A medium lemon green coloured champagne with close to pronounced level aromas of lime, mineral, steel, yeast and touch of elderflower, apple and lactic acid. Dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral yeast, wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (92) Straight and concentrated, nicely made.

酒的強度很好,味道爽朗直接,香氣的複雜性很不錯,口感豐滿,亦有一定礦物感,可以喝得出是白中白,餘韻亦算長,是一支中上水準的香檳,好喝。

Deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense aromas of black plum, nutmeg, rose garden, earth, and trace of cedar, good spicy nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium chewy tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose and touch of black tea and earth. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) Good nose but spiciness fades away on palate, juicy tho.

很好的香氣,特別是香料味很出眾,強而複雜。奇怪的是酒在口中香料味漸漸散去,取而代之的是果味,有點變化的。餘韻算是合格。幾好喝,似乎這個年份的酒友很不錯。

2018 Kaesler Woms Shiraz Cabernet

Deep intensity purple coloured with quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, prune, black pepper, pine, violet, licorice spice and touch of cedar, very rich and complex nose. It is dry with medium acidity, full bodied with over medium alcohol. Medium ripe and smooth tannin and over medium intensity flavours of black plum, mulberry, touch of smoke and licorice, a bit savory. Medium length with black plum finish. (90) Wonderful silky mouthfeel but needs a longer length.

這酒很有驚喜。驚喜的地方在於只是五年的酒,但那丹寧的成熟及柔順感令人吃驚。酒的香氣十分出色,口感和酒體一如想像中的十分厚重,酒味在口中的表現尚算不錯,但是餘韻比想像中的短頗多,整體來說也是一個不錯的酒品,是會令人留下印象的。也說明了2018年澳洲似乎是一個幾好的年份。

Medium lemon green in colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of lime, amber, vanilla, mineral and white flower, touch of gooseberry too. Nice and bit elegant. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral, white flower and touch of pear and amber. Medium length with lime and vanilla finish. 以梅索村來說,這支的感覺比較輕身,但近年這村的酒,不論那一個酒莊,也好像做得比以前的輕身。酒的香味複雜優雅,亦有一定的強度。值得一讚。只是酒在口中的強度及複雜性有點下降,餘韻亦然,像是有頭冇尾的。算好喝,佐餐不錯。

On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla and oak. Bit longer than medium length with lemon honey finish. (91) Good nose but needs more complexity

香氣很不錯,雖然強度只是中等,但複雜性算強。可是酒在口中的複雜性一去不返,但是酒力反而強返一點,很有趣。除了香氣之外,這是一支普通的布根地白酒。

豐滿紮實,酒的強度雖然只是一般,但也有着一點填土的風味,餘韻合格,正正常常的,以這村的酒來說是合格有餘,沒有驚喜,但以這村來說亦沒有投訴。

It is dry with slightly over medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, vanilla and bitter almond. Medium length with honey lemon finish. (89) Decent regional wine but touch of weak on palate.

This red wine still has quite intense purple colour, a bit hazy though. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, road tar, violet, cedar, leather and mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at barely medium level but smooth and soft. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum and black tea. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90) wonderful nose.

這支酒四個字講完:老而彌堅。再要多講的,就是酒香很出眾,以三十多年的酒來說是很出色的。其他方面反而展現出這酒的老態。以老酒來說已經是一支很不錯的產品了。

一支二十年的香檳,居然有這樣新鮮感,很難得。清澈、明亮、條理分明,酒力強而有一定複雜性,加上長長的餘韻,是一支佳釀。那種鮮爽的果味在口中相信會令人難忘。好好喝。

成熟、表現直率的一支布根地,如果有checklist 的話,這支酒應該全部都有個剔號。這酒有齊一個好年份的布根地紅酒應該有的表現,而且酒力強度也不弱,亦有一定複雜性,當然也不至於複雜到令人沉思。是中上的酒品,好喝

令我有點出奇的酒香;很強、花香味很出色,亦有一定複雜性。可能年份關係丹寧有少少粗,但不太影響口感。酒在口中並沒有酒香那樣討人喜歡,加上合理的餘韻,日常飲用的話一定沒有投訴,幾好。

Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has intense flavours of red plum, dates, thyme, basil leaf and licorice. 有點夢幻,這酒的香料味,可以用怪獸來形容,香料箱不足以形容香料的多樣性,這近乎是一個百子櫃的香料箱。強度、複雜性和餘韻皆是中上水平,酒體醇厚,喝後感覺滿滿的,很開心。是難得一件的佳釀,也是我喝過最好的教皇新堡

一種非筆墨所能形容嘅優雅輕柔感覺出現在酒力強勁、複雜性高的酒入邊,這種感覺十分神奇。酒的香氣及酒味,感覺偏向野生果實,再加上有點像雨後森林的清爽感,令人有如沐春風般的品飲享受,十分難得。好喝!

