Medium lemon green in colour. It has small and long bubbles with medium
noses of apple, bread, yeast, and toast. On palate, it is dry with
medium acidity, alcohol and body. Quite high intensity flavours of
apple, lemon, bread and citrus peel. Medium length with citrus peel
finish (90). Some complexity with balanced structure. Quite a standard
vintage champagne.

以年份香檳來說, 這是一枝平平穩穩的香檳. 現在亦應在適飲期了. 清爽得來又不至於覺得酸. 口味雖不是十分複雜但有一定的果味及後發酵的味道.
