2020 Marsannay Les Longeroies, Domaine Sylvain Pataille

Deep ruby coloured with an attach of aromas of rose, mint, red cherry, fresh mushroom, smoke, red plum and touch of cedar. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a bit stalky is detected. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, licorice and rose pedal. Medium length with red cherry finish. (89) Good nose but fade quick, fruity on palate.

難得的是一落杯就有一股香氣撲鼻而來，而且仲好複雜添。所以一開始的印象很不錯，酒在口中反而變得簡單，像果汁一樣，口感尚算柔順，雖然喝到一點枝梗味，餘韻合格，是一支像果汁一樣的餐酒

2020 Marsannay Clos du Roy, Domaine Sylvain Pataille

The ruby colour of this dry wine is close to deep intensity. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose, strawberry, wild cherry, cabbage and touch of licorice. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tea, rose pedal and touch of vanilla spice. Medium length with red cherry finish (89) fresh and straight forward, wild fruit profile gives an enjoyable drinking experience.

鮮鮮爽爽的，花果味偏向野生的感覺，令人有直接、輕柔的品飲經驗。各方面的表現中規中矩，是一支日常飲用得暢快的酒。如果喜歡鮮爽果感，但又不喜歡飲保祖利的人，這酒會是他們一個好選擇。

2018 Marsannay Rose Fleur de Pinot, Domaine Sylvain Pataille

Light onion skin colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, tomatoes, red flower, strawberry, and trace of licorice and pepper. It is dry with medium acidity, medium bodied and alcohol, no tannin at all. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red cherry, red flower, strawberry. Medium length with cherry finish. (89) Good red fruit and straightforward

充滿紅色果實的，很好的粹取程度，新鮮、清澈、明亮，簡單直接的以紅色果實表現出來。口感當然的簡單直接，但爽口好喝，佐餐之選。可以輕鬆的大啖飲，是炎炎夏日喝的一款酒。
