Fair deep ruby colour with pronounced aromas of red berry jam, rose perfume, strawberry candy, toasted herb, mushroom, earth, ripe black cherry and touch of mint and smoke. It is dry with higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin with fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, wild strawberry and touch of licorice and cabbage. Long length with cherry jam finish. (94)

This is a medium lemon colour dry white wine with fairly high intensity aromas of honey, vinyl chloride, floral, grass cutting, sandalwood, ripe guava and touch of tropical fruit and mineral. Quite high acidity and medium alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with quite high intensity flavours of honey, lemonade, grass cutting and mineral. Long length with honey citrus finish. 仍然很年青，這酒仍有深厚的潛質仍未展現。酒香及酒力強，複雜性現階段還未充分出現，須要慢慢品嚐才會找到。餘韻長，亦吸引，好酒一枝，但須多一點時間，會是一枝令人難忘的酒品。

Medium lemon coloured with quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, honey, peach, sweet vanilla, cream, touch of stone and butter, it is dry with slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. 個人較喜歡較凍年份的CHEVALIER MONTRACHET。這酒展現了熱年份的熟果性格，缺少了點冷削感。酒香及酒味力度算強，也有一定的複雜性，可口好飲，餘韻算長，很不錯，只是我較喜歡較凍年份的吧了。

1993 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

A medium ruby dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of strawberry, fresh cabbage, pine, vanilla and touch of forest floor, tangerine peel. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium fine-grained tannin too. On palate, it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose jam, damp earth, roasted vanilla and cabbage. Fairly long length with red plum and tea finish. (93)

這酒的享受過程是越來越好的。香氣很好，力度及複雜性皆不錯。入口後表現維持其高質素，餘韻亦長而誘人，好飲。

1993 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Comte Georges de Vouge

This wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of dried rose, red plum, stewed cabbage, wormwood and touch of earth, and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity, a little bit sharp in nature. Medium alcohol, bodied and soft tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry juice, rose tea, sour strawberry and touch of worm wood. Barely over medium length with rose tea finish. (91)

香氣給人複雜的感覺，有層次，雖然強度一般，但已令人覺得是好酒。入口後酒味的強度反而多了點點，但複雜性下降了不少。餘韻合格，但比起酒香是令人失望了些。整體好飲的。

Medium gold colour with fairly high intensity aromas of apricot, honey, jackfruit, orange peel and touch of steel and grass cutting. It has medium sweetness with slightly higher than medium acidity. Barely medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of honey, peach, apricot, grass and orange peel. Barely over medium length with bitter orange finish. (89)

似乎複雜性不足是這酒的弱項。經過了三十多年的時間，酒味發展成熟，酒的酸甜度仍維持著，可見酒仍未在下坡，但要飲了，否則會開始下降。輕鬆好飲的。

這酒會助你找回一點傳統蘇格蘭威士忌的感覺。酒的風格較多來自木桶的酒味，但不屬於猛烈的一種。餘韻很長，口感剛烈。如果喜愛一些較花果味重的人會覺得這酒很辣。很有風格的一款威士忌。

1966 Glen Grant Single Malt Whisky

This whisky has pale copper colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of honey, caramel, smoke, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper with touch of raisin, peat and orange peel. Water enhances its peatiness and smokiness. It is dry with medium integrated alcohol, quite full bodied with long length of citrus jam finish. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of honey, caramel, lemon jam, vanilla and touch of spice, oak and peat. (94) Well integrated and smooth.

這酒質素幾好，雖然我個人不太喜歡較重煤泥味的威士忌。酒力及酒味都有一定的強度和複雜性，餘韻亦長。酒精感頗高，煤泥味突出，由頭到尾引領著這酒的味道和表現，很MAN，有點狂野感的。這酒比ARDBEG多一點點層次和香料味，十分適合重口味的飲家。

Hart Brothers 17 year old Single Malt Whisky

Medium lemon colour with pronounced aromas of lemon jam, pepper, vanilla, smoke, jasmine and touch of peat, coconut and sandalwood. Water enhances its fruitiness a lot. It is dry with medium integrated alcohol, medium bodied with slightly over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, pinesol, licorice and pepper. 誰說十幾年酒沒有好東西?當你知道這酒只有17年時，你是會有點驚嘆定它的表現。酒香強而複雜，酒味延續下去，餘韻長，這展示了酒的高質素，在口中的煤泥味重了點，但仍是一枝很有風格及好飲的威士忌。有機會試的話不要錯過。

This is a dry single malt whisky with medium copper colour. On nose it has slightly over medium intensity aromas of raisin, vanilla, orange peel, honey and touch of smoke and pepper. 有點點拔蘭地的感覺，濃厚的果香，頗重口的，餘韻長，果味太熟而導致感覺很甜。這酒較合喜愛重口味的人，但好像沒有了威士忌的特色似的。

