2021 Auxey-Duresses Les Hautes, Domaine Jean-Marc Vincent

 

A lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with quite intense noses of lemon, floral, honeysuckle, apricot, vanilla and touches of butter and cream. Quite acidic with medium alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon candy, apricot, white flower, vanilla and touch of bitter lemon. Medium length with lemon candy finish. (90) delicious but need better palate

簡單直接的表現，由香氣到餘韻都有著一致的味道。香氣算強，酒仍有陳年空間，但現在可以喝，是一支不錯的餐酒。酒在口中力量下降了點，但不影響佐餐。日常飲用不錯。

2007 Auxey Duresses Les Lavieres, Domaine Leroy

Medium lemon green colour with quite high noses of hazelnut, fried sesame, honey, lemon, toast and hints of smoke and floral note, a bit oaky at the moment. This is dry with higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is higher than medium, with flavours of smoke, toast, sesame, lemon, floral and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (91)

前路漫漫的酒，整枝酒的表現仍是由木桶作主導，很多酒味仍未轉化的，酒香及酒味力度是強勁的，餘韻亦長，是一枝做得很濃郁的酒。對這酒幾年後的轉變有一定期待，有貨的還是多放幾年會好好多。

2003 Auxey-Duresses, Domaine d'Auvenay

This dry white wine has deeper than medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, roasted sesame, hazelnut, butter, and stewed pear. Barely medium acidity and medium alcohol. Just fuller than medium bodied with medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, almond, butter and touch of honey. Fairly long length with bitter lemon finish. (92) Just because of length.

飲之前已知啊公D酒一D都唔平。好彩這枝不是我買的。雖然只是一枝村酒，年份也不是一個好年份，但相信也不便宜。酒較簡單，特別在口中的表現十分普通，酒香算不錯的。可是(也可能是年份關係)酒的酸度欠了點，亦感覺到酒的熟果味重，令人感到酒的年份。最值得讚的是餘韻，否則唔會比咁高分。有錢買這酒的人應該可以買到比它好的酒品。
