Medium ruby colour with garnet rim. This dry red wine still has quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, bell pepper, vegetal and dried maple leaf, some earthy and cherry notes too. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with fine grained and soft medium tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of bell pepper, dried herbs, earth and touch of pine wood, quite leafy. Barely medium length with vegetal finish. (87) Over the peak but good development

老酒的靭性真係表露無遺。酒的花果感仍有,但是可以想像的退卻,只是比想像中仍保留得多。酒已醇化柔順,仍有一點點的強度,酒味在口中完全轉化至老酒感覺。喝得很舒服,不過餘韻有點散,四十幾年有這表現也是可喜的。

2014 Clos Vougeot, Domaine Laurent Roumier

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level aromas of rose perfume, red berry, plum, anise, cedar and trace of cinnamon, nutmeg, very spicy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin, a bit greenness though. The flavour intensity is at medium plus level with flavours of rose, red cherry, licorice and cedar. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Spiciness fading on palate.

聞的時候,酒的香餘真是很好,又強又複雜,特別是香料味,好像入了一個香料貨倉似的。年份問題,酒的單寧有點青,但不太大問題。問題是在酒味,入口後酒的香料味散却不少,但又不是散晒,餘韻亦算長,幾好飲,不過口中表現真的有點怪。

This champagne has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, chalk, steel, green apple and trace of toasted bread. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and creamy mousse. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, red apple, wet stone, yeast and touch of nuttiness. Longer than medium length with citrus peel finish. (90) Interesting palate.

家陣都唔知係咪潮流,個個人都造到D香檳爽爽口口咁。BOLLINGER 呢個系列一早已經知係咁,但係有時真係懷念佢舊時的產品。這個以BOLLINGER來說是中規中矩的,唯一要讚的是酒在口中酒味有一些變化,幾有趣,可口的香檳,但現在PN15比較好一點。

A dry white chardonnay with light lemon colour and quite intense aromas of lemon, pear, vanilla, white flower and touch of nuttiness. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite intense aromas of lemon, peach, vanilla and bitter lemon. Medium length with bitter lemon finish. (89) A simple crisp and sharp chardonnay.

清清爽爽的開飯酒,酒的強度很好,不論酒香或酒味也是,餘韻亦合格,雖然比我想像中短了點。清新直接的一款用餐酒,吃飯不錯,剩飲的話我會覺得有點寡。

This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of apple, lemon, mineral, limestone, bread and chalk. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and body. Creamy mouthfeel with over medium flavours of bitter lemon, chalk, mineral and trace of toast. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (91)

明顯地少了點以前 KRUG NV那種老酒味,這樣有版本號碼的 NV 較清爽,多了些清新,少了些醇厚。果味及礦物味更突出,酒酸的性質也較銳利,公整而爽朗,中上水平,但我個人還是較喜歡舊的NV。

2016 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, red plum, rose perfume, anise, vanilla spice and trace of cinnamon. Good fruit and spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, strawberry, rose tea and licorice. Close to long length with red cherry finish. (93) Good balance of fruitiness and spiciness. Smooth when drinking at this youth.

這酒莊2010年左右轉人之後造得好咗,而且D酒仲似乎可以早飲D,這酒有著高水平的質量,估唔到的是只是有年已很啱飲。酒的果香及香料味均衡,只是在口中的複雜性不及香氣。酒的柔滑度也是有點驚喜的,好喝。

清、爽、甜美果實,講完!真係講完。因為這酒十分清爽直接,完全像一枝毫不加工,直接由葡萄釀造出來的產品,生果酒似的,可以大大口喝的酒。這也是一個有趣的品飲經驗。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of mushroom, rose jam, smoke, dried plum, licorice and damp earth. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Medium intensity fine grained tannin with a touch of greenness. Over medium intensity flavours of dried plum, earth, mushroom, licorice and rose. Fairly long length wtih plummy finish. (92) Quite bold and heavy.