The Balvenie 的酒是從不令我失望的。酒香有力複雜，餘韻亦長，酒味雖則差了點，但以14年酒來說交足貨有餘，酒精感在口中重了點，整體來說也算不錯了。

初初感覺頗簡單的，口感比酒香好。這酒好像一枝典型的蘇格蘭威士忌，入口也算醇和，雖不算很有特色，但輕輕鬆鬆幾好飲。

果香甜美成熟複雜，酒香真的誘人，唯獨是強度差了點，這情況一直延至酒味，甚至餘韻。以酒味來說，這酒表現出比18年酒更老，只是酒的強度不足吧了。

雖然只有15年，但這酒有一點點成熟的規模感。酒的複雜性及力度不錯，幾好飲。品飲時想起它的12年酒，感覺這酒比它的同廠12年好多了，不禁令我懷疑這真的只有三年分別嗎?

變化頗大的一枝酒，不是說它的複雜性，而是酒香及酒味的變化大，很有趣。千萬別加太多水啊!

2000 Amarone della Valpolicella, Quintarella Giuseppe

This wine has dark ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of black plum, dried black cherry, prune, vanilla, clove, raisin, blueberry, and touch of tea, dried leaf and brandy. It is dry with medium acidity. A touch of high alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is wonderfully soft and ripe, at medium level. The palate has over medium intensity flavours of black berry, mint leaf, licorice, and bitter almond. Fairly long length with red cherry finish, a touch of bitterness is detected. (93) Good typicity.

Amarone，little bitter的意思當之無愧。酒香強勁複雜，亦反映出其品種特性和釀製方式。酒精感出了點但不會令人感到突兀，單寧更出奇的柔順。餘韻長，有一點點回甘，只是酒味相對簡單了點和弱了點，不過已經是一枝十分好的酒品了。

2002 Ch. Lafleur

Deep ruby coloured with very high intensity noses of black plum, violet, lavender, mint, earth, cranberry and touch of smoke and licorice, this dry red wine has medium alcohol and acidity. Full bodied and quite high fine grained tannin. The flavours intensity is slightly higher than medium level, with flavours of plum, black cherry, licorice, violet, herbaceous, toasted wood and earth. Long length with black plum finish. (93) Good length but rather weak on palate.

酒香複雜細緻，餘韻亦算長，酒味與酒香頗一致。口感較柔軟，單寧也算順滑，幾好飲。但可能是年份問題吧，喝這酒時令我想起的是他2000年的副牌酒。究竟是2000年的副牌酒太好還是2001年的混合得太似呢?

2002 Ch. Latour

A deep purple dry red wine with fairly high intensity aromas of black plum, blueberry, mineral, earth, cedar, mint leaf, graphite and pine. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of black plum, licorice, earth, herbaceous with some notes of mineral, graphite and violet. 五大來說，LATOUR是十分穩定的。強烈複雜的酒香加上一致表現的酒味，再配上長長的餘韻，即使盲飲也一定知到這是一枝出色的佳釀，令人回味。現在飲口感頗重，感覺宏大，好。

奧比安在五大的性價比真的相對較高。酒香及酒味都強勁複雜， 餘韻長而吸引，由聞酒香到飲都不令人失望。酒亦反映了PESSAC LEOGNAN的田土風格，做得很不錯，非常好的酒品。

1978 Hermitage La Chapelle, Paul Jaboulet Aine

This dry old red wine still possesses fairly deep ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, leather, mint leaf, black pepper, earth and roasted herb. Medium acidity and alcohol with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. Quite full bodied. On palate it gives higher than medium intensity flavours of black cherry, mint jam, licorice, roasted herb, black pepper and mineral. Fairly long length with mint leaf mixing black berry finish. 這應是我喝過最好的HERMITAGE。複雜而強烈的香氣，亦充滿著 品種特色。幾十年的酒在各方面也融合了。酒味亦保持其表現，酒味更有層次地展現，餘韻出色，回味亦充滿複雜性，令人再三回味，難忘的好酒。

Jacques Selosse Lieux-dits Sous le Mont Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne NV

Medium lemon colour with red tint. The aromas contains lemon, strawberry leaf, honey bread, toast and red apple, all at fairly high intensity level. It is dry with quite high zesty acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, strawberry stalk, green apple, honey and toasted bread. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

曚著眼也可能估到這酒是一枝BLANC DE NOIR，因為風格太出眾了 。酒香強，複雜性不太高但感覺很清純。酒的酸度、酒體與酒味平衡得很好，令酒的口感豐富，酒味頗一致，餘韻亦算長，很有風格而又好飲的香檳。

1996 Bienvenues Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

Quite deep lemon colour, on nose it gives fairly high intensity of lemon, honey, white flower, hazelnut and touch of creme brulee, vanilla, oak and wet stone. Dry with medium alcohol and acidity, full bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, honey candy, vanilla, white flower and touch of amber. Slightly longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (93) Rich and full.

