2011 Ruchottes Chambertin, Domaine Philippe Pacalet

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of mushroom, red plum, rose jam, vegetal, red cherry with touch of smoke and earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, rose jam and candied strawberry. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Rich with matured fruit, good nose too.

酒香說給你知這酒的複雜性,強度在口中和酒香也不錯。酒在口中才給我一些驚訝。首先,酒體豐厚而單寧軟滑,跟年份特色不太像。這莊的特濃風格可能有所幫助。其次是酒在口中的味道,接近全熟果,像是濃縮果汁一樣,沒有受過木桶影響似的。所以酒味複雜性相對低了些,但會飲得好開心的。

2010 Corton Charlemagne Le Charlemagne, Domaine de la Vougeraie

A medium lemon green colour with quite intense aromas of lemon, floral, honey, walnut, cream and vanilla. Dry with slightly acidic, full bodied with medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, white flower, lime, almond and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Good length and palate.

酒還有發展空間,但質素已表露無遺。酒香和酒味算強,複雜性也很不錯,餘韻亦長。現在飲有一丁點新酒的酸削,但會感到鮮爽。好味道的,但我相信過多幾年才飲我會更喜歡。

2013 Dry River Syrah

Deep purple colour with close to pronounced level aroma of black pepper, black plum, smoke, toasted herb, black cherry jam and touch of nutmeg, rich and complex. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Tannin is soft and dusty at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavour of black cherry, plum, violet, pepper and licorice. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (92) Good nose and ripe. Palate to be improved.

好可口的酒。口感滿滿,只是味道複雜性和強度在口中不及酒香。餘韻不錯,中上酒品,特別是酒香,很吸引的。亦充分表現出品種的特色,好。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, licorice, black cherry, rose jam, smoke, vanilla  and touch of earth, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol , quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavour of rose pedal, licorice, vegetal, earth and black berry, Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (92)

生果的感覺很熟,酒的感覺亦很濃,有一種很熱的果感。酒香強,亦有一定複雜性,相信造酒時受到非常嚴格的選擇。酒在口中強度低了點,花果味也轉輕了些,但仍有一定複雜性及味道,餘韻算長,不錯的酒品。好飲的。

2007 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Aux Brulees, Domaine Meo-Camuzet

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose, dust, red plum, anise, licorice, vanilla, smoke and toast, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and barely medium tannin, a bit green tho. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of wild rose, red berry, vegetal, licorice and earth. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Complexity fading on palate, strange......

酒的香氣誇啦啦,那種複雜情度是令人一聞已覺好酒的。酒的口感有點點枝梗味,單寧亦有點青的。酒味在口中複雜性低了,低得有些奇,否則此酒評價會更高。餘韻亦很不錯。以這年份來說酒造得很好了,亦可能因這年份所以酒在口中表現如此。

2006 Salon

A medium intensity lemon green colour dry champagne with quite high intensity aromas of lemon, chalk, pear, ripe apple and wet stone, clean, clear and precise. Quite acidic with medium bodied and creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lime, chalk, pear, green apple and trace of mineral. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92) Still have a long way to go.

豐滿綿綿的口感很易令人滿足的一枝香檳。酒的強度足,不論酒香和酒味也是。味道的層次分明,清晰、直接、準確的表現泥土礦物感,好酒。酒仍可陳年,但這一枝感覺可以早一些飲用,可能是年份問題吧。

2001 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, honey, amber, white flower and touch of beeswax and steel. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite intense flavours of lemon, floral, mineral, honey and walnut. Long length with lemony finish. (92) I wish I can taste it a few years earlier.

這枝酒的酒香強度不算強,但有著很不錯的複雜性,酒在口中比酒香更強,而酒味有比酒香吸引,好味道。酒體經陳年後較醇厚,但白酒的清爽感也少了些,如果早一兩年飲的話我應該會更喜歡這枝酒。酒很好喝,是很好的酒,現在要飲了。

Henri Boillot Fine Sophia

Medium copper coloured with pronounced aromas of caramel, toffee, honey, citrus jam, floral and trace of hazelnut. Water enhances its floralness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of citrus peel, jammy lemon, nutty, caramel, floral and touch of ginger. Longer than medium length with caramelized nutty finish. (91) quite bulky and bold.

一隻香檳莊造的烈酒有點難以想像,更難想像的是那種醬果及類似焦糖的口味。酒身較厚而且酒味重,酒的強度算不錯了,酒味在口中有一點點變化。這酒雖然沒有干邑那樣醇厚的口感,但因為味道方向重而濃,也令人有些滿滿的感覺,不錯。

2001 Gaja Brunelloe di Montalcino Sugarille, Pieve Santa Restituta

A deep ruby wine with quite intense aromas of black cherry, black tea, red plum, vanilla, smoke, and trace of cedar, licorice, quite ripe. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with high ripe and fine tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, red plum, damped wood, and touch of pine and tea. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91) Delicious, still developing.

成熟的果感給人飽滿的品飲感受,果味濃而有一定複雜性,亦充 份展現品種特色。酒體豐厚,甚至有點點重,餘韻亦算長,很可口的。這酒仍在發展,過多幾年再會更好。好味。

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, rose, red plum, licorice, pine wood and trace of earth, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium tannin but a bit coarse. The flavour intensity is medium with flavours of red cherry, red plum, rose pedal and touch of cabbage and vegetal. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90) Surprisingly a bit coarse?

以這葡萄園及年份來說是有點失敗的,但也不算差得很利害。酒香交到貨,有一定強度和複雜性。酒味在口中強度下降了,更奇的是口感有些鞋,餘韻尚算合格。酒整體不錯,但有點不太像這出色年份和田的風格,可能這解釋到這酒的價格。
