2000 Montrachet, Louis Jadot

A medium lemon colour dry white wine with medium nose of citrus, floral, vanilla, nutty, amber, mineral and honey. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied. Quite high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, mineral with touch of vanilla, mineral and amber. Long length with sweet vanilla finish (92). Complex and integrated. A good wine, quite big too but still need further complexity to get a higher rating.

好味。但又不至於非常好。複雜、豐厚、酒味足、餘韻長，整枝酒混為一體，慢慢嘆就正。
