1988 Krug

This champagne is medium lemon colour. The bubble is small and presistence. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of honey, lemon, ripe apple, with touch of camomile, toast and biscuit. Dry with slightly above medium acidity, creamy mousse and medium alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with quite pronounced flavours of lime, apple, honey and toasty bread. Medium length with biscuity finish 91. This wine shows good development with reasonable complexity. Ripe and mature.
