2016 Ch. Malartic Lagraviere Blanc

This dry white Bordeaux has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives medium intensity noses of lime, guava, pear, gooseberries, elderflower and peach, good floral and fruity nose, it has medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and fairly intense  flavours of lime, mineral, guava, peach, wet stone. Longer than medium length with lime finish. (93) Good quality fruit wine

酒的香氣不強，但是給予你的花果香味很好，層次分明，酒在口中的強度反而被酒香強，餘韻亦算長，是一種越喝越好喝的類型，似乎可以給多一兩年時間發展，雖然現在飲已經非常可口，但比多一些時間看看會否有其他方面的味道發展出來

1995 Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

Medium lemon colour with quite intense coconut, butter, lemon, honey, white flower and vanilla. Quite heavy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, almond, honey, vanilla and touch of stone. Quite long length with lemon and nutty finish. (93) Good complexity

酒香的感覺頗濃厚，香味較厚重的感覺，令人覺得木桶的影響很大似的。酒入口後表現反而轉向薄的感覺，有點變化，亦多番一些礦物質感，餘韻算長 ，好飲。

口感豐盛，但酸度足，不至於口感膠油油，酒力強而有一定複雜性，餘韻也好，各方面發展也成熟，大勇的感覺，好飲。這酒應該慢慢嗒，好好感受其複雜性。

2005 Pavillon Blanc de Ch. Margaux

Medium lemon green coloured with quite high intensity aromas of gooseberry, grass, honey, butter, vanilla, elderflower and touch of cream soda. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of guava, gooseberry, grass and touch of honey and vanilla. Longer than medium length with lemon and grass finish. (90)

 一枝口感不錯的酒，用厚實感來形容 SAUVIGNON BLANC
是幾奇怪的，但這酒真的有這感覺。酒香不錯，花果味足，但酸度比想像中低了點，餘韻算好，酒味在口中複雜性低了些，整體好喝，見到佢唔知點解諗起食蒸魚........

Slightly higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, grass and touch of pear. Close to long length with lemon guava fruity finish. (93)

這波爾多白酒的質量不差於那些五大的白酒。強勁複雜的香氣，亦充分展示出產地和品種的特色，餘韻長而吸引，令人回味。酒味在口中複雜性少了點點，但已經好好飲了。現在飲酸度多了點點，但佐餐的話是完美的，否則可以陳多幾年。愛鮮爽的朋友已可開始飲了。又一物值非凡之選。

2009 Pavillon Blanc du Ch. Margaux

Medium lemon green coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon grass, stewed apple, guava, and touch of vanilla and nuts, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, guava, hay, stewed pear. Long than medium length with nutty finish. (90)

整體不錯。有一定的強度及複雜性。餘韻亦長，是一枝中上水準的波爾多白酒。千祈唔好用價錢去衡量，因為以咁的水準而有平過佢的也不難搵。

2007 Blanc de Lynch Bages

Lemon green colour with quite high intensity aromas of toast, honeysuckle and touch of peach, mineral, grass and nutty. Dry with slightly higher than medium acidity, fuller than medium bodied with medium alcohol. The flavours have lime, toast, guava and mineral, all at slightly higher than medium level with medium length and lemon finish. (90)

酒香吸引的，強而有一定複雜性，酒味在口中簡單了點，餘韻也合格，不錯的餐酒。

This is a dry white wine with medium lemon green colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of cream, sesame, guava, honey, vanilla and butter. Slightly over than medium intensity soft acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of citrus candy, honey, guava, vanilla, butter and touch of wet stone. Fairly long length with honey and cream finish. (94) Surprisingly good.

好飲啊! 不論在香氣和酒品都有強度和複雜性，餘韻長又吸引。酒亦展現了品種風格之餘亦帶有礦物感，很討好。各方面也達至一個不錯的平衡，証明好酒不一定是來自很出名的酒莊，好味。