頗重口的感覺。酒在一點濃濃的醬果及重重的泥土味中來來回回,口感較重,田土及品種特色明顯,酒力和複雜性、甚至餘韻也是中上水平,好酒來的。只是我個人覺得有點過重。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, plum, violet, and trace of cigar, chocolate and graphite, surprisingly young. Medium acidity and full bodied. Medium alcohol with fine grained medium tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of black cherry, black plum, blackcurrant, violet, licorice, earth and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. 廿多年的酒仍是大大隻、充滿活力,但亦有點深層發展。酒力強勁澎湃,味道感覺集中,而且濃烈,很有力的表現。酒香及酒味很一致,盪氣迴腸的,這種感受令人樂而忘返。

以BOURGOGNE PASSTOUTGRAINS來說是很超班的。不論香氣及複雜度都是中上。酒的酸度有點點氣泡的感覺,令酒的鮮爽感提升,酒在口中的果味一樣很集中,複雜性不及香氣,強度也是,如果室溫喝更會感到酒精感突出了點,所以不妨較低一點溫度喝。喝得很爽的一款酒。

CRISTAL近年的酒果味越來越趨向成熟果感似的,這酒亦不例外,攪到可以早喝一些,不知是不是一個好處。酒很可口,酸度比起已往的CRISTAL低了點,但亦醇了點。酒味的強度不及香氣,餘韻亦算長,不錯,亦很討好。

It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, soft and ripe tannin at medium level too. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, smoke, rose perfume and breakfast tea. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

香氣複雜強勁,酒體工整,酒味在口中融和,餘韻亦長,這些全是好酒的表現。酒仍有一定的發長空間,但現在喝已經很不錯,比起上星期那一款同莊產品可以早點喝,酒味很集中,有一點穿透力似的,很誘人的酒品。

The tannin is soft at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum, rose pedal, strawberry and mushroom. Fairly long length with plummy finish. (93) Concentrated but needs time to develop.

一枝尚待時間發展的村酒。濃度頗高,有一定複雜性,但相信仍有發揮空間的。單寧柔和,這個年份的酒好像很不錯,酒的香氣有點緊,現飲的話相信要透氣一段很長的時間。酒質很好,陳年一下會有更好的表現。

以村酒來說這酒的濃郁度算高。酒力強而有一定複雜性,餘韻也印證了這酒的集中度。酒的味度很分明,條理清晰,結構比較結實,可能是年份關係吧。好喝,仍可陳年,現飲亦已經很可口。

Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of rose, cherry, mushroom, vegetal and touch of pine wood. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Elegant but seems a bit over extracted.

好VR的一枝酒。香氣吸引,比入口好,結構有點硬硬的。酒的強度及複雜性合格有餘,亦有一定的餘韻。幾好喝,只是收尾感覺到有很輕微的苦澀,扣了些分。

果味及香料味滿滿的酒,不單止酒力強勁和複雜,那種味道融和的感覺令人喝得滿心歡喜。酒仍有一定發展潛力,但現在喝已經很好味。那餘韻亦令人回味無窮,好好味的,是會引人不斷添飲的酒。

This dry red wine has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, mint, black berry, smoke and touch of tobacco. Medium acidity and alcohol full bodied and thick. The tannin is ripe and soft at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of dried berry, blackcurrant, ripe plum and touch of mint, smoke and wet earth. Long length with berry finish. (94) Full with good fruit and nice development.

出色!強勁、圓潤、濃厚集於一身,果味感比香料味多一點,單寧柔順,餘韻悠長,相信任何人都可以喝得出是一枝佳釀。品種及木桶的標誌性也很分明,是一枝好喝得來又容易理解和欣賞的酒。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, cabbage, mushroom, and touch of meaty and nutmeg notes. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fine grained medium tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black plum, berry fruits and touch of spiciness. Medium length with plumy finish. (89) Quite muscular, need time to develop

It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium smooth tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of black plum juice, rose, cherry, vanilla and trace of cinnamon. Fairly long length with plum juice finish. (92) Good fruit with depth. Beauty.

