1995 Echezeaux, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Quite deep ruby colour with fairly high intensity noses of rose, earth, red plum, red cherry, smoke, and toasted cinnamon, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and bodium. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose, red plum jam, red cherry, smoke, earth, mushroom and touch of licoirce. Fairly long length with rose and plum finish. (94) Wonderful aftertaste.

Ex-Domaine 的酒真的有一定品質保證，雖然我不是飲很多 DRC 的 Exchezeaux ，但這枝是最好狀態、最啱飲的。酒的複雜性、強度都屬高水平，餘韻亦長，好飲。這葡萄園造出來的酒有很大的層面，是一個較難去概括特性的，這酒不像一些牙擦蘇較泥土，肉類般的重味，但又不是另一類較清鮮感的，是介乎於兩者之間。令人覺得很合適、很啱飲。
