2016 Ch. La Tour Carnet

Deep purple coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, mint, violet, cedar and touch of dried leaf and earthy, pretty complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, bell pepper and vanilla. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89) Strong nose but fading in palate.

香氣誇啦啦，入口之後酒味不論強度同複雜性都下跌了不少。餘韻合格，中中等等的一支酒，食飯喝很好，但係會感覺到佢有少少質素，但係不是很高質的⋯⋯

2000 Ch. Sociando Mallet

This dry wine still has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of bell pepper, vegetal, forest floor, maple leaves, blackcurrant smoke and touch of cedar and earth. Well developed. It has barely medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium ripe and fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, earth, dry leaves, cedar and damp wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91) Decent and good length.

20多年的酒發展成熟一點也不出奇，所以酒的複雜性是一定有的，各種標誌性的成熟味道也能感受出來，更難得的是他仍然保存着那種酒的強度，餘韻亦長，顯示出這酒的生命力是多麼強。很工整，亦很好味。

2009 Ch. Leoville Poyferre

A deep purple dry red Bordeaux with pronounced noses of blackcurrant, bell pepper, mint, black plum, licorice and earth. Medium acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. Tannin is at medium level and ripe and soft in nature. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, earth, licorice and touch of dark chocolate. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (95) Good intensity

典型的波爾多好酒，酒的強度冇得頂，亦有着標誌性的果味及發展出來的複雜性，沒有什麼地方可以挑剔的，但也不會令人覺得有任何驚喜，如果盲飲的話，大家一定會知道它是一支很好的酒，相信吸引的印象也只有好喝兩個字，其實咁都已經足夠啦

1990 Ch. Sociando Mallet

This red wine still has quite intense purple colour, a bit hazy though. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, road tar, violet, cedar, leather and mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at barely medium level but smooth and soft. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum and black tea. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90) wonderful nose.

這支酒四個字講完：老而彌堅。再要多講的，就是酒香很出眾，以三十多年的酒來說是很出色的。其他方面反而展現出這酒的老態。以老酒來說已經是一支很不錯的產品了。

2016 Ch. de Camensac

This Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, black pepper, black plum, violet, menthol and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied, medium soft and fine grained tannin too. Flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of black cherry, plum, licorice and touch of earth. Medium length with lack cherry finish. (90) Good nose and straight forward.

簡簡單單合格有餘的波爾多餐酒，佐餐很不錯。香氣足，有一定複雜性，餘韻亦算合格，只是酒在口中的表現直白一點，甚至不像是列級酒莊的級數，像是一枝交行貨的酒。不過有時簡單吃飯找點東西喝也不錯，亦合適。
