A medium lemon green champagne with small bubble and long presistence.
On nose it has quite high intensity of ripe apple, citrus, toast, and
grapefruit. Dry with quite high and sharp acidity. Medium bodied and
alcohol. Creamy mousse. The palate has quite pronounced flavours
intensity. Apple, grapefruit, lime and notes of honey and bread. Fairly
long length with ripe appley finish (93)

一枝複雜但仍清澀的香檳。酸度仍高及削,看來仍須多年才能把它的潛能展現,現在早喝了一點,雖然在口中經注入空氣後仍可感受到它的潛質,相信5、6年後會是一枝十分好的酒。