香氣強度也是不及播干強,但複雜性更佳,而且有一定深度,值得一讚。酒在保存清晰果感之餘,亦有一定層次的香料感,木桶的用法不錯,餘韻亦長,好飲,亦顯示出釀酒師的一定功力和釀造方向。現在喝需要多一些時間透氣,但陳年一下更好,很期待它其他的酒款。

村酒的香氣強度反而不及它的播干,但不代表其表現失色。強度弱了,但複雜性提高了,果感仍保存得很好,條理仍然分明,現在飲單寧有點點拗口,相信時間會令它馴化,現在飲要多一點時間透氣。好喝的,乾淨利落。

 開酒時香氣已經很強,以這個APPELLATION來說是出色的。酒入口後第一個感覺是乾淨。果味條理分明,絕不含糊。複雜性不錯,以播干來說是中上的表現,木桶帶來的影嚮也恰到好處。很好,很抵飲的酒。

正路過正露丸。劃一條水平線的話,基本上跟到足之外,香氣突出一點,而且餘韻也不錯。感覺強大的,亦有一定複雜性,幾好飲,但放多一兩年會更好。

輕巧陰柔,香氣強但給人一種陰柔感,很好的風格表現。香料及果味的平衡好。以這年份來說單寧也很不錯。酒味在口中不及香氣那麼吸引,餘韻亦合格有餘,幾好喝,很有園野風味的酒。

爽朗的,酒酸的性質有點點削,希望時間會令其圓潤一點,但現在飲不影嚮佐餐。酒的味說仍是以果味為主,偏向清爽類的,也是需要一些時間等待發展,酒的質素不錯,餘韻亦長,可以陳年一下。現在用作餐酒較理想一些。

 Medium intensity copper colour with close to pronounced level aromas of malt, chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, toasted hay and touch of heady notes. Water dilutes everything. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and round mouthfeel. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of malt, honey, chocolate, ginger and touch of grainy. Slightly longer than medium length with honey malt finish. (92)

可口,香氣很好,強烈而又跟足主題。酒在口中表現四平八穩,像是加了黑朱古力的威士忌。建議剩飲,別加水或冰。這酒再一次顯示麥卡侖對大眾口味的把握是何其精準,這酒的味道頗大眾化,但除了多了點朱古力特色之外,跟一枝十二年的威士忌沒有大分別。

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of dried plum, prune, dates with traces of menthol and smoke, very heavy and rich. It is dry with barely medium acidity, quite high in alcohol and full bodied, medium ripe soft tannin tho. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of prune, dried plum, blueberry cake and touches of vegetal, a bit heady too. Close to long length with prune type dried fruit finish. (93) Very rich, concentrated and full.

其實一個字可以講晒枝酒:濃。接近葡萄乾酒的感覺,很重口,真係會覺得飲到飽咁。造酒的葡萄很成熟,這點可以從酒的果感及酒精感體驗出來,酸度有點跟不上,酒在口中濃濃的,餘韻悠長,令人回味,差不多可以當飯後酒似的。

優雅得來又不太濃烈的香氣,花果香料味的平衡,真的令人置身大自然的感覺,這酒的餘韻比較令我驚喜,酒力不算很強勁但有著比想像中長的餘韻,口感亦不重,好味。

已經20年多的酒仍有那樣的果感是很令人喝得開心的,亦印證咗這酒的品質。酒的各方面也是中上的,尤其是口感。酒的發展很好,雖然仍可陳年,但現在飲的狀態是成熟前的最後一刻,喜愛多一點果味而又成熟的酒的朋友,現在喝會很喜歡。好味,亦飲得很暢快。

Medium mouth washing acidity and alcohol, quit full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, peach, honey, white flower, vanilla  and touch of nuttiness. Longer than medium length with lemon finish. (92) Fresh and pleasant. Alcohol slightly sticks out.

深藏不畢,酒香不太強,但慢慢滲出其複雜性,入口感覺豐滿,又不太像很多其他的MONTRACHET那麼油潤,可是酒味的澎湃令人喜愛,酒力是轟進來的,再加上長的餘韻,完全的一匹後上馬,越嗒越好味的,正。

好少用甜美來形容乾白酒,但這枝可以。生果感很好,酒的強度不論酒香及酒味也強,而且有著多樣的複雜性,雖然偏向果感方面多一些,香料味不及果香。餘韻亦長,好喝,會吸引你不斷喝的,好毒。

