2005 Ch. Margaux

A deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with pronounced noses of blackcurrant, violet, black plum, cherry jam, vanilla, licorice and cedar. Medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives intense flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, licorice, cedar and touch of sawdust, floral and earth. Close to long length with black cherry finish. (96) Ripe, good fruit and round, powerful blackcurrant attack too. Delicious

這支酒可以用和諧融洽來形容,而且酒力強勁、餘韻亦長、口感柔順,有一種渾然天成的感覺。酒進入適飲期,而且相信這段適飲期頗長。酒仍有一定發展潛力,現在飲果感十足,複雜性仍可以發展,是一次佳釀,令人不斷咁飲,好快飲鬼晒成支酒

1995 Ch. Pouget

This wine still has purple colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of violet, mint, blueberry, cedar and touch of bell pepper. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium ripe but bit coarse tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum violet, licorice and touch of bell pepper type vegetal note. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) Good development and mature. Drink now. Good nose too.

與其話發展成熟,不如說剛過高峰開始有走下坡跡象比較恰切一啲。酒的香氣發展很好,而且亦算有一定強度,當然亦有一定好的複雜性。酒味及餘韻在口中已經下跌了不少,但仍有一定的果味及發展味道,整體融合在一起,是一支老酒的表現,不錯,但不要再陳年了

Deep intensity purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with medium noses of blackcurrant, violet, black plum, menthol and toasted oak and spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it gives over medium flavours of black plum, black cherry, toast, licorice. Long then medium length with black plum finish. (90) Straightforward, delicious, decent and round.

2005年的瑪歌區真的很不錯。足夠合理的強度及複雜性、口感順滑,單寧成熟,餘韻亦比想像中的長,是一支合格有餘的中上酒品,可以輕鬆品嚐,喝得很暢快的一款酒

Deep purple colour with quite intense noses of violet, blackcurrant, blueberry and traces of vegetal, smoke, bell pepper and cedar, still rich in fruit. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blueberry juice, blackcurrant, vegetal and touch of bell pepper and licorice. Longer than medium length with blueberry finish. (94) Soft, elegant with good fruit.

已經20年多的酒仍有那樣的果感是很令人喝得開心的,亦印證咗這酒的品質。酒的各方面也是中上的,尤其是口感。酒的發展很好,雖然仍可陳年,但現在飲的狀態是成熟前的最後一刻,喜愛多一點果味而又成熟的酒的朋友,現在喝會很喜歡。好味,亦飲得很暢快。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has pronounced intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, bell pepper, mint, earth, violet and trace of licorice and wormwood, very complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is fine grained but a touch of greenness at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, warm stone, violet, graphite and licorice. Fairly long length with black plum type finish. (94) Good complexity and integration.

濃厚深沉而複雜的香氣,酒味豐富,餘韻亦長,好酒的表現。可能是年份問題而單寧有點點青,但不太礙事。酒味在口中複雜得來而又相互溶合,好味。酒友說這莊的酒狀態很易變,一定要酒莊直送才可表現最好(其實應該全部都係)。但這莊我也喝過不少,亦真的是感覺到這酒的狀態很好。

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with very high intensity aromas of prune, blackcurrant, plum, cherry, fig, earth with trace of smoke and vegetal. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied and quite high ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, black plum, earth and trace of vegetal. Fairly long length with black fruit finish. (93) Nice fruitiness and ripe.

轉熟了,2005年真的是瑪高年,濃厚的黑果加上發展漸趨成熟的香氣,很吸引,亦很標準。酒體醇厚豐富,酒味比酒香簿一點,但也很強,餘韻亦長,好味,只是單寧仍要多一點時間。現飲也很好喝的。

Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is ripe and soft at medium level with over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, smoke, vanilla, vegetal. 05年波爾多瑪高區真係冇得輸。酒香強又複雜之餘仲展現品種特色,單寧又熟又順,再加上酒味已經發展十多年,餘韻又長,好味道,只是酒味的複雜性比酒香差了點 ,但已經好好飲,是一種可以令不懂酒的人也覺得好飲的酒。

瑪高的可口感真的很好,很複雜的香氣及酒味,給你一套工整的波爾多佳釀感。酒的味道表現比香氣好,餘韻亦長,好好味。只是酒香的強度差了點。

PALMER 永遠都可以造到一股誘人的香氣,雖則細心再聞之下會發覺沒有什麼驚喜。酒香好,口感不算太柔頫,酒在口中複雜性不及香氣,餘韻算長,幾好飲,以這冷冷的年份來說已很不錯了。

