相信如果早幾年飲我會更喜歡。酒很好，令人回味的。

2012 Echezeaux du Dessus, Domaine Michel Noellat

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, licorice, black cherry, rose jam, smoke, vanilla  and touch of earth, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol , quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavour of rose pedal, licorice, vegetal, earth and black berry, Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (92)

生果的感覺很熟，酒的感覺亦很濃，有一種很熱的果感。酒香強，亦有一定複雜性，相信造酒時受到非常嚴格的選擇。酒在口中強度低了點，花果味也轉輕了些，但仍有一定複雜性及味道，餘韻算長，不錯的酒品。好飲的。

好味。酒香強而複雜，單寧強但成熟，複雜性在口中雖不及酒香，但仍有一定程度，再加上頗長 的餘韻，佐餐剩飲佳可。以牙擦蘇來說這酒的結構工整平衡，難得。

好飲啊。酒香及酒味強，香氣複雜度很好。酒體平衡柔順，餘韻長。酒的發展好，步入大熟大勇的感覺。要說一下的是酒在口中的味道少了點香料等的味道，以花果主導，好不好便見人見智了。好味.......

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red berry, violet, red plum, smoke, toast and spice box. Medium acidity and alcohol, quiet full bodied and quite high tannin but ripe. The flavour intensity is fairly high with flavours of rose, red plum, licorice and black tea. Fairly long length with plum finish. (93) Consistent and powerful throughout.

這個世界上，有風格輕柔的牙擦蘇，也有重口味的牙擦蘇，這枝應該屬於後者。酒香強而複雜，酒味亦然，餘韻長，好飲。酒的力度及表現由入口至嚥下也很一致，好味。

Ex-Domaine 的酒真的有一定品質保證，雖然我不是飲很多 DRC 的 Exchezeaux ，但這枝是最好狀態、最啱飲的。酒的複雜性、強度都屬高水平，餘韻亦長，好飲。這葡萄園造出來的酒有很大的層面，是一個較難去概括特性的，這酒不像一些牙擦蘇較泥土，肉類般的重味，但又不是另一類較清鮮感的，是介乎於兩者之間。令人覺得很合適、很啱飲。

2010 Echezeaux, Domaine Dujac

Fairly deep ruby colour with quite high noses of rose, earth, red plum, dried red berry, meat and mushroom, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. The flavours contain red berry, plum, cabbage, and touch of earth and spice. Slightly longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91)

以年份特色來說，這酒清楚說出它與09年的分別，酒少了點濃厚果味，換來了結構均勻，口感優雅的酒。以這葡萄園來說，酒味重了點，但仍是純純正正的特級葡萄園酒，餘韻不錯，中上水準的，幾好味。 酒是早飲了的，再放多幾年會相信會更好。

這酒是盲飲的。聞時感覺這酒不錯，酒有著頗強的香氣，而且有一定複雜性。酒入口之後所有表現一路下降，酒味強度弱了，複雜性下降了，餘韻也不太長，直至飲完為止。 感覺上這酒是一枝很不錯的村酒。當知道這是牙刷蘇時就覺得差了點，這仲要是 09年的牙刷蘇啊! 酒是好飲的，但應該更好吧。

2004 Echezeaux, Domaine George Jayer by E. Rouget

A fairly deep ruby colour dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, red cherry, cabbage, rose perfume, and touch of vanilla and mushroom. It has medium level acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is barely at medium level and soft in nature, a little bit green tho. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red wild cherry, rose perfume, cabbage, mushroom and touch of smoke and tea leave. Medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Clean and fresh, a bit exotic too.

 高貴優雅的香氣，有著一定的強度及複雜性。口感柔順，但感到少少單寧的青澀。酒在口中的強度也不錯，複雜性仍能維持，只是餘韻給我的感覺短了點，否則會給與更好的評價。

1999 Echezeaux Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret

This dry red wine has almost deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of red plum, earth, mushroom, stewed cabbage. It also has medium intensity acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium ripe tannin. On palate, it has slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of red plum jam, cabbage, cranberry juice and touch of vanilla and licorice. 可能自己對這有過大期望，這酒的表現比想像中差。酒也有一定的複雜性，但力度一般。酒在口的表現比聞的好，餘韻亦只中規中矩，酒的果香不錯，口感及單寧也順滑，可口。

Fair deep ruby colour with pronounced aromas of red berry jam, rose perfume, strawberry candy, toasted herb, mushroom, earth, ripe black cherry and touch of mint and smoke. It is dry with higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin with fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, wild strawberry and touch of licorice and cabbage. Long length with cherry jam finish. (94)

果香濃烈之餘不失優雅感，十分難得。酒力強，餘韻長而吸引，令人回味。似乎酒多陳幾年會更好。酒味的複雜性也比酒香差了點點，但現在飲已經好好味，正。

A medium ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of red plum, earth, cabbage, cooked herb, black tea with touch of clove, caramel and farmyard. Barely medium acidity with medium alcohol and bodied. Medium fine-grained tannin with slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tangerine, earth, British tea and burned spice.  香氣發展已經完成，而且顯示到有點走下坡。如果早點飲應該會更能享受到酒的香氣，現在仍然強勁及複雜。酒在口中的酒味不論在力度及複雜性均較遜色。餘韻亦不算很長，口感尚算順滑，但有貨的應該飲了。

只聞酒香時有一定期待，酒香強度不錯而有一定複雜性。口感亦算順滑。可是酒在口中的複雜性並沒有像酒香那麼好，餘韻亦算可以。以一枝不錯年份的牙刷鬚來說就好像差了點。雖則如此，這仍是一枝可口的酒。

This dry red wine has barely deep ruby colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of red cherry, strawberry, cabbage, mineral, dried herd, and dried rose. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level with touch of greenness. Medium flavour intensity with flavours of red charry, strawberry, cabbage, vegetal and touch of dried herb. 酒香與酒味頗一致，中中等等的，單寧有點點青澀的樣子。酒味在口中溶和一致，不錯的，但以GRAND CRU來說就有點不足了。

色澤比想像中淺但香氣及其複雜性仍足，單寧柔順而酒味亦夠，可是複雜性差了點，餘韻不錯，幾好飲的。

This dry red wine possesses almost deep ruby colour. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp. Medium alcohol and barely medium bodied. Tannin is at medium level and fine grained in nature. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of tea, rose, red cherry, spice and touch of licorice. On palate, it gives slightly over medium flavours of red cherry, rose and dried spice. Medium length with red cherry finish. (89)

簡單了點，酒香及酒味力度普通，複雜性也差了點，餘韻合格，收結簡單，一般的酒品，以牙刷蘇來說有些令人失望。

貫徹這酒莊較柔的風格，口感亦柔順。香氣出色但酒味的複雜性冇酒香咁好，餘韻亦比想像短，總體來說是一個好的酒品。
