Medium lemon colour with green tinge with medium nose of stewed
apple, citrus, bread, flower, vanilla, pear and touch of autolysis. It
is dry with quite high acidity. Medium alcohol, creamy mousse and fuller
than medium bodied. Quite high intensity flavour and bitter lemon,
yeast, pear with touch of honey bread at the back. Good flavour layer.
Fairly long length with honey bread finish. (92) Quite complex and good
texture. Touch of bitterness on palate.

有點醇厚感的香檳,酒味頗複雜,展示了做酒的功力,唯一要彈的就是在口內的複雜性略遜。但不失為一枝好酒。
