2005 Chassagne Montrachet, Louis Jadot

This wine possess a medium intensity lemon green colour and medium nose of lemon, steel, flower, vanilla and grass. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate, it has medium plus flavour intensity, quite surprising. Citrus, melon and pear with better lemon finish. Medium length (89)  Good terroir but still not too complex. A bit lack of intensity on nose, quite enjoyable.

一枝反映到CHASSAGNE的酒，唯複雜性較差。口感好但酒香較薄弱，一路食海鮮一路飲都幾好。
