2021 Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Testut

A medium lemon coloured dry Chablis with medium intensity aromas of lemon, lime, pear, and touch of grass. Medium soft acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, apple, and touch of mineral chalk. Barely medium length with lemony finish. (87) Reasonable Chablis but nothing further.

簡簡單單，正正常常，沒有驚喜，也沒有讚嘆，沒有怪異味道，亦沒有濃郁口感，沒有複雜性，亦沒有長長的餘韻，但也不是一無是處，起碼符合一支普通餐酒的要求，也學到一點點沙布利酒的特色

2016 Chablis, Domaine Raveneau

Medium lemon colour with medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, mineral, chamomile, white flower and steel. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has fairly intense flavours of lemon, honey and steel. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Decent wine.

很工整，頗重礦物感，酒體亦很重，攪到有點不太似CHABLIS，酒香很清純，但一點也不簡單，複雜性好。酒味在口中簡單了些，複雜性略嫌少了點，但那長長的餘韻仍會話你知它的質素。

 

2006 Chablis GC Bougros, William Fevre

Medium lemon green coloured with barely over medium intensity aromas of lemon, steel, floral and touch of vanilla and honey, this dry white wine is dry with fairly high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, steel, chalk, and touch of vanilla. Medium length with citrus honey finish. (90) Quite palatable but short length.

因木桶關係酒身重了點，酸度足而不屬於尖削，是有點醒神感，強度及複雜性尚算不錯，餘韻不夠長而令評價降低不少。整體還表現出一點地區特性，可口的一款酒。

2012 Chablis les Clos, Jean-Marc Brocard

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lime, green apple, mineral, and touch of peach. Quite high acidity with medium alcohol and bodied. The flavour intensity is higher than that of nose with flavours of lime, peach, and wet stone. Fairly long length with lime and peach fruit finish. (91) Good fruit, clean and crisp.

清爽，乾脆，果味很好的一款沙布利。礦物質感十分豐富，餘韻亦顯示出它的質素。雖然簡單直接的，但也是一枝不錯的酒。

2002 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Jean Marc Brocard

This dry white wine has medium lemon green in colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, honey, floral, mineral and touch of cutting grass. Medium acidity and alcohol and barely medium bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, wet stone and floral notes. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91) Fresh and clean, show some depth too.

清爽純樸，充分顯示了沙布利的特性，礦物味恰到好處，飲用時感覺清新怡人，不用木桶的酒果然有他的特色，整體均衡，複雜性在這類酒中小了點。

2009 Chablis 1er Cru, Domaine Raveneau

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high aromas intensity. Citrus, white flower, mineral and vanilla. Fresh and zesty. Medium alcohol and zesty acidity, slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has higher than medium flavours of citrus, floral, vanilla and touch of grass. Fairly long length with citrus and mineral finish. (90) Young and fresh. Good fruit but yet to develop.

清清爽爽，果味充盈，餘韻亦算長。仍有一定發展空間，酸度並沒有削的感覺但會令人精神一震，不錯。

2006 Chablis GC les Preuses, William Fevre

A medium lemon green dry white wine with medium citrus, hay, wet stone and grass. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Quite intense flavours of citrus, grass, apple and wet stone. Fairly long length with citrus finish (90) Quite good Grand Cru Chablis with reasonable complexity and intensity. Not too much oaky character is detected. Enjoyable

有CHABLIS的風格，有GRAND CRU的複雜性，但酒香較薄。以酒莊論佢今次冇咁重木桶感，但好味。

2009 Chablis Domaine Sainte Claire, Jean Marc Brocard

Medium lemon dry white wine with medium intensity aromas of citrus, lemon, melon with a touch of mineral. Quite high sharp acidity. Medium bodied and less than medium alcohol. Medium flavours of lemon, floral, honey and mineral with medium length and citrus finish. A wine showing clean and ripe fruit (87)

2004 Chablis Cuvee de la Butte, Verget

A pale lemon green dry white wine with citrus and savoury aroma. It has light to medium body, medium acidity and alcohol. On palate, it continues its lemon flavour with fine savoury and sea water notes. The finish is short but is still a pleasant wine with oyster. I tasted this with New Zealand bluff oyster but it seems that the flavour of the oyster is too strong for this wine to take. (90)

2002 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir, Jean Marc Brocard

This dry pale lemon wine gives mineral and citrus aromas on nose with some further mineral, flint and pear fruit in palate. It has medium plus acidity and medium body. The finish is mainly mineral with a length of 10 seconds or so.

Having this wine with Chinese hairy crab and it performs well as it keeps the delicacy of the crab and retains the flavour of the wine. (90)
