This champagne is medium lemon green in colour. On nose it has higher than medium intensity aromas of apple, toast, biscuit and touch of honey. Dry with quite high and sharp acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high. Apple, toast, biscuit and honey. Long length with citrus finish. (92)