A dry wine with almost deep purple colour. It has almost pronounced intensity aromas of blackcurrant, violet, black cherry, smoke, cedar, pencil box and touch of forest floor. Medium acidity, alcohol and fairly full bodied. Tannin is at medium level and soft and smooth in nature. On palate, it gives slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of red cherry, violet, licorice, cedar and touch of pine. Fairly long length with cherry and pine finish. (94)

 86年酒我說它仍年青是有點難以置信的，但這酒卻說給你知它仍須時間發展。酒香接近完美，香氣的力度及複雜性都十分出色。口感工整柔順。酒味在口中複雜性不降了點，餘韻亦比想像中短了點，但已是一枝出色的酒。不妨多藏幾年，應有更好的品飲回報。

1989 Ch. Margaux

Barely deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of black plum, black cherry, earth, licorice, blueberry, toast, pine and violet. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium fine grained ripe tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black cherry, earth, licorice, smoke and touch of bell pepper. Long length with black plum finish. (93)

 89年的瑪高香氣仍強勁誘人，口感發展不錯，酒亦在適飲期，餘韻很長，酒味亦開始展現了成熟風格，好啱飲也好飲的一枝酒。

1982 Ch. Mouton Rothschild

This dry red wine still has fairly high intensity ruby colour with garnet rim. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of bell pepper, black plum, licorice, graphite and touch of earth and pine. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. Well integrated mouthfeel with quite high intensity flavours of bell pepper, black cherry, earth, clove, stone and pine. Fairly long length with black berry and bell pepper finish. (94)

複雜的酒味，悠長的酒力及餘韻，在在展示出這酒的質素。口感混和融洽，單寧順滑柔順，好 酒一枝。講到咁好係咪冇得彈呢? 也不是，酒的鮮活性下降了不少，可能是存酒的問題吧，而且酒味的層次感不足，個人認為1990 的MONTROSE 比這酒好。

A barely medium lemon coloured champagne with medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, apple, caramel, bread and touch of steel. It is dry with fairly high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mousse with slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lime, mineral and red apple. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91)

可口，也只是可口。香氣是很不錯，上佳的複雜性很吸引人，口感亦好，泡沫豐豐滿滿的，可是酒味在口中的複雜性下降了頗多，是年份問題嗎?(個人認為2000年根本不是香檳靚年，正如08年波爾多一樣)餘韻不錯，所以也是中上的酒品。

2005 Ch. Pape Clement

A deep purple wine with higher than medium intensity aromas of black plum, blackcurrant, licorice, warm earth, toast, violet, smoke and touch of menthol and cherry jam, good nose indeed. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied and medium ripe and fine-grained tannin. The flavour intensity is slightly over medium with flavours of black cherry, licorice, blackcurrant and touch of herbaceous and bell pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

殺嬰嗎?可能吧。酒香已清楚說明它是一枝好酒，酒的表現一致，酒味在口中的發展仍未全面，餘韻長，現在飲已開始有點可以了，但放多幾年我相信一定會更令人回味的。

1998 Penfold's RWT

This wine has deep purple colour and quite high intensity aromas of black plum jam, pepper, vanilla, coconut oil, licorice, toast and smoke. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine-grained tannin. On palate, it has slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum, vanilla, licorice and meat. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92)

頗濃厚的一枝酒，除了葡萄品種特色展現了出來之外，亦展示了酒的木桶特色。重口、味濃、餘韻長都顯示了這酒不錯的質素，喜歡"好爆"或重口味的人會很喜歡。

1999 Pensees de Lafleur

Dark purple colour with fairly high intensity noses of black plum, earth, mineral, vanilla, toast, licorice, violet and touch of mint. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is fine-grained at medium level. On palate, it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, smoke, mushroom, and touch of leather. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. 酒香很誘人，令人覺得像正牌一樣，可是入口後便原形畢露。雖則咁講，也不是說酒在口的表現很差，只是複雜性及酒力均下降了，餘韻也不錯，佐餐會幾好的。

This wine has medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of red cherry, plum, smoke, toast, rose with touch of spice. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Barely medium ripe tannin with medium intensity flavours of red cherry, cabbage, spice and earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

酒香不錯，複雜性也合格。可是酒在口中的複雜性差了點，好在餘韻還算長 ，仍是一枝合格的CORTON。

2011 Nuits St. George 1er Cru Les Chaignots, Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg

Quite deep ruby colour with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, rose, cabbage, earth, licorice and touch of red berry jam. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. The flavours contain red cherry, plum, rose, cabbage and touch of smoke, strawberry and vegetal. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. 工工整整的一枝NUITS ST GEORGE。各方面也是中規中矩的，口感少了點田土特色，有點點鬆散，餘韻不錯，幾好飲。

2007 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras, Domaine G. Roumier

A fair deep ruby colour with medium noses of red plum, cherry, cabbage, rose, strawberry and touch of smoke and forest floor, quite fruity. It is dry, medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with barely medium tannin and soft mouthfeel.  On palate it has slightly over medium flavour of red cherry, cabbage, forest floor and licorice. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91) Soft and good palate.

