The color of this champagne is medium intensity lemon green. It has
quite pronounced aromas and flavours intensity. Ripe apple, yeasty,
bready, toast, biscuit and lemon. Creamy mousse with small bubbles and
long persistence. Dry with medium alcohol. Fuller than medium body with
quite high zesty acidity. Medium length with biscuity finish (90). Well
developed champagne with good complexity and intensity but the length is
a bit short.

如果個餘韻長d的話, 這枝香檳便是一枝有頂級質素的香檳. 味度頗複雜, 酸得來清爽唔削, 好飲.
