2012 Sine Qua Non Stein Grenache

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of dried plum, prune, dates with traces of menthol and smoke, very heavy and rich. It is dry with barely medium acidity, quite high in alcohol and full bodied, medium ripe soft tannin tho. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of prune, dried plum, blueberry cake and touches of vegetal, a bit heady too. Close to long length with prune type dried fruit finish. (93) Very rich, concentrated and full.

其實一個字可以講晒枝酒：濃。接近葡萄乾酒的感覺，很重口，真係會覺得飲到飽咁。造酒的葡萄很成熟，這點可以從酒的果感及酒精感體驗出來，酸度有點跟不上，酒在口中濃濃的，餘韻悠長，令人回味，差不多可以當飯後酒似的。