很工整,頗重礦物感,酒體亦很重,攪到有點不太似CHABLIS,酒香很清純,但一點也不簡單,複雜性好。酒味在口中簡單了些,複雜性略嫌少了點,但那長長的餘韻仍會話你知它的質素。

19年的酒,還很濃很醬果的。酒的強度不錯,亦有一定複雜性和像是標誌性的風味,酒的風格仍是大大舊,現在飲已經很不錯,但還可陳年一段時間,是一枝可佐餐或剩飲的酒。這表現也指出2002年的波爾多也不是一個差的年份。

2012 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Philippe Pacalet

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of red cherry, red plum, strawberry jam, cabbage and trace of anise, fresh and spicy. Medium acidity, a bit sharp tho. The alcohol is at medium level and full bodied. Smooth medium tannin as well. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry, plum, strawberry, licorice, cabbage and anise. 也是有著一貫的醬果感,酒仍是很年青,但香料味已開始發揮出來,特別是在口中的時候。酒力強,複雜性仍需時間展現,餘韻亦長,好酒一枝。酒的香料味在口中發展似乎比香氣快,相信過幾年應該會開始要密切注意適飲期。

Medium lemon green coloured with quite intense noses of pear, lemon, white flower and trace of melon, it is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium bodied and alcohol. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of pear, lime, honeysuckle and trace of melon. Barely over medium lenght with pear finish. (89) Straight and fresh, fruity wine with significant pear type flavour.

清新可口,爽爽的梨汁感覺。酒的香味及口味偏向清淡的水果感,以清香為主的。酒身比想像中厚,酒味在口中比香氣差了些,但仍算不錯,特別是配沙律類偏向少調味的食物。餘韻亦算合格,是一枝不錯的食物酒,但剩飲的話相信會淡了點。

1969 L'Heraud Grande Champagne Cognac

A medium copper coloured dry cognac with pronounced aromas of jasmine, dates, raisin, caramel, dried apricot, orange jam, honey, vanilla and touch of pine wood, very complex noses. Water brings out further floral notes but dilutes others. Medium acidity and well integrated alcohol, full bodied as well. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of orange, dates, apricots, bitter almond and vanilla. Fairly long length with apricot and vanilla finish. (94) Good nose with a bit change in flavour on palate. Better not to add any water.

 很精彩的香氣。以複雜性來說是數一數二的。加水後反而溝淡了一些。酒力算強,餘韻亦長,是一枝佳釀,口感豐滿,香料味及乾果味突出,好喝。奇怪的是這酒一加冰或水便溝淡了不少,對酒的表現大打折扣,所以不建議加冰。

A dry red wine with deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black berry, mint, violet, eucalyptus and vanilla, quite aromatic. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite intense tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, vanilla, violet and trace of mint. 在果味與香料味徘徊之間,酒香由果味帶頭,入口後香料味反而走出來似的。品種風格也算突出,酒力強,有一定複雜性,餘韻亦長,好喝。口感重,尚需一些時間,想信可以再陳年一下。

Medium lemon green in colour with medium intensity noses of lemon cream, white flower, butter and trace of white stone, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives fairly intense flavours of lemon cream, white flower, butter and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with lemon cream finish. (90) Some Meursault characters.

這村的酒越來越沒有以前那種油油膩膩的牛油感,但在這酒內仍然找到一點,有點開心。酒很四正,梅索村的風格,酒香較酒味弱,酒在口中的表現好得多,餘韻亦算長,好喝的餐酒,好味。

發展不錯,成熟的香檳。酒的力度一般,酸度足,餘韻比想像中長,交到貨的。酒味較酒香發展得快,味道較熟,絕對啱飲。除非想陳到變歴史收藏,否則盡情喝吧!

Quite deep lemon colour with medium noses of honey, lemon, wet stone, peach and caramel. It is dry with over medium intensity acidity, full bodied and not much mousse, fully developed. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, caramel and trace of straw, peach and limestone. Medium length with peachy finish. (89) Good stone fruit, it is a white wine now.........

