A deep ruby wine with significant legs. It gives medium intensity aromas of sour red cherry, dried herbs, wild berries, minty, smoke, clove and trace of earth. It is dry with higher than medium acidity, medium plus bodied and medium alcohol. Tannin at medium level and soft, fine-grained nature. On palate, it has higher than medium level flavours of black cherry, vanilla, tea, dried herbs and toast. Medium plus length with spicy finish. Quite complex (92)
