2010 Chambolle Musigny, Domaine Comte Georges de Vouge

Deep ruby colour with medium nose of red cherry, raspberry jam, rose, mint, floral field, vanilla and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite high ripe and soft tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, raspberry, rose, mushroom and tea. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (91) Shows some elegance with decent flavour profile.

三支中這枝的風格最像樣，在口中的表現亦是最好，雖然香氣方面不及09年的，但酒的香氣一點也不差，只是強度有點不足。餘韻不錯，待一些時候單寧再低一點會更好，給它一點時間吧......

2009 Chambolle Musigny, Domaine Comte Georges de Vouge

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with over medium intensity aromas of meat, black plum, blood, red cherry, dried rose, earth and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, strawberry juice, licorice and vegetal. Medium length with red cherry finish. (90) A bit heavy, ripe and rich flavour but a bit weak in mid palate.

比08年的多一些複雜性，味道層次亦多一點，強度亦強一點。亦貫徹著較厚重的風格。酒的香氣比口中表現好一些，酒在口中有一點點空洞，餘韻亦算好。濃厚的餐酒。

Deep ruby colour with rose attack, then medium nose of black plum, mint, strawberry jam, licorice and trace of smoke. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium ripe and fine grain tannin with medium length and red cherry finish. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea, mushroom and licorice. (90) Ripe fruit and straight forward

直飲三步曲第一枝，果味足，簡單直接的濃厚果感，撲鼻而至。酒在口聿表現中規中矩，有一定發展而又不失果味，幾好飲。但個人覺得這村酒造得略為厚重，欠點優雅。

2001 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue

Medium intensity ruby colur with quite intense aromas of rose, strawberry, wild cherry, red berry, sandalwood and touch of earth, meat at the back. Good layer. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a bit stalky tho. Quite intense flavours of red berry, cherry, rose tea and vegetal. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Good berry fruit.

酒香很有層次，清晰分明，香氣出眾。酒入口後差了點 ，雖然酒力仍然強，但複雜性下降了，餘韻長，莓纇果味充足，好喝的。這莊的酒也是重炮手一個，酒力十分澎湃，所以要酒味爆的人會很喜歡。

1993 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Comte Georges de Vouge

This wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of dried rose, red plum, stewed cabbage, wormwood and touch of earth, and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity, a little bit sharp in nature. Medium alcohol, bodied and soft tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry juice, rose tea, sour strawberry and touch of worm wood. Barely over medium length with rose tea finish. (91)

香氣給人複雜的感覺，有層次，雖然強度一般，但已令人覺得是好酒。入口後酒味的強度反而多了點點，但複雜性下降了不少。餘韻合格，但比起酒香是令人失望了些。整體好飲的。

2001 Chambolle Musigny les Amoureuses, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue

This wine possesses almost deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity noses of red cherry, rose, cabbage, forest floor, and licorice, quite deep. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and silky medium tannin with medium flavours of rose, red cherry, cabbage, forest floor and touch of wet earth. Slightly longer than medium length. (91)

 這酒像是很有深度似的。聞酒香時它很像想說給你知他有多複雜。事實上，這酒的香氣真的頗吸引。可是在喝下去時，雖然單寧仍是順滑的，口感亦柔順，但它的酒味下降了，餘韻亦比想像短了。是年份的問題嗎?還是酒香給我過高的期望?我想兩者皆是。