It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Tannin is quite high and a bit coarse. On palate it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, licoirce, dried herb and earth. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (91)

果香豐富得有點令我出奇,酒體也很豐厚,口感滿滿的,只是單寧有點點"鞋"口。酒味的強度與複雜性也不錯,餘韻亦算長,幾好飲。這酒莊在較差的年份往往造出令人印象深刻的酒,包括這枝。

強烈而複雜的酒香,有點深沉,好像有很多不同香味慢慢透出似的。酒體仍很濃厚,即使已有十幾年。酒在口中的力度也強 ,複雜性仍維持著一定水平,餘韻長,說明這是一枝佳釀。酒的單寧強,但算熟,亦不鞋口。酒放多點時間會更好,再發展下會更好。現在飲已經很好味,但有耐性的不妨過兩年才試。

Medium lemon green coloured with quite high intensity aromas of gooseberry, grass, honey, butter, vanilla, elderflower and touch of cream soda. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of guava, gooseberry, grass and touch of honey and vanilla. Longer than medium length with lemon and grass finish. (90)

 一枝口感不錯的酒,用厚實感來形容 SAUVIGNON BLANC
是幾奇怪的,但這酒真的有這感覺。酒香不錯,花果味足,但酸度比想像中低了點,餘韻算好,酒味在口中複雜性低了些,整體好喝,見到佢唔知點解諗起食蒸魚........

This Margaux has deep purple colour and pronounced noses of blackcurrant, black cherry, bell pepper, smoke, violet perfume, and touch of charcoal. Complex, deep and wonderful nose. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium ripe and fine grained tannin too. On palate, it gives quite high flavours of blackcurrant, black berry, bell pepper, smoke, violet and touch of graphite. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (96) Wonderfully concentrated and complex, still can age for a few years.

甚麼是深藏不露嗎? 這酒的香氣強烈,而且會引人入勝,酒像是說它有著很多不同的味道似的。酒香很濃,複雜性有層次,酒味亦然 ,餘韻長,好好飲,仍可陳年。瑪高區的酒很豔麗,這酒是一個很標準的高質素酒品,非常好飲。

Medium lemon green coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon grass, stewed apple, guava, and touch of vanilla and nuts, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, guava, hay, stewed pear. Long than medium length with nutty finish. (90)

整體不錯。有一定的強度及複雜性。餘韻亦長,是一枝中上水準的波爾多白酒。千祈唔好用價錢去衡量,因為以咁的水準而有平過佢的也不難搵。

A deep purple wine with quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, violet, pine, licorice and touch of chocolate and nutmeg. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Quite high tannin but soft and ripe. The flavour intensity is slightly higher than medium with flavours of blueberry, violet, licorice and touch of vegetal. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92)

香氣強勁濃郁而且複雜,果香濃烈之餘亦展現出成熟之味道。單寧仍強勁,可是很熟和柔順。餘韻亦長,只是酒味在口中複雜性下降了,酒力也弱了點點。

This is a dry red wine with deep intensity purple colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, blueberry, earth, violet and touch of bell pepper, licorice and graphite. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fairly full bodied. Medium fine grained chewy tannin too. The flavours intensity is at slightly higher than medium level with flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, violet, earth, smoke and licorice. Slightly longer than medium length with black plum finish. (91)

這也是一個水準穩定的酒莊。酒的發展已差不多完全成熟 ,果感仍足,單寧有點咬口,酒味在口中簡單了些,餘韻亦冇想像中咁長,整體還不錯,好飲。

 89年的瑪高香氣仍強勁誘人,口感發展不錯,酒亦在適飲期,餘韻很長,酒味亦開始展現了成熟風格,好啱飲也好飲的一枝酒。

This over 30 years old dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it has close to pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, vegetal, black cherry, bell pepper, black pepper, licorice and touch of menthol. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fine-grained tannin. Quite full bodied too. The flavour intensity is slightly higher than medium with flavour of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice, earth and touch of sandalwood. Fairly long length with spicy finish. (94) Good finish.

靚酒一枝。靚的意思是飲得其時。酒的發展全面,酒香強而複雜,這複雜性在口中仍有一點點變化。餘韻算長,收結也吸引,要彈的是酒味在口中跌了點,但酒味的複雜性足以令人再三回味,正。

幾好飲喎! 比想像好。酒香及酒味都達中上水平,口感亦柔順 ,餘韻亦算長。很公整的一枝好年份波爾多,早期買落的人有褔了。現在的發展成熟,好飲的,佐餐或剩飲也不錯。
