This one is classic. The dry viscous wine gives clear dark purple
colour. On nose, it offers pronounced ripe sweet blackcurrant, black
plum and cherry with spice and elegant cedar wood. It also has an attack
of caramel. The wine is medium to full body with light to medium
acidity. It is rich and structured but the tannin is strong at the time
of tasting, which means this should be much more enjoyable for years
later. (91) (Tasted on 12 October 2008, reposted)