On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, cedar, licorice, and touch of bell pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Elegant balance on all aspects. 拉菲嘅魔力在於四平八穩,這酒也是一樣。更神奇的是酒的香氣以香料味為主調,但是酒在口中的時候,果味反而比香料味更出色,餘韻長、酒力強、複雜性高,係高質的,亦沒什麼可彈。

香氣真係冇得頂,又強又複雜,淨係揸住個杯聞都已經很開心。酸度醒神而感覺柔和,口感豐富,餘韻長。酒在口中的複雜性減少了一些,但仍然有齊全的酒味感覺,現在看似乎還是早喝了一點,相信還可放多一段頗長的時間。

很好喝的一支酒。強度充足、複雜性範圍廣泛。酸度柔順得來醒神,酒體豐富得來不會感覺膩,在口中的酒味亦有輕微轉變,餘韻很長,很好喝,亦會吸引人不停喝。

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of red cherry, red plum, dates, toasted, licorice and touch of blood and smoke. The acidity is barely at medium level, medium alcohol and bodied, with medium soft tannin. The flavours intensity is quite intense with flavours of red cherry, dried herbs, licorice, and dried plum, Fairly long length with cherry finish. (93) Good red fruit and soft mouthfeel. I can feel the heat but the acidity needs to be higher.

有標誌性的教皇新堡風格的酒,複雜性及酒力也很不錯,單寧亦很柔順。酒在口中那種乾果感覺很好,在喝的過程亦感覺到其產地那種熱力。有可能也是這熱力吧,現在喝感覺到酒的酸度開始有點下降,有貨的,應該快快喝掉。

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced noses of lemon candy, peach, red apple, limestone, very clean and precise. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it give over medium intensity flavours of lemon, limestone, pear, red apple juice and touch of chalky. Fairly long length with lemon juice finish. (95) Fresh, precise, clean and good range of flavours, but greener than last time I tasted.

酒的香氣很好,不論在強度、複雜性、層次及風格也是。酒在口中表現減了分,酒力及餘韻仍是合格有餘的,口感亦算柔順,是一支很不錯的餐酒。這酒莊的正牌酒質素很高,但以這支副牌來說只是一支中規中矩的。

以餐酒來說,這酒莊的酒真的很工整,不論是她的各種型號,這酒也是一樣。工整合理的複雜性,新世界酒的木桶應用,適當長度的餘韻,是一支簡單得來直接而好喝的餐酒。

Quite deep ruby colour with pronounced nose of rose, wild strawberry, cedar, red cherry, wet earth and touch of toast. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, barely medium tannin which is soft but a bit green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry juice, strawberry tea, herbaceous and trace of licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) A bit weak on palate but elegant.

這酒莊的酒是屬於輕巧優雅的,稍有不慎會給人一個淡淡的感覺。這支酒的酒力很強,酒香的複雜度很高,餘韻亦長,是有一定質素的。酒味在口中感覺上約了點,如果佐餐的話很容易被食物的味道掩蓋,是慢慢喝的一支酒。

This dry red wine still has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of rose, strawberry, cinnnamon, clove and trace of wormwood, pretty spicy. The acidity is a bit over medium level and mouthwatering in nature. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, licorice, much greener mouthfeel. The length is medium  with a red cherry finish. (90) Flavours turn green and gone fast.

這支酒的香料味道出奇的複雜,有點令到他不像這條村的作品,酸度仍算強,但酒的香氣和酒味強度也很強,但是酒味在口中的感覺,不像香氣那種濃烈成熟,反而轉為較清爽明澈,餘韻亦比想像中短,幾好喝。我感覺酒莊好像想做一款很濃烈的葡萄酒,在香氣是很成功的,但在酒味及口中轉化方便,似乎仍需要努力。

這是一支合格的夢夏雪,不論在香氣及酒味的強度和複雜性,酒的口感也反映出這酒質。口感豐滿,要彈的當然是餘韻不夠長。感覺上也覺得這支酒比其他的發展較快,相信他的陳年能力並不如正常的那麼長,所以還是早喝一點吧

水準其實是算高的,酒的香氣是出乎意料的強勁及複雜,口感亦很圓潤,單寧成熟,酒味在口中複雜性下降,但令人感到有點失望的是餘韻消散得較快。以這級數來說這是一支很不錯的酒品。用作佐餐是一流的。

香氣強勁澎湃,亦有複雜性,酸度比較柔和一點,並沒有以往那麼重蘋果酸的感覺,酒在口中的複雜性低了一點點,但長長的餘韻提醒你他的質素,很好喝的。現在喝似乎還需要透氣一會。

A deep ruby wine with quite intense noses of rose perfume, black plum, forest floor, cedar and touch of mint leaf. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a touch of greenness though. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of rose, wild red cherry, red plum and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92) Should be a wonderful wine in good vintage.