開始聞的時候，感覺這酒應該不是十分好。酒香以花果為主，可能仍年輕吧，酒香不強，也不複雜。可是酒在口中的表現比酒香好多了，複雜性多了點，力度強了點，口感十分順滑，單寧仍算合格，餘韻出奇的長，不錯。

1976 Ch. Figeac

Barely deep ruby coloured with higher than medium noses of leather, black cherry, tea, earth and touch of smoke. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine grained tannin with high than medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum and vegetal. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91)

酒香以這酒莊來說是合格的，酒味的力度反而更強，可是卻又簡單了點，餘韻似是想話你知它是一枝好酒一樣，可口的酒品，但"飛仔"應該比這枝更加好的。

1975 Ch. Beychevelle

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with ruby rim. It has quite high intensity aromas of bell pepper, vegetal, menthol, mushroom, earth , black cherry, and touch of smoke and licorice. It is dry with less than medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Tannin is fine grained at barely medium level. On palate, it gives medium intensity black plum, vegetal, bell pepper and licorice. Barely medium length with black berry finish. (91)

成熟的波爾多味道，高香複雜的酒氣，酒味雖然在複雜性及力度上略遜，但也不錯，餘韻也好。可是酸度有點不足而導致口感的鮮活性小了點，但以這年份來說已很好了。整體 來說，好飲。

Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Oloroso Dulce

This sweet fortified wine has deep brown colour with haziness. The aromas contain caramel, raisin, plum jam, apricot, honey and touch of orange and chalk, all at quite high intensity level. Lowly fortified and medium acidity, full bodied and viscous. On palate it has higher than medium flavours of caramel, apricot, raisin, and touch of orange, honey and coffee. Medium length with raisin syrup finish. (92) Lack of length.

感覺陳舊的一枝甜雪利酒。甜到有點點膩的感覺，酒香複雜但酒味的複雜性下降頗多。餘韻亦出奇地短。其間有酒友用來伴雲呢嗱雪糕吃，非常配合，不妨一試。

1989 Carruades de Lafite Rothschild

This wine still possesses deep purple colour. It has fairly high noses of bell pepper, mushroom, earth, black plum and touch of violet and vegetal. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with barely medium silky tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, herbaceous and touch of licorice and earth. Slightly longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (88)

這副牌酒顯示了充分發展的酒味，甚至有點過態。酒香及酒味也有一點複雜性，力度也不弱，餘韻也可以，但酒的架構已有鬆散的跡象，相信早一兩年飲會更好。

2003 Ch. Montrose

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, violet, earth, licorice, smoke, damp wood and touch of graphite. Medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is fairly high with flavours of black cherry, violet, licorice, earth, mushroom and touch of steel. Ripe and fine medium tannin too. Long length with black plum finish. (93)

澎湃強烈的酒，但比想像中可以早點飲，酒有一定發展，有強勁酒力之餘更有一定複雜性，餘韻長，很好。 2003年是一個很熱的年份，這酒亦展現了其熱度，而且較早熟，亦有一點其田土特色，好味。

1977 Glen Scotia Single Malt Single Cask Cask Strength Whisky

This is a medium gold coloured single malt. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of malt, smoke, iodine, and touch of citrus peel, honey, vanilla and coconut. Water enhances its floral note. It is dry with medium acidity. Medium integrated alcohol with fuller than medium bodied. The flavours contain malt, citrus peel, vanilla and touch of tropical fruit, at slightly higher than medium level. Quite long length with caramel malty finish. (92)

酒有點陳年感，但亦可能是這陳年感令枝酒有一定質素。酒的大部份味度似乎都是由木桶來，令到酒有點點過度木桶的感覺。

2010 Clos De La Roche, Domaine Arlaud

A clear deep ruby dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, earth, stewed cabbage, rose and touch of clove, sense of stalky. It has medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Soft ripe medium tannin with fairly high flavours of red plum, cabbage, blood, and touch of mint, strawberry and nutmeg. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93) Good potential.

很早飲的酒，但也展現了它的質素，複雜的酒香及酒味，力度亦強，餘韻亦長。現在喝似乎仍須一點時間，因為酒的口感未發展得很融和，而且有部份酒味要"嗒"好耐至出現。有貨的不妨放下先。
