2016 Chambolle Musigny Domaine Philippe Pacalet

This dry red wine still has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of rose, strawberry, cinnnamon, clove and trace of wormwood, pretty spicy. The acidity is a bit over medium level and mouthwatering in nature. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, licorice, much greener mouthfeel. The length is medium  with a red cherry finish. (90) Flavours turn green and gone fast.

這支酒的香料味道出奇的複雜，有點令到他不像這條村的作品，酸度仍算強，但酒的香氣和酒味強度也很強，但是酒味在口中的感覺，不像香氣那種濃烈成熟，反而轉為較清爽明澈，餘韻亦比想像中短，幾好喝。我感覺酒莊好像想做一款很濃烈的葡萄酒，在香氣是很成功的，但在酒味及口中轉化方便，似乎仍需要努力。