試過這酒莊的很多產品,但這支是會令人回味的。酒的複雜性很好,香氣很強勁,酒味在口中轉為清純了,餘韻合格有餘,可能是年份的關係,單寧有一點點的青澀,相信在好年份的話這會是一支很精彩的作品

An intense ruby coloured dry red wine with medium noses of black plum, rose jam, earth, licorice and touch of pepper. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, black cherry, and touch of damp earth and oak. Long than medium length with plummy finish. (91) Decent.

也是年份令這酒表現出一定的水準。香氣力度不強,但很複雜,丹寧柔順,餘韻亦算合格。是一支中上表演的水準之作。很工整。相信盲飲的情況下很多人也會猜到這支酒的來源地。

Longer than medium length with red plummy finish. (90) Good floral and fruit notes, show good vintage.

年份好帶來的恩賜。酒的強度雖然不是很犀利,但足夠把酒中的花果香味完全綻放出來。香氣很吸引亦很誘人。各方面都合格,雖然不是一支很複雜的酒品,但清晰純淨的好喝。

(90) Show some Meursault character but I would like to have more.

Aligote 來說他的草青感較少了一點,多了一點像忌廉般的味道。香氣力度算強。除此之外是一支中上的白酒感覺。酒味在口中的複雜性不是很高,餘韻亦算合格,感覺中規中矩似的。

簡簡單單,食飯可以飲一餐的一流餐酒。足夠複雜的香氣,走在口中果味單純直接,強度雖然不大,但亦工整。合理嘅餘韻,足夠可以用來佐餐,很不錯。

Francois Peyrot Heritage Grande Fine Champagne Cognac Lot 55

This cognac has medium intensity copper colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of candied plum, raisins, jasmine, honey and cinnamon. Water dilutes everything. It is still a dry brandy though a touch of tingling on tongue. Well integrated medium alcohol and full bodied. Smooth mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of honey, peach, citrus peel, cinnamon and touch of ginger. 有舊酒的風味,但仍有一定活力。酒的融合過程像已完成。酒香強但在口中的味道轉弱了一點,餘韻亦合格,幾好飲。是一支酒味與酒力平衡的作品。

A medium lemon coloured dry champagne with pronounced noses of apple, lemon, honeysuckle, wet stone and touch of cream. It is dry with over medium intensity acidity, quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. Medium alcohol tool. On palate it gives fresh lime and lemon, green apple, chalk and steel. Medium length with lime finish. (90) Clean and fresh.

Light onion skin colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, tomatoes, red flower, strawberry, and trace of licorice and pepper. It is dry with medium acidity, medium bodied and alcohol, no tannin at all. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red cherry, red flower, strawberry. Medium length with cherry finish. (89) Good red fruit and straightforward

充滿紅色果實的,很好的粹取程度,新鮮、清澈、明亮,簡單直接的以紅色果實表現出來。口感當然的簡單直接,但爽口好喝,佐餐之選。可以輕鬆的大啖飲,是炎炎夏日喝的一款酒。

2018 Vosne Romanee, Domaine Robert Sirugue

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of black plum, earth, meat, menthol, rose jam and anise, pretty heavy and spicy. Medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity black plum, rose jam and licorice. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (90) Quite heavy profile.

香氣頗重,酒很緊,似乎要多一點時間。酒氣及味傾向於醬果,香料味出眾,不過入口後弱了點,餘韻以村酒來說合格,酒在口中表現不及香氣,中上的作品,不過少了點柔和感。

Deep purple coloured with quite intense noses of banana, bubble gum, candied cherry and trace of red flower and touches of cinnamon spice. Fresh and clean red fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with barely smooth tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry and touch of clove. Barely medium length with red cherry finish. (87) Gulpable wine and good fruit but nothing but fruit

比乎比往年的簡單了一點。大大啖喝的酒,反而似返一枝正常的保祖厘。不是說它不好,而是早兩年的更好。這次回復返一枝可以早喝,亦應該早喝的酒,以保祖厘來說是一枝中上的酒。不太需要放,只須要放口大口喝。

2015 Gevrey Chambertin Les Seuvrees, Domaine Robert Groffier Pere & Fils

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of rose, red cherry, licorice, earth, and pine. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, licorice, berry fruits and touch of smoke. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) A bit weak on palate.

