2003 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils

Medium lemon coloured with quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, honey, peach, sweet vanilla, cream, touch of stone and butter, it is dry with slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Slightly over medium flavours of  honey, lemon candy, steel, peach and wet stone. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92)

個人較喜歡較凍年份的CHEVALIER MONTRACHET。這酒展現了熱年份的熟果性格，缺少了點冷削感。酒香及酒味力度算強，也有一定的複雜性，可口好飲，餘韻算長，很不錯，只是我較喜歡較凍年份的吧了。
