BBR Blanc de Blanc Brut NV

Medium lemon-green in colour with small bubbles and long presistence. It has medium nose of green apple, citrus, bready and touch of honey and yeast. Dry with medium acidity. Medium bodied and alcohol. Creamy mousse. Flavours at medium level intensity with melon, citrus, ripe apple and notes of cream and bread. Medium length with citrus peel finish. (90) A nice champagne with well integration and aged characters.
