1999 Bollinger La Grande Annee

Medium lemon green in colour with quite intense noses of green apple, biscuit, toast, white flower and lime. Its mousse is creamy and the bubbles are small and last very long. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol.  Slightly fuller than medium body with medium flavours intensity. Apple, lime, biscuit and toast. Long length with honey toast finish. (92) Well made, concentrated and quite complex. A bit single tone on palate but consistent and long. Good value too.