公整的一枝村酒,香氣很強,亦有一定複雜性,可是在口中的表現不及酒香,餘韻亦算合格,比平均的村酒好一點點,但真是一點點。有點慶幸買得早,所以喝得比較開心。

Medium lemon green colour with pronounced noses of lemon, steel, chalk, apple and trace of wet stone and honey bread. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon juice, chalk, apple and touch of bready notes. Fairly long citrus length. (91) Crisp and clean

沒有了BOLLINGER的醇厚感,換來了清爽的感覺,再加上實淨的礦物感,變成了一枝清脆干淨,條理分明的香檳。餐前吹水飲用一流,酒的果感同礦物感並行,餘韻亦長,是一枝有質素的酒,好喝的。

This dry red Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, blackcurrant, cedar, earth and mint. Clear and distinctive. Medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium tannin which signs of stalky is detected. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of black olive, bell pepper, cedar, licorice and cherry. Fairly long length with black olive finish. (90) Fruit fading on palate.......

有趣的。酒香很好,表現出一枝正常的好的波爾多酒。香氣分明,酒體豐厚,單寧有一點枝梗的感覺。酒入口後果味有些消散,香料味及有點陳年的感覺,餘韻亦算長,好喝,只是酒的果味在口中令人意外的消散了,奇怪。

2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Couvent Des Jacobins, Louis Jadot

Deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, strawberry, rose and trace of spice and meat. Quite fruity. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium powdery tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of cherry and licorice, touch of mint is also detected. Medium length with cherry finish. (89) Straightforward but a bit sharp on palate.

清爽直接的餐酒,果香很好,輕柔的花果帶一丁點香料,酒的酸度會令人入口有一點醒神的鮮爽感,相信要一點時間才會變得柔順,酒味及餘韻適中,複雜性單調一點,以這價位作為一枝佐餐用的餐酒是不錯的。

2019 Bourgogne Les Rouges Champs, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

This is a deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, rose, ripe red cherry, and hints of earth, meat and anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black plum, rose pedal, licorice, black tea and cherry juice. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90)

相對這酒莊的普通BOURGOGNE,這酒較重身,味道較厚重,亦多一些泥土的風味。酒力和酒味依然強勁,以這級數來說餘韻是長的。複雜性也很好,當然也是在較重身一方的口味。酒須多一點時間透氣。這酒可以大大聲的說2019是一個很好的年份。

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced noses of rose, meat, strawberry, licorice, cinnamon spice and plum. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Soft medium tannin with touch of greenness and stalky. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of rose, red berry, meet, tea and anise spice. Medium length with red berry finish. (90) Good reflection of terrior with reasonable complexity

很能表現這村的一枝酒。強勁複雜的香氣,合理的餘韻和中上的酒味,好喝的村酒。單寧有點青,可能是年份問題吧。可以再放一下,估計仍會有一點進化,但亦不感作五年以上的陳年。

2008 Amarone Della Valpolicella, Dal Forno Romano

A dark ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of black plum, anise, raisin, mint, dried herb, smoke and warm brick. Medium acidity and full bodied. A bit high in alcohol with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, raisin, dried herbs, smoke and black tea, quite consistent. Fairly long length wtih black plum finish. (93) Rich and good nose, still evolving.

濃濃的香氣引人入勝,酒香強而複雜,亦展現出其風格。酒的單寧算是成熟柔順,餘韻亦長,充份表現出其質素。酒味在口中有點點轉化,現在仍在發展中,相信酒味的複雜性會進一步提升。有點期待。

This Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, black pepper, black plum, violet, menthol and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied, medium soft and fine grained tannin too. Flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of black cherry, plum, licorice and touch of earth. Medium length with lack cherry finish. (90) Good nose and straight forward.

簡簡單單合格有餘的波爾多餐酒,佐餐很不錯。香氣足,有一定複雜性,餘韻亦算合格,只是酒在口中的表現直白一點,甚至不像是列級酒莊的級數,像是一枝交行貨的酒。不過有時簡單吃飯找點東西喝也不錯,亦合適。

強勁的香氣,在BOURGOGNE來說是數一數二的強,除了強之外還很複雜,根本不是BOURGOGNE這個水平的表現。酒體柔順,餘韻合格,以這級數來說是一枝高水平的作品。酒在口中表現不及酒香,複雜性也下降了一些,整體來說是一枝好抵飲的酒。

Francois Peyrot Heritage Grande Fine Champagne Cognac 1960

This Cognac has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of plum, dates, prune, apricot, raisins, caramelized walnut and touch of jasmine. Water enhances jasmine notes. It is still dry with medium acidity, full bodied with medium warming alcohol. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of prune, orange, apricot, walnut and touch of butter and almond. Fairly long length with prune finish. (93) Good dried fruit but a bit aggressive on palate.

乾果味很好。酒的力量很強,是一枝很有強勁力度的酒,酒精不算很嗆,但不可以用醇來形容。餘韻長長的,好喝。由於其乾果味出色,大香檳區的感覺少了點,亦令人覺得厚重了點,但其香甜感是令人歡喜的。
