2002 Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque

A medium lemon green colour champagne with medium aromas intensity. Aromas have ripe apple, lemon, bread, yeast, toast and autolysis type smell. Dry with quite high and sharp acidity. Medium alcohol and bodied. Medium intensity flavours of apple, grapefruit, bread and bitter lemon. Fairly long length with citrus peel finish. (91)