變成一枝白酒了,不過仍不至於老去。酒的發展已經完全了,十分成熟。酒力不錯,沒有了香檳的氣泡,換來的是豐厚的酒體,另有一番滋味。酒的複雜性不算很出眾,餘韻尚算合格,不錯。喝的是歷史,是另一種品飲和欣賞的角度。

1963 Graham Single Harvest Tawny Port (Bottled in 2018)

This port wine has quite deep copper colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of raisin, dried orange peel, ginger, apricot, dates, hazelnut, showing good aging character. The sweetness is off dry with medium acidity, fortified to high level of alcohol but medium bodied. On palate it gives pronounced level flavour of raisin, dates, apricot, hazelnut and touch of citrus peel. Fairly long length with nutty and honey finish. (93)

美麗的陳年感覺,複雜性發展得很好,口感微甜亦不膩,酒在口中的複雜性不減,酒力強、餘韻亦長,好飲。平衡感值得一讚。

This malt whisky has medium copper colour and pronounced noses of grain, smoke, orange, cinnamon and touch of citrus peel. Water brings out some honey notes. Dry with medium acidity, medium mellow alcohol and bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon and traces of caramel, apricot and ginger. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91) Round and decent.

公整圓潤的威士忌,十分商業化的產品,口味十分大眾化的,酒力算強,餘韻合格有餘。酒的複雜性也算合格,也可以算混桶很成功的酒,但也沒什麼特別的風格可以指出。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of dried raspberries, cherry, anise, mint, licorice, very spicy. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry, mint, licorice, smoke and touch of strawberry tea. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Fresh fruit with good complexity.

香料味很誘人的,酒的強度足,甚至乎有點重,不過複雜性好,令人口感滿滿,單寧還需時間,餘韻算長,品種特色及複雜性兼備,再發展一下會更好。

Deep ruby with quite intense noses of dried plum, dried raspberries, raisin, dates, smoke and toasty oak, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is ripe and soft at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of ripe cherry juice, dates, toasted licorice and smoke. Long than medium length with cherry juice finish. (92) typical and ripe, feel the warm and heat of the fruit ripeness.

接近夏天的感覺,很熟很濃的果感,似乎你00咁年全個歐洲所都好熱咁。果味濃郁、單寧成熟,餘韻算長,好喝的。複雜性尚算不錯,但被果味掩蓋不少,但仍感受到品種的特色,希望發展一下,應該更好。

難得的酒,也是難得的品飲經驗。似乎2008年的香檳是一個頗特別的年份,給我的感覺是可以早一點飲用。這感覺可能是來自酒的酸度感。試過幾個不同酒莊,他們的香檳酸度一點也不削,再加上成熟甜美的果感,令人愛不釋口,不斷咁飲。這酒也是一樣。酒的表現全在中上,礦物感在口中較為突出,好好喝的酒。

Medium lemon green colour and medium noses of lemon, red apple, steel, mineral and bread. Quite acidic but soft in nature, medium alcohol and bodied with firm structure, nice expression of pinot noir. Over medium intensity flavours of bitter lemon, apple, mineral, steel and touch of honey. .Fairly long length  with bitter lemon finish. (92) Fresh.

可以一個字去形容,說是鮮!酒很鮮爽,造工可以說是飲得出咁公整,口感更有著接近標誌性的 BDN 感覺,拎去考酒試用一流(一笑)。酒的整體表現中上,餘韻算長,好喝,是一枝很稱職的香檳,不論用作佐餐或剩飲,頭盤或甜品也可。

三十幾年酒仍有著強烈的黑果感,酒的發展是成熟的,複雜性也很好,餘韻亦長,但單寧仍強。我會判斷是適飲狀態,再放多一段時間可能可以令口感更柔順,但酒味發展亦要考慮一下。酒是好酒來的,濃郁之選。

Deep ruby colour with intense aromas of rose jam, road tar, cherry, vanilla, mint, licorice and pine. This dry wine has medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and high but fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense as well, with flavours of rose, red cherry, plum, vanilla and sweet spice. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (95)

這酒莊的濃厚感不用置疑,酒力強勁,桶香出色,酒味在口中複雜細緻,但酒香的複雜性比酒味更強,好酒一枝。以陳年能力計仍有大把貨在手,相信要多一些時間等待單寧溶化。
