Dry with medium zesty acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavours have ripe apple, honey, citrus, hay and touch of caramel, all at slightly over medium intensity. 似一枝熟透的白酒多過似一枝香檳。酒香力度強,複雜性以成熟莎當妮酒為主,亦有點點氧化的感覺了。酒的酸度仍保持到,而酒味亦與酒香一致,餘韻亦長。不錯,但如果你喜歡欣賞香檳氣泡的話就會令你失望了。

This wine still possesses deep purple colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of black cherry, pepper, mushroom, smoke, licorice, violet and touch of earth and mint. It is dry with medium acidity. Medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied, with medium soft tannin. Smooth mouthfeel and over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, mineral, pepper and herbaceous. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (94)

This wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of rose perfume, raspberry jam, British tea, and touches of cabbage, mushroom and bubble gum. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium soft tannin with fuller than medium bodied. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of rose perfume, strawberry, mushroom, vanilla and tea. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92)

This over 30 years old dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it has close to pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, vegetal, black cherry, bell pepper, black pepper, licorice and touch of menthol. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fine-grained tannin. Quite full bodied too. The flavour intensity is slightly higher than medium with flavour of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice, earth and touch of sandalwood. Fairly long length with spicy finish. (94) Good finish.

This dry red wine has bright deep ruby colour and fairly pronounced noses of red plum, cabbage, rose jam, nutmeg, licorice which makes you think of a full box of spice, very interesting. Medium acidity, alcohol and fine-grained tannin, fuller than medium bodied as well. On palate it has fairly high intensity flavours of red plum, wild cherry, cabbage and spice box. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (94) Wonderful spiciness.

This wine has fairly deep ruby colour with a touch of haziness. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of strawberry candy, rose perfume, forest floor, spice and touch of wet earth and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied as well. The tannin is soft at medium level with quite high intensity flavours of strawberry jam, rose, forest floor, licorice and damp earth. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (94) Good layer yet well integrated.
