2000 Philipponnat Clos des Goisses

A dry vintage champagne with medium lemon green colour and quite pronounced nose of ripe apple, lemon bread and toasty biscuit. Medium acidity, bodied and alcohol which are well integrated with the flavours. Medium flavour intensity of apple, lemon, toast and bread. Fairly long length with lemon and toast finish. (91)

極適合飲用的一枝香檳。在口中可以感受到整枝酒的各樣成合混合一致，口感柔順，唯獨是變化不太大，比較簡單，但卻飲得開心舒暢。
