2005 Les Tourelles de Longueville

This dark purple dry wine gives a strong blackcurrant aroma on nose with spice, smoke and black cherry at the back. It has low acidity and medium body. The tannin is ripe and soft. In palate it has blackberry, smoke and spice flavours with some vegetal notes. The finish lasts for around 5 seconds. Do I expect it too much? I tasted a 2003 one and thought that 2005 one should be better but it seems to me that 2003 one wins. (88)

p.s. this bottles was put in the refrigerator by my brother so I wonder whether the taste of this bottle is affected, though I have waited for the wine to be warmed up before tasting.
